Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh Latihan peregangan PNF terhadap peningkatan atlet wushu club UKM Unpatti. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 20 orang. Analisis data yang diggunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah instrument analisis komparasi menggunakan uji T. hasil penelitian dapat dilihat dari nilai pretest sig 0.031 > 0.005, sedangkan pada posttest sig 0.000 > 0.005. maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode pelatihan peregangan PNF dapat meningkatkan kelentukan atlet. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian mengenai pengaruh peregangan PNF terhadap peningkatan kelentukan atlet wushu club ukm unpatti, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa: Secara numerik, hasil pelatihan peregangan PNF pada atlet meningkat secara bervariasi. Demikian pula dengan pengujian hipotesis, ternyata ditemukan bahwa penerapan metode pelatihan peregangan PNF, dapat meningkatkan kelentukan atlet. Hasil pelatihan kelentukan pada atlit dengan metode pelatihan peregangan PNF ternyata mengalami peningkatan yang cukup pesat.Kata kunci: Pereganga PNF, Kelentukan  Dan Atlet Wushu.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian komperatif, yaitu penelitian yang bersifat membandingkan. Adapun variabel yang diteliti adalah perbedaan hasil belajar sikap lilin melalui metode demonstrasi dan metode discovery learning pada siswa X SMA Negeri 25 Seram Bagian Barat yang berjumlah 24 siswa, sumber data berasal dari guru, siswa dan peneliti. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah dengan observasi, tes, dan dokumentasi atau arsip. Dari hasil penelitian yang diperoleh, sebagian besar memperoleh nilai dengan kriteria Amat Baik (89-100) yakni pada hasil belajar menggunakan metode demonstrasi berjumlah 1 siswa dan pada hasil belajar menggunakan metode discovery learning tidak ada siswa pada kriteria tersebut. Diperjelas pada gambar 4.3. Untuk perolehan kriteria baik (77-88) pada hasil belajar dengan menggunakan metode demonstrasi yang mendapat nilai tersebut berjumlah 7 siswa dan untuk hasil belajar dengan menggunakan metode discovery learning terdapat 7 siswa yang memperoleh kriteria tersebut. Sedangkan untuk kriteria cukup (65-76) untuk metode demonstrasi 2 siswa dan metode discovery learning 5 siswa. Sedangkan (<=64) hanya terdapat di metode demonstrasi dengan 2 siswa

Abstract

Science learning in elementary schools using the PBL learning model can grow students' higher-order thinking skills, such as problem-solving and creative thinking skills. The purpose of correlational research was to analyze the relationship between problem-solving and creative thinking skills of elementary school students through the implementation of PBL. The predictor variables and criteria in the research were in the form of problem-solving and creative thinking skills, respectively. The population of this study was the fifth-grade elementary school students, totaling 120 students. This study’s sample was 33 students. The data retrieval used problem-solving and creative thinking skills tests on the concept of the human circulatory system. The data analysis was performed by linear regression. The results showed a correlation between creative thinking and problem-solving skills in learning with PBL. There is a strong relationship between problem-solving and creative thinking skills through PBL. The predictor variable contributed 37.8% to the criterion variable. This study recommends that it is essential to familiarize PBL in elementary schools learning to improve students' higher-order thinking skills.

Abstract

Students are agents of future leaders who need to be prepared from now on to think at a high level. Through PBL models with HPC strategies, elementary science learning can potentially train high-level thinking, including metacognitive awareness and critical thinking skills. This study aims to reveal the contribution of metacognitive awareness to critical thinking skills with PBL models and HPC strategies. Various studies report that PBL has shortcomings in fostering metacognition and critical thinking. Therefore, PBL needs to be implemented with the homogeneity psycho cognition (HPC) strategy so that students can rise in organizing metacognitive awareness and critical thinking. This correlational study examined the relationship between metacognitive awareness and students' critical thinking skills. The predictor and criterion variables in the study were metacognitive awareness and critical thinking skills, respectively. Data analysis was conducted with linear regression. The results showed a correlation between metacognitive awareness and critical thinking skills in learning with PBL. There is a moderate relationship between the two variables. The predictor variables contributed 28.4% to the criterion variable. This study recommends that PBL with HPC is very important to be familiarized with learning in elementary schools to encourage students' metacognition and critical thinking skills.

Abstract

The application of the scientific approach in Physical Education, Sports, and Health (PJOK) plays a crucial role in enhancing the quality of the teaching and learning process. This study aims to examine the extent to which PJOK teachers implement the scientific approach in classroom instruction, particularly in the subject of gymnastics skills. This is a descriptive study using a qualitative approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and triangulation, and analyzed using qualitative methods. The research subjects were PJOK teachers at SMA Negeri 5 Buru, located in Sawa Village, Lilialy District, selected through purposive and snowball sampling techniques, based on their roles and competencies. The findings indicate that teachers generally apply the scientific approach adequately in the learning process. However, its implementation is not yet optimal, mainly due to the lack of active student participation during classroom activities. These results suggest that the success of the scientific approach depends not only on the teacher’s competence but also on the students’ engagement in the learning process.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence strength endurance has on the ability of Mawashi Geri in Karate for UKC Dojo Athletes. This research is a field experimental research with one group pre-test and post-test design. The population of this study amounted to 20 Karate athletes of UKC dojo athletes. Looking at the limited population and easy to reach, the research was conducted on the population. This research instrument uses (table of research aids for strength endurance training in the form of squat jump, heel rise, and step up and mawashi geri kick ability tests. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant positive effect as evidenced by the t_0 value of 4.85 with a significance level of 0.05 and 0.01. This means that there is a strong or high influence of strength endurance training on the ability of Mawashi geri in Karate martial arts UKC dojo athletes

Abstract

Variabel yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah variabel tunggal tentang Minat belajar senam lantai melalui beberapa pertanyaan/pernyataan sehingga jawaban dari siswa adalah hasil penilaian yang di gunakan untuk mengetahui minat belajar senam lantai pada siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri Satap 04 Leksula. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah menggunakan angket untuk menjaring data survei minat belajarbelajar penjas. Anket diedarkan secara individu agar dapat mengotrol responden untuk mengisi angket sehingga data yang di dapat adalah data yang di isi dengan benar oleh responden tanpa di pengaruhi oleh orang atau teman sendiri. Data yang di peroleh dari hasil penelitan tentang minat belajar senam lantai pada siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri Satap 04 Leksula. Data penelitian ini di kategorikan menjadi lima (5) kategori yaitu ; sangat tidak setuju (1),tidak setuju (2), kurang setuju (3), setuju (4), dan sangat setuju (5). Hasil analisis statistik deskriptif data surveiminatbelajarsenam lantai secara keseluruhan diperoleh data skor terendah (Min) =68; skor tertinggi (Max) = 116; Mean (M) = 99. Secara lebih terperinci skor dan kategori minat belajar senam lantai pada siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri Satap 04 Leksula.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the low interest of students in Kayang floor exercise material in class XII of SMA Negeri 16 Seram Barat. This condition is caused by teachers' habits of applying conventional models and lecture methods, not facilitating students with relevant learning resources, in addition to the methods applied during learning, students tend to get bored and not focused during the learning process, so that students always find it difficult to understand concepts. material studied. This results in students feeling bored and it is feared that it could affect students' cognitive abilities. The application of the Training Method can be used as an alternative solution to overcome the low Kayang Learning Results. This research was carried out over two cycles with Classroom Action Research (PTK) procedures following the Kemmis and McTagart scheme, namely planning, action, evaluation and reflection. The subjects of this research were 20 class XII students of SMA Negeri 16 West Seram for the 2022/2023 academic year. Data collection techniques were taken through interviews, observation, and learning outcomes tests. Data analysis was carried out descriptively qualitatively through interviews and observations. The research results showed that the percentage of students' Kayang learning outcomes increased from cycle I to cycle II actions. During 2 cycles, in cycle I student completion was 30%, while cycle II had completion at 95%, so it can be concluded that there was a significant increase in Kayang's learning outcomes through the training method.

Abstract

Proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) is the latest method used in flexibility training. This study shows something different from other studies.  The purpose of this study was whether there were differences in flexibility in male and female students as a result of the static stretching training method and the PNF stretching training method. The samples in this study were 80 male and female students, which were taken randomly from the male population of 56 people and the female population of 45 people, so that a total of 101 people. The results showed that the two methods showed a significant improvement. However, the PNF stretching training method was more effective than the static stretching training method in increasing flexibility. Both applied to male students and female students. Although the PNF stretching training method has been proven to increase flexibility in both males and females, students and physical education teachers need to pay attention to this training method and do it regularly and continuously by considering the advantages and disadvantages of each method. The suggestions for further research are to carry out further, complete research, which is related to this research, by taking into account the essential differences between males and females, such as physical and physiological growth and development.

Abstract

Program Pembelajaran dan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat (PPM) ini memiliki tujuan utama untuk mengenalkan serta mengimplementasikan strategi Homogenity Psycho Cognition (HPC) bagi guru dan siswa SD Inpres M/Morella. Calon mitra yang berperan sebagai subyek dalam kegiatan ini yaitu SD Inpres M/Morella Kecamatan Leihitu Kabupaten Maluku Tengah. Permasalahan mitra terkait dengan kurangnya upaya untuk melatih serta mengembangkan pendidikan karakter dan kecerdasan emosional siswa dalam pembelajaran. Selama ini Mitra sulit melakukan evaluasi terkait dengan aspek karakter dan kecerdasan emosional. Padahal kedua aspek ini sangat menentukan keberhasilan peserta didik. Pembelajaran juga masih berpusat pada guru. Sebagian besar guru belum mengenal berbagai strategi pembelajaran terutama  HPC, yang cukup berpotensi menumbuhkan karakter dan kecerdasan emosional siswa. Kegiatan ini dilakukan berupa pendampingan bagi guru dalam memahami berbagai strategi pembelajaran dan pendekatan tematik dalam K-13. Kegiatan lainnya juga mendampingi guru dalam mengembangkan atau menerapkan pembelajaran secara praktis kepada siswa dengan strategi HPC, serta mengembangkan instrumen penilaian karakter dan kecerdasan emosional.
