Abstract

TikTok is a social media site that is becoming popular quickly. Developing the TikTok social media platform as a strategic tool for promotional media for Demonsnia Perfume. Demonsnia is a perfume shop that was founded in November 2020 and is located on Jl Pasundan no. 46 West Adiarsa. This research aims to analyze the power of EWOM for Demonsnia Parfum products carried out via TikTok social media. In an effort to increase product visibility and appeal, a creative approach to TikTok content has been implemented by utilizing unique trends and styles that suit the intended target market. However, the lack of human resources in creating promotional content is an obstacle for these MSMEs. This research uses a qualitative method with an interpretive descriptive research type that uses in-depth interview techniques and uses source triangulation techniques as a data collection method. This research used four informants, divided into three main informants and one expert informant. The research results illustrate that EWOM TikTok, which is viewed from the three dimensions described by Goyette, et.al, is suitable for the content stage and plays a big role in convincing generation Z to make purchasing decisions on Demonsnia Parfum products via TikTok social media.

Abstract

Management By Objective (MBO) to improve employee performance and employee career growth in achieving the company's objectives, assessment of the entire employee's performance in a company with objective assessment by employees in the automotive company in the caravan itself using the MBO. The aim is to understand the performance assessment with the management by objective (MBO) in the Automotive Company in Karawang and understand the effectiveness of work by using the method of MBO in the automobile enterprise at Karawang the process of determining the human resource needs, which means meeting those needs with the needs of the organization so that its implementation is integrated with the organization's plan. The method is conducted with interviews, surveys, and observations to employees of the automotive company in Karawang. The data collected is using modified questionnaires and verified interviews conducted to 6 employees. The results and interpretation are good because more than 80% of MBOs are effective for the company based on employee interviews already conducted at the automotive company in Karawang.

Abstract

Organizational culture is important in the company, a good organizational culture will help achieve organizational goals. The purpose of this research is to explain the implementation of Organizational Culture in management, innovation, attention to detail, people orientation, team orientation, speed and responsiveness. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method, this research also involves interviews and observations. The interviewees in this study involved 5 employees at the research location at Sempoa SIP Resinda Race. The results of this study are that the company accepts well the ideas given by employees, the company lacks attention to detail in its work, in this company employee welfare needs to be considered so that productivity increases, teamwork carried out needs to be improved again, speed and responsiveness carried out by employees are quite good.
