Abstract

Abstract: The implementation of Green Economy is based on global climate change which is increasingly difficult to predict. Climate change, which often changes, hampers economic activities, both domestically and globally. Many things cause climate change, namely: greenhouse emissions, the use of fossil energy as fuel, and also the manufacturing industry which when carrying out its production activities produces exhaust emissions. The occurrence of climate change is of course very detrimental to all human beings, the need for everyone's role in overcoming the problem of climate change. For this reason, countries in the world are starting to switch to using renewable energy, which previously used fossil energy such as new stones to meet global energy needs. In this study, research uses business actors, especially in the coal, electric vehicle and tourism sectors. Then the researcher used the Descriptive Qualitative Method and reviewed previous articles that were relevant to this research. The results of this study are: 1) Electric vehicles have an effect on the Green Economy, 2) Tourism has an effect on the Green Economy, and 3) Coal has an effect on the Green Economy. Abstrak: Penerapan Ekonomi Hijau dilandasi dengan perubahan iklim global yang semakin sulit diprediksi. Perubuhan iklim yang sering berubah menjadikan terhambatnya kegiatan perekonomian, baik dalam negeri ataupun secara global. Banyak hal yang menyebabkan terjadinya perubahan iklim, yaitu: emisi rumah kaca, penggunaan energi fosil sebagai bahan bakar, dan juga industri manufaktur yang saat menjalankan kegiatan produksinya menghasilkan emisi gas buang. Dengan terjadinya perubahan iklim ini tentu sangat merugikan bagi semua umat manusia, perlunya peranan semua dalam mengatasi masalah perubahan Iklim. Untuk itulah negara-negara di dunia mulai beralih menggunakan energi terbarukan, yang sebelumnya menggunakan energi fosil seperti batu baru untuk memenuhi kebutuhan energi global. Pada penelitian ini, penelitian menggunakan objek pelaku usaha, terutama di sektor batubara, kendaraan listrik dan pariwisata. Kemudian peneliti menggunakan Metode Kualitatif Deskriptif dan mengkaji artikel terdahulu yang relevan dengan penelitian ini. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu: 1) Kendaraan listrik berpengaruh terhadap Green Economy, 2) Pariwisata berpengaruh terhadap Green Economy, dan 3) Batu Bara berpengaruh terhadap Green Economy.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to provide qualitative evidence related to the variables of this study from sources derived from national and international indexed journals or scientific articles found through Google Scholar. Researchers then make recommendations from their own perspectives. The research method used in this qualitative study uses a mini-review approach to achieve the research objectives. A mini-evaluation of the variables is done by reading and analyzing dozens of peer-reviewed journal articles. Research results, although still minimal and far from perfect, meet expectations and at least contribute to science and knowledge, especially in the areas of marketing management, service quality variables, customer satisfaction, and revenue improvement. I found out that there is. Just as customer satisfaction variables affect hotel room occupancy, service quality also affects hotel room occupancy. Increasing the above variables should always be done within the study population, especially for guests staying directly at the hotel. It should also be done in future research. There are gaps in other variables that could be used for future research, such as price, advertising, location, loyalty and brand image variables.

Abstract

Abstract: Literature articles reviewing the factors that influence tourists' interest in visiting are scientific articles that aim to build a research hypothesis on the influence of variables to be used in further research, within the scope of management science. The method of writing this Literature Review article is the library research method, which is sourced from online media such as Google Scholar, Mendeley and other academic online media. The results of this Literature Review article are that: 1) Destination image influences tourist interest in visiting; 2) Tourist attractiveness affects the interest of visiting tourists; and 3) Facilities affect the interest of visiting tourists. Apart from these 3 exogenous variables that influence the endogenous variables of interest in visiting tourists there are still many other factors including the variables E-WOM, service quality, price suitability, perception, and convenience. Abstrak: Artikel literatur review faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat berkunjung wisatawan adalah artikel ilmiah yang bertujuan membangun hipotesis riset pengaruh antar variabel yang akan digunakan pada riset selanjutnya, dalam ruang lingkup ilmu manajemen. Metode penulisan artikel Literature Review ini adalah dengan metode library risearch, yang bersumber dari media online seperti Google Scholar, Mendeley dan media online akademik lainnya. Hasil artikel Literature Review ini adalah bahwa: 1) Citra destinasi berpengaruh terhadap minat berkunjung wisatawan; 2) Daya tarik wisata berpengaruh terhadap minat berkunjung wisatawan; dan 3) Fasilitas berpengaruh terhadap minat berkunjung wisatawan. Selain dari 3 variabel exogen ini yang mempengaruhi variabel endogen minat berkunjung wisatawan masih banyak faktor lain di antaranya adalah variabel E-WOM, kualitas pelayanan, kesesuaian harga, persepsi, dan kemuahan.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian literature ini diharapkan dapat membangun hipotesis mengenai pengaruh antar variabel yang nantinya dapat digunakan untuk penelitian selanjutnya dalam lingkup manajemen sumber daya manusia. Artikel penelitian peran gaya kepemimpinan simbolik dan sikap empati terhadap tata kelola pemerintahan merupakan artikel literatur ilmiah dalam lingkup ilmu manajemen sumber daya manusia. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian literature review ini yaitu kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu menggunakan studi literatur atau melakukan review terhadap artikel terdahulu yang relevan. Data yang digunakan dalam pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif ini berasal dari penelitian terdahulu yang relevan dengan penelitian ini dan bersumber dari media online akademik seperti Jurnal Thomson Reuters, Springer, Taylor & Francis, Scopus Emerald, Elsevier, Sage, Web of Science, Jurnal Sinta, DOAJ, EBSCO, Google Scholar dan buku referensi digital. Hasil dari artikel literature review ini yaitu: 1) Gaya Kepemimpinan Simbolik berperan terhadap Tata Kelola Pemerintahan; dan 2) Sikap Empati berperan terhadap Tata Kelola Pemerintahan.

Abstract

Abstract: The Literature Review article on the Relationship between Recognition and Colleagues on Job Satisfaction is a scientific article that aims to build a research hypothesis on the influence between variables that will be used in further research, within the scope of Human Resource Management. The method of writing this Literature Review article is using the library research method, which is sourced from online media such as Google Scholar, Mendeley and other academic online media. The results of this study are: 1) Recognition is related to Job Satisfaction and 2) Coworkers are related to Job Satisfaction. Apart from these two exogenous variables that affect the endogenous variable Job Satisfaction, there are still many other factors including the variables of Salary, Work Environment and Workload. Abstract

This study aims to obtain information and analyze the effect of audit knowledge and experience on the detection of regional loss findings. This research was conducted at the Regional Inspectorate of Sijunjung Regency. The sampling method used the personally administered questionnaires technique. The test used is multiple regression. The results of the study show that audit knowledge and experience have an effect on the detection of regional loss findings. Based on the results of multiple linear regression tests, it was found that the most dominant variable was audit knowledge.

Abstract

This research aims to explored and analyzed those impact which relate to service quality and brand image in building trust and the decision to choose Oto Finance as financing institution used. The population were customers from PT. Summit OTO Finance which amounted to 9,302 customers until 2019, while the sample amounted to 155 respondents. The analysis technique that used in this research was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) by Lisrel software. The results showed that: 1) There had partially positive and significant influence from service quality variables on trust; 2) There had partially positive and significant influence of the brand image variable on trust; 3) There had partially positive and significant impact of service quality on decision to choose; 4) There had partially positive and significant influence from brand image variable on decision to choose ; and 5) There had positive and significant influence from the trust variable on decision to choose.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peranan ingredients, influencer review dan live streaming marketing terhadap minat beli konsumen pada produk skincare varian mugwort. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif deskriptif. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 40 orang. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 40 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu non probability sampling dengan sampling jenuh. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu cross sectional. Jenis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu data primer dan data sekunder, di mana data sekunder digunakan untuk memperkuat latar belakang masalah. Skala pengukuran yang digunakan yaitu kuisioer dengan skala likert 1-5. Uji-uji yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini yaitu uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji hipotesis, inner model, outer model dan r-square. Alat yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis yaitu Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat SmartPLS 3.2.9. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu: 1) Ingredients tidak berperan dan tidak signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen pada produk skincare varian mugwort; 2) Influencer review tidak berperan dan tidak signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen pada produk skincare varian mugwort; dan 3) Live streaming marketing tidak berperan dan tidak signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen pada produk skincare varian mugwort.
