Abstract

This study examines the impact of distance travelled, cost of service, and availability of medical staff on patient satisfaction in accessing healthcare services in disadvantaged areas of Indonesia. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 50 respondents through a structured questionnaire, employing a Likert scale of 1-5. Multiple regression analysis was performed using SPSS version 26 to determine the relationships between the independent variables (distance travelled, cost of service, and availability of medical staff) and the dependent variable (patient satisfaction). The results indicate that distance travelled and cost of service have significant negative impacts on patient satisfaction, while the availability of medical staff positively influences satisfaction. These findings provide valuable insights for policymakers and healthcare providers in addressing the barriers to healthcare access in underserved regions of Indonesia and improving patient satisfaction.

Abstract

ABSTRAK : Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi atas berkembang pesatnya teknologi informasi yang dapat dimanfaatkan dalam pembelajaran. Adapun tujuan atas penelitian ini ialah mengetahui pengaruh aplikasi Instagram terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas V mata pelajaran Matematika materi Volume Bangun Ruang di SDN Bakung Temenggungan Balongbendo Sidoarjo. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen. Yang desain penelitiannya yang dipergunakan merupakan Quasi Experimental atau eksperimen semu. Populasi yang dipergunakan dipenelitian ini ialah kelas V di SDN Bakung Temenggungan. Sampel yang dipergunakan pada penelitian ini ialah nonprability sampling, yaitu kelas A sebanyak 20 siswa dan kelas B 20 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan tiga tahap, yaitu pretest, treatment atau perlakuan, dan post test.  Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas dan uji t. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah adanya pengaruh aplikasi instagram terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas V mata pelajaran matematika materi volume bangun ruang di SDN Bakung Temenggungan Balongbendo Sidoarjo. Rekomendasi untuk penelitian selanjutnya adalah agar memanfaatkan aplikasi Instagram sebagai media pembelajaran baik pada mata pelajaran matematika maupun mata pelajaran lain. ABSTRACT : This research is based on the rapid development of information technology that can be used in learning. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Instagram application on the learning outcomes of fifth grade students in Mathematics in the material of Space Volume at SDN Bakung Temenggungan Balongbendo Sidoarjo. This type of research is experimental research. The research design used is Quasi Experimental or quasi-experimental. The population used in this study is class V at SDN Bakung Temenggungan. The sample used in this study is nonprability sampling, namely class A as many as 20 students and class B 20 students. The data collection technique was carried out in three stages, namely pretest, treatment, and post test. The data analysis technique used the normality test, homogeneity test and t test. The conclusion of this research is the influence of the Instagram application on the learning outcomes of fifth grade students in mathematics subject matter volume building space at SDN Bakung Temenggungan Balongbendo Sidoarjo. Recommendations for further research are to use the Instagram application as a learning medium for both mathematics and other subjects.

Abstract

This study aims to map the intellectual structure and development of impairment research in financial reporting through a bibliometric approach. Using data extracted from the Scopus database covering the period 2000–2025, the analysis employs VOSviewer to examine co-occurrence of keywords, thematic clusters, and research evolution. The findings reveal that the literature is structured around several dominant themes, including cognitive impairment, visual impairment, and genetic perspectives, which are interconnected through methodological approaches such as cohort and longitudinal studies. The temporal analysis indicates a shift from early research focusing on diagnostic and measurement frameworks toward more recent studies emphasizing early detection, personalized approaches, and life-course perspectives. Furthermore, the results highlight the increasing integration of multidisciplinary insights, reflecting the complexity of impairment-related phenomena. This study contributes to the literature by providing a comprehensive overview of the field’s intellectual landscape, identifying key research trends, and offering directions for future research. The findings also offer practical implications for researchers and practitioners by emphasizing the importance of integrative and evidence-based approaches in understanding and managing impairment.
