Abstract

This study aims to describe misconceptions held by fourth-grade elementary school students regarding the concept of human sensory organs. The research employed a qualitative descriptive approach using the Certainty of Response Index (CRI) method to measure students’ confidence in their answers. The subjects consisted of 11 students selected through diagnostic tests and interviews. The results showed that the highest misconception occurred in the concept of the sense of sight (eye) at 74.5%, while the lowest was in the general understanding of the human senses at 37.83%. The causes of these misconceptions stemmed from internal factors, such as associative thinking and incorrect intuition, as well as external factors, including teaching methods, textbooks, and learning context. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that misconceptions about the concept of human sensory organs are still present among fourth-grade students and require targeted instructional interventions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan dan menguji validitas, praktikalitas, serta efektivitas modul pembelajaran tematik terpadu berbasis karakter pada Tema 2 Subtema 2 di kelas I SDN 11 Tanjung Medan. Metode yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE, yang mencakup analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Hasil validasi oleh ahli desain, bahasa, materi, satu guru, dan 20 siswa menunjukkan tingkat validitas sebesar 78,89% (Valid). Uji praktikalitas memperoleh hasil 83% dari guru dan 82,28% dari siswa (Sangat Praktis). Uji efektivitas menunjukkan persentase 87,5% dari guru dan 75,5% dari siswa (Efektif). Dengan demikian, modul yang dikembangkan dinyatakan valid, praktis, dan efektif untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan karena keunggulan model pembelajaran SAVI yang tidak ditemukan pada model lain, sehingga menjadikannya sangat cocok diterapkan dalam proses pembelajaran di Sekolah Dasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan model pembelajaran SAVI di Sekolah Dasar dalam enam tahun terakhir. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif berbasis studi pustaka (literature review). Studi ini mengkaji penerapan model SAVI (Somatic, Auditory, Visual, Intellectual) dalam pembelajaran di Sekolah Dasar berdasarkan analisis terhadap 16 jurnal yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model SAVI dapat dikombinasikan dengan model pembelajaran lain, diintegrasikan dengan media pembelajaran, serta diterapkan berdasarkan jenjang kelas dan mata pelajaran. Model SAVI terbukti memiliki dampak positif terhadap pembelajaran di Sekolah Dasar, seperti meningkatkan minat belajar, keaktifan, prestasi, hasil belajar, keterampilan berbicara, aktivitas pembelajaran, serta kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi pembelajaran yang kurang menggali pemikiran siswa, rendahnya tingkat kreativitas belajar peserta didik, proses pembelajaran yang masih dominan menggunakan metode ceramah, serta kurangnya pemanfaatan lingkungan sebagai sumber belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran inkuiri terhadap kreativitas belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran IPAS Sekolah Dasar. Kebaruan penelitian ini terletak pada eksplorasi mendalam mengenai bagaimana model pembelajaran inkuiri dapat meningkatkan kreativitas belajar peserta didik secara signifikan melalui pendekatan partisipatif dan eksploratif. Metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain eksperimen menggunakan metode Quasi Eksperimen Design. Sampel penelitian 55 peserta didik yang diambil menggunakan teknik probability sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan modul pembelajaran dan angket berpikir kreatif. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Uji T. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh signifikan model pembelajaran inkuiri terhadap kreativitas belajar peserta didik. Penerapan model pembelajaran inkuiri mendorong siswa untuk aktif berpartisipasi dan mengeksplorasi pengetahuan mereka, sehingga mendukung pengembangan ide-ide kreatif. Hasil penelitian ini mengimplikasikan bahwa model pembelajaran inkuiri dapat menjadi alternatif yang efektif untuk diterapkan dalam pembelajaran IPAS, khususnya dalam meningkatkan kreativitas belajar siswa. Temuan ini memberikan rekomendasi kepada pembuat kebijakan pendidikan dan pihak sekolah untuk memprioritaskan penerapan model inkuiri sebagai upaya meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran yang lebih bermakna.

Abstract

Learning media plays an important role in connecting theory with practice, turning abstract concepts into more concrete and interesting experiences, learning media arranges various educational elements into a whole that strengthens students' understanding in an interactive and fun way. The main goal of a puzzle is to solve a challenge by utilizing thinking skills, logic, and sometimes motor skills. This research was carried out to find out the use of puzzle media in teaching in elementary schools. The literature study method in this study, with the help of prisms as a guide for selecting relevant research results. The results of this research include the combination of puzzle media with learning models, combination with other learning media, use based on class, use based on meta lessons, influence on learning in schools. Based on the results of analysis from various relevant research results, the use of puzzle media is often used in elementary school learning and provides positive impacts such as increasing student interest in learning, improving reading skills, increasing student learning achievement, improving learning outcomes, increasing student learning motivation, increasing ability. students' reading and improving students' skills.

Abstract

The global education development agenda is reflected in Goal 4 (SDG4) of the 2030 Sustainable Development Agenda, which was adopted by countries around the world, including Indonesia. Indonesia strives to ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all by 2030 through various government policies. The policy aims to reconfigure the entire education system to support and encourage curriculum and learning, so that all critical targets and goals (SDGs) of the 2030 agenda for sustainable development can be achieved.The education system in Indonesia is derived from Indonesian culture and society. This is what differentiates the system in Indonesia from other countries, we are different from the United States, Australia, different from neighboring countries such as Malaysia and Thailand. Indonesian education is part of cultural sovereignty, not just political sovereignty. The birth of the education system in Indonesia came from the grassroots of society. The education sector needs to be improved in terms of the system, actors including teachers and students, as well as cultivating tolerance in the classroom with various educational policies. Education now makes measuring human abilities the main and most important indicator. However, it is impossible for education to measure human abilities to limit, reduce and ultimately hide human abilities from themselves because humans have diversity. 262 million people are expected to be university students worldwide by 2025. The government is an institution that has the authority to make and take decisions in the form of policies regarding education. Policies regarding education depend on the problems that occur. The current problem is differences in understanding and thinking about diversity. Diversity includes cultural values that exist in society. Cultural values come from the place of residence and society, which is local wisdom which is the basis of multicultural education.
