Abstract

Tugas pokok guru adalah melaksanakan perencanaan pembelajaran, proses pembelajaran, dan penilaian hasil belajar. Dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran dibutuhkan kemampuan berkomunikasi yang baik agar pembelajaran di kelas menjadi efektif dan bermakna. Dari hasil penilaian kinerja guru di madrasah, kompetensi guru dalam komunikasi dengan peserta didik masih kurang. Dari 10 guru yang dinilai kinerjanya (berdasarkan instrumen PKG) diperoleh hasil 25% baik, 20% cukup baik, dan 55% kurang. Dari data tersebut sebagai kepala madrasah akan melakukan perbaikan melalui kegiatan simulasi yang dikemas dalam penelitian tindakan sekolah. Untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam berkomunikasi dapat ditempuh melalui pelatihan dan simulasi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah eksperimen. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah Pre-Experimental Design dengan model desain One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Digunakan desain ini karena terdapat pretest sebelum diberi perlakuan, hasil perlakuan dapat diketahui lebih akurat karena dapat dibandingkan dengan keadaan sebelum diberi perlakuan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru yang telah bersertifikasi. Sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan lembar observasi unjuk kerja. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis deskriptif. Berdasarkan data pre test/PKG dan post test (pasca simulasi) dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut; 1) Kemampuan guru dalam komunuikasi pembelajaran sebelum dilaksanakan simulasi nilai minimum 6 dan maksimum 9, rata-rata skor 7,7 dengan standar deviasi 0,8; Kemampuan guru dalam komunuikasi pembelajaran setelah dilaksanakan simulasi menunjukkan skor minimum 7, skor maksimum 12, rata-rata skor 10 dengan standar deviasi 1,3; dan Nilai probabilitas atau sig (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 <0,05, artinya terdapat perbedaan yang siginifikan kemampuan guru dalam komunikasi pembelajaran sebelum dan sesudah dilaksanakan kegiatan simulasi

Abstract

This study aims to describe the Wolio language maintenance strategy model in the 5.0 era of society. This study uses qualitative research methods within the scope of sociolinguistic studies. Data were collected through library studies, and field studies. The results of this study describe five models of strategies for maintaining the Wolio language as a mother tongue, namely: 1) strengthening the preservation of Wolio customs and culture, 2) strengthening the role of Wolio traditional and cultural institutions, 3) strengthening the role of government, 4) strengthening the role of the family, and 5) strengthening the use of the latest communication and social media. The results of this study indicate that language maintenance in era 5.0 still requires the involvement of various elements, the government, the community, parents, and traditional leaders. In addition, language maintenance must be carried out by maintaining community traditions and customs because languages ​​that lose their culture will die slowly, and traditional traditions that lose their language will lose their sacredness. The use of the latest social media is also very important in maintaining language to respond to the 4.0 revolution. If not, the language will begin to be abandoned by its speakers, especially the younger generation, because they are considered inflexible, not prestige and left behind, or old-fashioned..

Abstract

Guru Bahasa Indonesia juga memiliki peran penting dalam mendukung perkembangan literasi digital siswa. Dalam era teknologi saat ini, keterampilan membaca tidak hanya terbatas pada buku cetak, tetapi juga mencakup pemahaman teks digital seperti artikel online, e-book, dan konten multimedia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Peran Guru Bahasa Indonesia dalam Mempercepat Kemampuan Membaca Siswa Sekolah Dasar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan untuk menganalisis peran guru Bahasa Indonesia dalam mempercepat kemampuan membaca siswa di SD Negeri 1 Kaobula adalah penelitian kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan melalui beberapa metode yang dirancang untuk mendapatkan wawasan menyeluruh tentang peran guru Bahasa Indonesia dalam mempercepat kemampuan membaca siswa di SD Negeri 1 Kaobula. Proses analisis data kualitatif sering kali melibatkan pengkodean, pengelompokkan tema, dan pencarian pola yang muncul secara alami dari data. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa peran guru Bahasa Indonesia sangat krusial dalam mempercepat kemampuan membaca siswa di SD Negeri 1 Kaobula. Metode pengajaran yang efektif, penggunaan media yang menarik, serta dukungan aktif dan konstruktif dari guru berkontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan keterampilan membaca siswa. Lingkungan belajar yang positif dan dukungan keluarga juga memainkan peran penting dalam kemajuan membaca siswa.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the total costs, total revenues, profits, and productivity of the large size (18×18×15) m3 and small size (13×13×10) m3 of floating lift net in Lamontoli Village, South Bungku District, Morowali Regency. This research was conducted from January to February 2022. The sampling technique was carried out by census on eight fishermen of floating lift net. The data collections in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis were consisted of analysis of total costs, total revenues, profits, and capital productivity. The results of the study showed that the total cost of large floating lift net was IDR 2,843,967/trip and small floating lift net which was IDR 1,751,472/trip. The amount of total revenue for large floating lift net was IDR 10,823,750/trip and the small floating lift net was IDR 7,612,500/trip. The profits for large floating lift net was IDR 8,042,972 and small floating lift net was IDR 5,861,028/trip. The business productivity value of large floating lift net was 3.93 and the business productivity value obtained by small floating lift net was 4,48.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis struktur sintaksis dalam judul berita konflik Palestina-Israel di situs Muhammadiyah.or.id menggunakan pendekatan Analisis Wacana Kritis (AWK) model Fairclough. Sebanyak 20 judul berita yang diterbitkan antara 2023–2024 dikaji untuk mengidentifikasi pola sintaksis dan strategi wacana yang digunakan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa 75% judul menggunakan pola S-P-O-K dan S-P-Pel, dengan dominasi subjek yang merepresentasikan Muhammadiyah sebagai aktor utama dalam aksi solidaritas Palestina. Selain itu, 65% judul mengandung verba material, yang memperkuat narasi aksi nyata dibandingkan deskripsi situasi konflik. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa sintaksis judul berita tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai struktur linguistik, tetapi juga sebagai strategi diskursif dalam membingkai isu Palestina. Dengan mengutamakan elemen tindakan dan partisipasi aktif, pemberitaan di situs Muhammadiyah.or.id memperkuat wacana keterlibatan sosial dan advokasi kemanusiaan. Keterbatasan penelitian ini terletak pada cakupan analisis yang hanya berfokus pada judul berita tanpa mengkaji isi teks secara keseluruhan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian selanjutnya direkomendasikan untuk menyelidiki hubungan antara struktur sintaksis dalam teks berita secara menyeluruh dan dampaknya terhadap konstruksi pemahaman audiens.

Abstract

Dental health is an integral part of health in general. Maintaining dental health is important. Teeth that are not cared for or maintained in health and hygiene can damage teeth such as caries, periodontal disease, and fractures when traumatized. Therefore, if the tooth is left in such a state, it can potentially lose the tooth. Dentures are prostheses that replace some or all of the missing natural teeth and surrounding tissues. The use of dentures can be influenced by several factors such as the high cost of making dentures, the length of time it takes to make dentures and the lack of public knowledge about the benefits of using dentures. The purpose of the study was to determine the level of knowledge of patients about the use of dentures after permanent tooth extraction at the Molawe Health Center based on gender, age, education, occupation and income. This study is a descriptive research with a cross sectional approach using the total sampling technique and the number of samples as many as 37 respondents. The results showed that the relationship between knowledge level and gender was obtained with a p-value of 0.473, the relationship between knowledge level and age was obtained with a p-value of 0.023, the relationship between knowledge level and education was obtained with a p-value of 0.000, the relationship between knowledge level and employment was obtained with a p-value of 0.004, and the relationship between knowledge level and income was obtained with a p-value of 0.005. This study shows that there is no relationship between the level of knowledge and gender on the use of dentures after tooth extraction. Furthermore, there is a relationship between the level of knowledge and age, education, occupation, and income on the use of dentures after tooth extraction.

Abstract

The ability to cooperate and politely communicate with other parties is very important in this era of the industrial revolution. On the other hand, students still do not understand the importance of cooperation and politeness for their success in the future. Therefore, this Community Service Activity is caused by two things, namely: a) the low ability of students to cooperate in communicating, and b) the low knowledge of students regarding politeness in communicating with teachers, peers, and younger people. Therefore, this study aims to provide training related to the principles of cooperation and politeness to students in communicating. The method used in this research is the lecture method, question and answer, and group discussion. The results of this study revealed that high school students were very happy to participate in this training because they could know the types of cooperative principles that they could apply in communicating. In addition, they become more understanding about the types of politeness in building communication with teachers, students of the same age, and younger people. The implication of this study emphasizes that the application of the principles of cooperation and courtesy is very appropriate to be taught in schools, both by school principals and teachers to their students.

Abstract

Dental and oral health is an important part of children's health, especially at school age which is the early period of forming healthy living habits. The School Dental Health Business Program (UKGS) was developed as a promotive and preventive effort to instill dental health maintenance behaviors from an early age. However, the effectiveness of its implementation often differs from school to school. This study aims to analyze the effect of the implementation of UKGS on the incidence of caries in students at SD Inpres 5 Birobuli, Palu City, Central Sulawesi Province. The research uses a quantitative method with a cross-sectional design. From a total population of 456 students, as many as 103 students in grades I and II were selected as samples. Data were obtained through questionnaires and dental examinations, then analyzed using the Chi-square test (α=0.05). From this study, the results were obtained that the implementation of UKGS in the school is still very low (less than 25%). Of the 103 children, 73 (70.9%) had caries. The statistical test obtained a p-value of 0.477, which indicates that there is no significant influence between the implementation of UKGS and the incidence of caries in students. Thus, it is necessary to strengthen the implementation of UKGS at SD Inpres 5 Birobuli in order to play a more effective role in reducing dental caries in school children. Increasing educational activities and improving the implementation of dental health business programs is recommended to support better dental and oral health outcomes
