Abstract

This research departs from a problem regarding the causes of financial loss at PT Arsin Sinjai. This research is included in qualitative research using a phenomenological approach. The subject of this research is the cause of the financial loss of PT. Arsin (Sinjai Water Limited Company). While the object in this study is PT. Arsin (Sinjai Water Limited Company). The data collection techniques are interviews and documents. Meanwhile, the data analysis techniques used were data reduction, data presentation and data verification. The results of this study indicate that several factors that caused financial losses at PT Arsin Sinjai, including: (1) The absence of detailed financial records so that the company did not get accurate information about the amount of costs used and the amount of profits obtained. (2) Do not have business insurance, making it difficult for business owners to save businesses from losses. (3) Monotonous marketing strategy, resulting in a lack of business partners and narrow product introduction. (4) There was fraud by the shop owner in paying the proceeds from the sale of the entrusted product on the grounds that the product that was entrusted was not sold out. (5) There is a damaged product packaging that causes customer satisfaction to be not optimal, which can hinder the product sales process. (6) The absence of application of business risk management is due to business owners who do not realize the importance of implementing business risk management. (7) Costs used in producing products with unbalanced company revenues. (8) There are difficulties for business owners in obtaining additional raw materials used in producing bottled drinking water, in this case the difficulty in obtaining drugs or product preservatives. (9) The quality of the product is poor so that the product is only able to last for three months.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya motivasi belajar siswa dalam menunjukan minat belajar, Permasalahan tersebut didasari oleh data awal yang didapatkan dari hasil observasi. Penelitian ini meneliti tentang penerapan model kooperatif tipe TGT (Team Game Tournament). Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan model kooperatif tipe TGT dan meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa kelas I sekolah dasar. Pelaksanaan penelitian menggunakan metode PTK (Penelitian Tindakan Kelas) dilakukan dengan subjek penelitian siswa kelas IV SD P di kecamatan Pajjaiang Kota Makassar. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus, tiap siklus terbagi dalam 4 kali pertemuan dan masing-masing siklusnya terdiri dari tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Dari hasil angket motivasi siklus I kepada 28 siswa diperoleh 21 siswa (75%) sangat termotivasi. Sedangkan pada siklus II diperoleh hasil 25 (89%) sangat termotivasi. Dari hasil postest siklus I dengan nilai KKM 74, yang tuntas sebanyak 57,1 % (16) siswa dan belum tuntas 12 siswa atau 42,9 %. Sedangkan hasil dari postest siklus II ada peningkatan, bahwa siswa yang mendapat nilai tuntas adalah 24 siswa (85,7%), dan belum tuntas 4 siswa (14,3%). Berdasarkan data siklus I dan siklus II sangat signifikan adanya kepuasan siswa terhadap pembelajaran kooperatiftipe TGT.

Abstract

This article discusses the role of Islamic business ethics in driving the growth of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), focusing on principles such as honesty, justice, social responsibility, and sustainability. Using a qualitative approach, the research explores how MSME actors can apply Islamic values to build customer trust, strengthen business relationships, and contribute to social welfare. The findings show that integrating Islamic business ethics not only enhances the competitiveness of MSMEs but also positively impacts local economic development. By adhering to ethical values like fairness and social responsibility, MSMEs can foster a strong sense of community, loyalty, and long-term sustainability. These values help businesses maintain ethical practices while achieving profitability, which in turn supports the welfare of society. The study underscores that the implementation of Islamic business ethics is a strategic element in creating a business ecosystem focused on blessings and sustainability. It demonstrates that businesses guided by these values are more likely to thrive in the long term while making meaningful contributions to their communities and local economies. Future research could examine specific case studies of MSMEs that have successfully integrated Islamic ethics to assess the broader impact on regional economic growth and social welfare.

Abstract

This study aims to examine: (1) the role of human resources in supporting the sustainability of community businesses in the coastal areas of Sinjai Regency, and (2) the role of innovation in enhancing the continuity of such businesses in the region. The research method employed is descriptive qualitative, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation of business actors in the coastal areas. The findings indicate that human resources play a crucial role in managing and sustaining business operations. Coastal communities have demonstrated adaptability and responsibility in running their businesses while adhering to Islamic principles, such as ensuring product halalness, maintaining honesty in transactions, and preserving the marine and coastal environment. Moreover, they have shown awareness of the importance of capacity building through training and informal learning. In terms of innovation, coastal communities have begun utilizing digital technology to expand the marketing reach of their products. Social media platforms such as Facebook, WhatsApp, and Instagram are actively used for promotion and consumer engagement. This technological adoption enhances the competitiveness of local products and broadens market access, thereby supporting greater business sustainability. These findings affirm that the sustainability of coastal community businesses is significantly influenced by the quality of human resources and their ability to innovate, particularly in responding to technological advancements and market demands.

Abstract

Strategi pemasaran sangat penting bagi perusahaan atau operator yang memproduksi produk, agar produk yang diproduksi memiliki permintaan yang tinggi dikalangan pembeli. Tujuan pelaksanaan proker ini adalah untuk menggali informasi terkait strategi lebeling diterapkan oleh pelaku usaha industri rumah tangga di Kelurahan Tanete Kecamatan Bulukumpa Kabupaten Bulukumba dalam mengelolah usahanya, sehingga teridentifikasi kekuatan dan kelemahan usaha yang dijadikan oleh pelaku usaha tersebut dan dapat menjadi masukan bagi mereka dalam meningkatkan penghasilan menjadi lebih baik. Fenomena yang banyak terjadi terutama di pedesaan adalah masyarakat belum begitu memahami arti dari brand tersebut, sehingga pengetahuan konsumen tentang usaha ini masih sangat kurang, termasuk pengusaha Berkah Ainun Kerupuk Bawang. di desa Tanetella belum memiliki brand sendiri, sehingga masih banyak konsumen yang belum mengetahui keberadaan restu Ainun. Dengan restu biskuit bawang satu-satunya di wilayah Tanete, dukungan pengembangan pemasaran mampu mempresentasikan produk manufaktur kepada warga dengan label yang berfungsi untuk atribut produk. Abstract

Al-Qur’an adalah kitab suci ummat manusia merupakan sumber utama ajaran islam dan menjadi petunjuk kehidupan manusia karena isinya mencakup segala aspek ajaran agama yang disyariatkan Allah kepada manusia, dan sudah menjadi tanggung jawab umat islam untuk menjaga al-Qur’an yaitu dengan mempelajarinya, memahaminya, dan mengamalkannya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Melalui pelatihan baca tulis al-Qur’an yang dikemas dalam bentuk pembelajaran yang kreatif dan inovatif seperti pelatihan menulis huruf hijaiyah yang penyebutan hurufnya beragam, serta membaca al-Qur’an sesuai dengan tajwid, diharapkan mampu membantu santri untuk lebih mengetahui bacaan al-Qur’an dengan baik dan benar. TK/TPA Nurul Ikhsan di Dusun Idaman Desa Arabika Kecamatan Sinjai Barat, sebagai lembaga pendidikan agama islam menjadi salah satu objek untuk melakukan pelatihan baca tulis al-Qur’an sejak dini. Hal tersebut dilakukan agar anak-anak dapat mempelajari dan mencintai al-Qur’an sejak dini. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan baca tulis al-Qur’an yang dikemas dalam pembelajaran kreatif meningkatkan ketertarikan santri untuk mempelajari al-Qur’an. Kata Kunci: Pelatihan, Baca Tulis, Al-Qur’an. The Qur’an is the holy book of mankind which is the main source of Islamic teachings and is the guide to human life because its contents cover all the main religious teachings prescribed by Allah to humans, and it is the responsibility of muslim to maintain the Qur’an, namely bylearn it, understand it, an apply it in everyday life. Thoung training in reading and writing the Qur’an which is packaged in creative and innovative forms of learning such as training in wtiting hijaiyah letters with various mentions of the letters, as well as reading the Qur’an in accordance with tajwid, it is hoped that it will help student to know more about reading the Qur’an by reading and writing the Qur’an, goog and right. TK/TPA Nurul Ikhsan in Dusun Idaman Desa Arabika Kecamatan Sinjai Barat, as an Islamic religious education has become one of the objects for conducting training in reading and writing the Qur’an from an early age. This is done so that students can learn and love the Qur’an from an early age. The result showed that the reading and writing training og the Qur’an Which was packaged in creative learning increased the students’ interest in learning the Qur’an. keywords : Training, Read and Wrait. the Qur’an

Abstract

Tujuan dari program kerja yang dilakukan oleh penulis adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada anak-anak TKA/TPA Saadatuddaraeng tentang menghafal surah-surah pendek. Program kerja ini dilaksanakan selama dua bulan dan secara bertahap. Pada bulan pertama penulis menjelaskan tata cara menghafal surah-surah pendek dengan cepat dan pada bulan kedua anak-anak sudah mengimplementasikannya dalam menghafal surah-surah pendek serta dilakukan evaluasi oleh mahasiswa KKN-P terhadap santriwan dan santriwati TKA/TPA Saadatuddaraeng. Hasil dari program kerja tersebut dapat mendekatkan kanak-kanak dalam Al-Qura’an dan kanak-kanak dapat menerbitkan Al-Qur’an sebagai panduan dalam berinvestasi. Kata Kunci: TKA/TPA, Hafalan Surah-Surah Pendek.
