Abstract

The Tarakan Regional General Hospital, North Kalimantan was originally established in 1947 with the status of the Swatantra Regency Government of the Bulungan Regency with a Class D Hospital. This establishment aims to provide adequate health care facilities for the general public in the Tarakan island environment. The sample was 210 female nurses. conduct analysis to meet normality test requirements, descriptive statistics, perform multiple linear regression analysis and T test to answer hypotheses. In the gender role variable, the regression coefficient is 0.429 with a value of t = 7.213 with p = 0.000 or p <0.05. That is, some gender roles have a positive and significant influence on nurse performance. Thus, the H1 hypothesis can be accepted. In the work stress variable regression coefficient obtained -0.272 with a value of t = -4.726 with p = 0.000 or p <0.05. This means that work stress partially has a negative and significant effect on nurse performance. Thus, the H2 hypothesis can be accepted.

Abstract

The quality of educational institutions is important to note as a place to create thenation's generation. Its quality is determined by how well the performance of theteachers. The position of the teacher becomes very important because not onlyteaches knowledge but also build student character. Meanwhile, there are severalfactors that can affect the performance. This study aims to analyze the effect ofemotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence and work motivation on theperformance of Muhammadiyah school teachers in Tarakan City.The researchsample amounted to 92 teachers based on sample calculations using the Isaac andMichael formula with sampling technique simple random. The instrument used is aquestionnaire. The research data was processed using multiple linear analyses andtabulated with the IBM SPSS Statistics 25 program. The results showed thatemotional intelligence and work motivation had an effect on performance, whilespiritual intelligence had no effect on performance.

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of leadership style and job compensation on job satisfaction and employee performance. The research site was the Bulungan District Health Office. All employees are 60 people who are the respondents' research. The approach used is quantitative with a research instrument in the form of a Likert scale questionnaire. The analytical tool used is path analysis with SPSS-AMOS 20 software. The findings in this study indicate that leadership style has no significant negative effect on employee performance with an influence coefficient of -0.29 and P-value of 0.053. Leadership style has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction with an influence coefficient of 0.51 and P-value of ***. Work compensation has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction with an influence coefficient of 0.29 and P-value of 0.005. Work compensation has no significant positive effect on employee performance with an influence coefficient of 0.09 and P-value of 0.516. Job satisfaction has no significant positive effect on employee performance with an influence coefficient of 0.12 and P-value of 0.440. The influence of leadership style and work compensation variables on data variations on job satisfaction variables is 39%, the remaining 61%, other variables outside this study. The influence of leadership style variables, compensation and job satisfaction on data variations on employee performance variables is 9%, the remaining is 91%, other variables outside this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh celebrity endorser, electronic word of mouth, dan media sosial terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen Scarlett Whitening. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data primer dilakukan dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada sampel sebanyak 70 responden yang berusia minimal 17 tahun, melakukan pembelian produk di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta, dan melakukan pembelian produk Scarlett Whitening di antara bulan Januari 2021 sampai bulan Desember 2021. Analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial celebrity endorser dan media sosial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, dengan tingkat signifikansi celebrity endorser sebesar 0,021 < 0,05, dan media sosial sebesar 0,003 < 0,05. Sedangkan electronic word of mouth tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,705 > 0,05. Hasil uji determinasi diketahui bahwa besarnya persentase pengaruh celebrity endorser, electronic word of mouth, dan media sosial sebesar 0,295 atau 29%, artinya variabel celebrity endorser, electronic word of mouth, dan media sosial secara simultan mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian sebesar 29% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 71% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar penelitian ini. Media sosial merupakan variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh dengan nilai koefisien beta (β3) paling besar yaitu 0,401.

Abstract

The formation of Civil Servant Career Path cannot be separated from intervention of political officials who take part in government bodies, the principle of neutrality of Civil Servants is at stake. Analysis of the Influence of the Merit System, Talent Scouting, and Talent Pool on Career Path of Civil Servants is the main objective of this research. To achieve the research objectives, the research object and population are all Civil Servants of the Government of Magelang Regency, Central Java, Indonesia, totaling 6627 civil servants. Sample determination is based on the provisions of Slovin Formula margin of error of 0.05 = 378 civil servants, using Random Sampling method. The data analysis technique uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The research results show that Merit System has positive and significant effect on Career Path. Talent Scouting has positive and significant effect on career path. And Talent Pool has positive and significant effect on Career Path.

Abstract

This Community Service activity was carried out by a team of management and accounting lecturers of the Faculty of Economics, University of Borneo Tarakan on Digital Marketing Training  for UMKM in the city of Tarakan. This training aims to provide knowledge about digital marketing to UMKM in the city of Tarakan which was held on Juny 28 to 11 july, 2021. The method used is the current approach with the participatory method of rural approach in the form of training and mentoring which is generally done through three stages; preparation, training and evaluation, so that it can be more easily understood by UMKM in the city of Tarakan. Participants in this training are representatives of several people with a number of 30 people who have a profession as UMKM actors in the city of Tarakan, and who are still relatively young on average also fall into the category of beginners. The result obtained is to increase knowledge for MSMEs in the city of the importance of Digital Marketing (DM) to increase sales and for the sustainability of the business carried out. This activity is expected to help UMKM actors in increasing revenue and also improving the knowledge in the digital era so as not to be crushed by the changing times.

Abstract

Pemasaran digital menjadi salah satu strategi yang krusial bagi perkembangan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di era digital. Namun, di wilayah perbatasan seperti Kabupaten Tana Tidung, Kalimantan Utara, banyak pelaku UMKM yang masih kurang memanfaatkan potensi pemasaran digital untuk meningkatkan visibilitas dan daya saing produk mereka. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan pelatihan digital marketing kepada pelaku UMKM setempat, dengan pendekatan interaktif yang memungkinkan peserta untuk langsung mempraktikkan penggunaan platform digital dalam mengelola bisnis mereka. Pelatihan ini mencakup materi tentang penggunaan media sosial, pembuatan konten digital, pemanfaatan e-commerce, serta pengukuran efektivitas kampanye digital. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta terhadap digital marketing, dengan banyak peserta yang berhasil membuat akun bisnis, memulai kampanye pemasaran, dan meningkatkan interaksi dengan konsumen. Meskipun demikian, tantangan masih ada terkait dengan akses terbatas terhadap perangkat digital dan jaringan internet yang stabil. Oleh karena itu, disarankan untuk mengadakan pendampingan pasca pelatihan, meningkatkan infrastruktur digital daerah, serta mengembangkan pelatihan lanjutan yang lebih mendalam mengenai strategi digital marketing. Diharapkan bahwa dengan pelatihan ini, UMKM di Kabupaten Tana Tidung dapat mengoptimalkan potensi pemasaran digital untuk meningkatkan daya saing dan memperluas pasar mereka.
