Abstract

ABSTRACT Introduction. Lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS) is the most common problem in men with age and can reduce quality of life due to various complaints on micturition. Method. This study was a cross sectional study conducted in May-July 2018 at the Urology Outpatient Clinic, Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Hospital Palembang and 36 samples were obtained. The technique of data collection was done by filling out the questionnaire. Analysis of data in the form of descriptive for general characteristics and correlation analysis used is the Spearman Rank test correlation. Results: The most prevalence of benign prostate hyperplasia (BPH) occurred in the age group 71-80 years as many as 12 patients (33.3%). BPH patients who came with the most LUTS experienced severe degrees of International Prostatic Symptomatic Score (IPSS) (24 patients, 66.7%). There were 16 patients (44.4%) felt their quality of life was very poor. Spearman Rank correlation test showed no significant relationship between IPSS with the quality of life of patients with BPH with LUTS (p> 0.05, r = 0.073) Conclusion. There was no significant relationship between IPSS with the quality of life of BPH patients with LUTS.

Abstract

Bagaimanakah kewenangan PPATK menerobos rahasia Bank menurut UU Nomor pelaksanaan Peraturan Kepala Kepolisian Negara Republik 8 Tahun 2010 tentang tindak pidana pencucian uang. Metode penelitian ini dilakukan secara langsung dilapangan sesuai dengan jenisnya penelitian hukum normatif. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa pelaksanaan regulasi tentang Di dalam Undang-undang tersebut peranan PPATK adalah pencegahan dan pemberantasan tindak pidana pencucian uang, pengelolaan data dan informasi yang diperoleh PPATK, pengawasan terhadap kepatuhan pihak pelapor dan analisis atau pemeriksaan laporan dan informasi transaksi keuangan yang berindikasi tindak pidana pencucian uang dan atau tindak pidana lain. Undang-Undang Nomor 10 Tahun 1998 tentang Perbankan menyangkut yang mengatur tentang kerahasian Bank khususnya seluruh data dan informasi, dengan adanya kewenangan PPATK sebagaimana diatur dalam Undang_undang Nomor 8 Tahun 2010, kerahasian bank menjadi tidak berarti

Abstract

E-Learning merupakan media yang digunakan untuk melakukan proses pembelajaran secara online. Setiap E-Learning mempunyai fitur yang berbeda-beda sesuai dengan keperluan masing-masing dalam melakukan proses pembelajaran. Fitur E-Learning yang banyak digunakan adalah fitur ujian. Ujian dilakukan sebagai tolak ukur untuk mengetahui tingkat pemahaman siswa selama pembelajaran. Penelitian ini fokus pada fitur pengacakan soal ujian untuk memastikan setiap siswa mendapatkan urutan soal yang berbeda dengan komposisi soal yang sama. Algoritma Fisher Yates Shuffle menghasilkan permutasi acak secara berurut untuk menghindari pengulangan urutan yang sama. Hasil pengujian yang telah dilakukan menunjukan bahwa dari 100 sampel siswa dan data soal yang diacak sebanyak 30 soal dengan soal yang ditampilkan kepada siswa sebanyak 15 soal menggunakan algoritma Fisher Yates Shuffle berhasil menghasilkan seperti yang diharapkan dan tidak terjadi pengulangan urutan soal yang sama oleh setiap siswa.

For website development companies, the main challenge in creating a company profile website for PT.Galangan Lautan Lestari Niaga is the approach to the public and the wider recognition of the company's identity. Therefore, this company profile website was created to enhance the value and dissemination of this PT to the public.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain the position of the Board of Commissioners as the Riau Government in conducting Supervision at Bank BUMD according to the provisions of Law Number 40 Year 2007 regarding Limited Liability Company. The type of this research is sociological law research, conducted by empirical approach by examining the formulation of the problem to be examined as well as providing an overview and analysis of the Position of the Board of Commissioners as the Representative of the Riau Government in conducting Supervision at Bank BUMD in Pekanbaru City based on Law Number 40 Year 2007 on Limited Liability Compan. From the results of this study can be taken several conclusions, among others, as follows: a. The Board of Commissioners shall have the duty of oversight for the interests of the Company and in accordance with the purposes and objectives of the Company for its management policy, general management of the Company and the Company's business, and advises the Board of Directors. b. The Commissioner is personally liable for the loss of the Company if the person is guilty or negligent in performing his duties.c. The Board of Commissioners shall be jointly and severally liable with all members of the Board of Directors, if the company.

Abstract

Bagaimanakah perlindungan hukum terhadap pengguna jasa transportasi Transmetro Pekanbaru bagi penyandang cacat berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 2016. Metode Penelitian Jenis Penelitian ini adalah penelitian hukum sosiologis. perlindungan hukum terhadap pengguna jasa transportasi transmetro pekanbaru bagi penyandang cacat dimana hak – hak penyandang cacat yang belum memadai serta belum memperoleh kesempatan yang sama seperti halnya orang normal lainnya di dalam melakukan aktifitas kehidupan sehari-hari. Di Kota Pekanbaru ini hak-hak kita selaku penyandang disabilitas hanya sedikit diperhatikan oleh masyarakat maupun oleh pemerintah. Oleh karena itu adakalanya pengguna jasa trasmetro pekanbaru bagi penyandang disabilitas untuk mendapatkan keamanan dan kenyamanan tidak terlalu diperhatikan

Abstract

Andrographis paniculata has been studied for their potential protective action on benign prostate hypertrophy (BPH). This polyphenol has been reported to repair the antioxidant defense mechanisms in the prostate, reduce inflammation, and inhibit IGF-I and IGF-II. Andrographis paniculata has been studied for its potential protective action on benign prostate hypertrophy (BPH) and its ability to reduce inflammation in the prostate. This study aimed to explore various scientific evidence related to the exploration of the potential of Andrographis paniculata in the management of benign prostate hypertrophy (BPH). These three studies consistently present data demonstrating the superiority of andrographolide isolate in the apoptosis initiation of prostate cells. Increased apoptosis of prostate cells is believed to cause a decrease in the mass of prostate tissues and organs. The decrease in prostate mass will relieve pressure on the urethral canal and will eliminate complaints of difficulty urinating in patients with BPH. In conclusion, Andrographis paniculata has the potential to supplementation in the management of benign prostate hypertrophy through regulation of prostate cell apoptosis initiation.

Abstract

This study discusses the parallels and similarities of heaven in the translation of the Ministry of Religious Affairs' al-Qur'an and al-kitab (the Bible) of Sabda. This study explains the similarity of the meaning of heaven between the two books because there are some similarities in explaining heaven. Therefore, this research uses the intertextuality approach pioneered by Julia Kristeva to see the similarities between the two holy books. The results of this research from the configuratioPARALLELISM OF HEAVEN IN AL-QUR'AN TRANSLATION OF KEMENAG AND AL-KITAB TRANSLATION OF SABDAn are more dominant to the similarity so that the parallel principle is more important in naming heaven, then also found the principle of excerpts, modifications in human disclosure, and description of heaven in the translation of al-Qur'an and al-Kitab.

Abstract

Harmonization of state administration and analysis of public services in the concept of good governance are very relevant topics in the context of public administration reform in many countries. Good governance emphasizes the importance of transparency, accountability, public participation, good rule of law, as well as efficiency and effectiveness in administering government. Harmonization of state administration refers to efforts to align various components of public administration so that they work efficiently and effectively in achieving government goals. This includes good coordination between government agencies, clear division of tasks, and integration of administrative processes to avoid overlap and promote optimal use of resources. Implementing the concept of good governance in public services requires commitment from the government and related parties to carry out reforms in the public administration system. This includes developing policies that support transparency and accountability, increasing the ability of institutions to provide quality services, and increasing community participation in decision making. Although the concepts of good governance and harmonization of state administration offer a strong framework for improving public service performance, their implementation is often faced with challenges such as corruption, lack of resources, and resistance to change from the parties involved. However, with a strong commitment from all relevant parties, it can be hoped that public administration reform can produce better, more efficient and more inclusive public services for all citizens.

Abstract

The performance of banking credit in the consumer sector, particularly in property loans, has shown significant improvement in line with the post-pandemic economic recovery. This growth fosters optimism for the consumer business, as reflected by the rising demand for both commercial and FLPP housing each year. The increasing trend in property demand highlights the sector's sustainable growth potential, bolstered by government policies such as tax incentives for property purchases and FLPP housing development programs. Consequently, the opportunity for consumer credit expansion in the Regional Office area is substantial. Additionally, consumer credit significantly enhances the Yogyakarta Regional Office’s performance, given its relatively low non-performing loan (NPL) risk. However, challenges remain in consumer loan marketing, with the KPR achievement rate at 93.01% still below optimal levels. Similarly, as of October 2024, key metrics such as Special Attention Debtors (DPK) and NPL have yet to meet the current year’s RKAP targets. This study aims to examine the impact of transformational leadership on employee performance, focusing on Relationship Managers (RMs) and RM KPP within the Yogyakarta Regional Office. It explores how transformational leadership values—such as inspirational motivation, personal development, and empowerment—affect RMs’ productivity and efficiency in meeting consumer business performance goals. A mixed-methods approach combining surveys and interviews is utilized to gather data from KPP RMs in the Yogyakarta Regional Office, using instruments that assess perceptions of leadership style and its correlation with performance. The findings are expected to offer practical insights for designing leadership training programs to enhance team performance by implementing transformational leadership principles. Furthermore, the study aims to provide recommendations for the banking industry on developing effective leadership strategies to boost consumer credit growth and overall productivity in the Yogyakarta Regional Office.
