Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada layanan tarif daya 900VA di PT. PLN ULP Wayhalim. Masalah yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan oleh PT. PLN dapat memengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan dalam hal proses registrasi, informasi tagihan, responsivitas petugas, assurance, empati, dan fasilitas pelayanan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei dan analisis regresi untuk menguji pengaruh variabel kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan yang meliputi proses registrasi yang tepat waktu, kesiapan petugas dalam melayani, pemberian informasi yang jelas, serta fasilitas yang memadai memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa dengan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan pada aspek-aspek tersebut, PT. PLN ULP Wayhalim dapat meningkatkan tingkat kepuasan pelanggan.

Abstract

Hakikat perusahaan dalam menjalankan bisnis adalah untuk mencari keuntungan, maka bila perusahaan membuat program tanggung jawab sosial (Corporate Social Responsiblility) seharusnya dimaknai sebagai wujud investasi sosial perusahaan. Sebagai sebuah inisiasi dalam pendekatan pelaksanaan program CSR yang berangkat dari aspek ekonomi. Rasio Sosial Return on Investment (SROI) sudah cukup besar menghasilkan dampak sosial. Tantangan berikutnya yang sangat penting untuk dilakukan oleh PT. PLN dan stakeholder lainnya adalah menjaga keberlanjutan dan kualitas dari Program PLN peduli. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui rasio hasil perhitungan SROI Program PLN Peduli pada Kelompok Tani Harapan Maju, Desa Bumi Jaya, Kecamatan Candipura, Kabupaten Lampung Selatan. Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang merupakan metode untuk mengeksplorasi dan memahami makna yang bagi sejumlah individu atau sekelompok orang dianggap berasal dari masalah sosial atau kemanusiaan. Berdasarkan penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa besarnya dampak yang dihasilkan dari program PLN Peduli adalah sebesar 1,68:1 yang artinya setiap Rp.1 yang diinvestasikan dalam program PLN Peduli pada Kelompok Tani Harapan Maju, Desa Bumi Jaya, Kecamatan Candipura, Kabupaten Lampung Selatan menghasilkan dampak sosial sebesar Rp 1,68 menurut perhitungan SROI.

Abstract

Pada era digitalisasi, strategi pemasaran digital akan menjadi rancangan yang baik untuk  Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) dalam memaksimalkan persaingan. Permasalahan yang ada di Keripik Pisang Askha Jaya yaitu strategi pemasaran digital yang kurang efektif untuk meningkatkan daya saing bisnis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran digital yang diterapkan oleh Keripik Pisang Askha Jaya di Kota Bandar Lampung. Menggunakan metode kualitatif menggunakan data primer dari pengelola UMKM Keripik Pisang Askha Jaya dengan pendekatan SWOT yang menyoroti pentingnya diferensiasi dan inovasi produk dalam menciptakan keunggulan kompetitif, penelitian ini mengevaluasi kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman usaha tersebut. Hasil riset menjelaskan jika implementasi rancangan pemasaran digital dalam social media, inovasi produk dan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas dapat membantu UMKM Keripik Pisang Askha Jaya meningkatkan daya saing dengan memperluas jangkauan pasar, meningkatkan visibilitas, dan membangun brand awareness untuk bersaing di pasar lokal maupun internasional. Strategi dalam memasarkan secara online bisa dilaksanakan dengan menjalankan kolaborasi bersama influencer, platform e-commerce, dan memperoleh dorongan penuh atas pemerintah.

Abstract

Salah satu restoran cepat saji yang popular di Indonesia adalah McDonald’s. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dan menganalisis dampak dari Self-Order Kiosk dan QRIS terhadap tingkat Kepuasan Pelanggan di restoran McDonald’sBandar Lampung secara parsial dan simultan.Sebanyak 140 partisipan berkontribusi dalam penelitian ini, yang dipilih dengan menggunakan rumus Hair serta metode Purposive Sampling. Metode yang digunakan dalam temuan ini mencakup pengujian validitas, pengujian reliabilitas, analisis statistik deskriptif, analisis regresi linear berganda, pengujian hipotesis (yang meliputi Uji T dan Uji F), serta pengujian koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menyatakan Self-Order Kiosk dan QRIS mempengaruhi secara positif pada Kepuasan Pelanggan baik secara parsial dan simultan

Abstract

Currently, the MSME area in the country is experiencing a quite challenging atmosphere amid the change of business areas that continue to become complex. In a tight economic competition like today, industry actors are required to sort out several options, one of which is prioritizing quality to achieve a wider market share, one of which is at the Askha Jaya Banana Chip Store. The challenge that takes place in the Askha Jaya Banana Chips business is that there is still a process of creating manual methods, and the packaging problems that exist are also still very limited is by using hands alias manual, so that there are still often errors or defective objects or bad objects that take place after the production process. Process means the methods, tactics, and mechanisms in which current resources, hardware, materials, and assets are thoroughly transformed to achieve results. Quality control is a mechanism and structured exercises / activities carried out to achieve, follow and work on the nature of goods and services in accordance with predetermined guidelines and can meet consumer loyalty. The purpose of this research is to recognize the influence of variables on the Askha Jaya Banana Chip Store. This research method uses quantitative descriptive research, with a sample of 35. Then the information is processed using SPSS version 22. The results of the research show that the production process and quality control together have a positive and significant effect on product quality at the Askha Jaya Banana Chip Store.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of variables such as product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction in gaprek kitha MSMEs. The population that is the focus of the study is all geprek kitha MSME customers using a sample of 100 respondents from geprek kitha MSME customers using the Purposive Sampling technique. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The findings of this study show that product quality and service quality have a significant partial effect on customer satisfaction in prek kitha MSMEs. Simultaneously, or together, the variables of product quality and service quality have a significant effect on customer satisfaction and provide variations between variables by 84.8%, while 15.2% are influenced by other variables that are not contained in the study.

Abstract

Lampung Batik has become a cultural heritage and creative industry that is rich in historical and artistic values. Siger Roemah Batik Lampung as one of the main players in this industry, plays an important role in preserving and developing the tradition of Lampung batik. This research aims to uncover ideas that can be implemented, in order to increase sales of Siger Roemah Batik Lampung. This research data comes from interviews, observations, all of which are qualitative approach methods. In this study, marketing mix, IFE/EFE analysis, SWOT analysis and QSPM Matrix were used as analytical tools on Internal and External aspects in Siger Roemah Batik Lampung Company. Siger Roemah Batik Lampung can take strategic steps based on the company's internal strengths and existing external opportunities, taking into account internal weaknesses and external threats that may occur. Thus, companies can optimize their potential and overcome the challenges faced within the company.

Abstract

Sales of Sandy Cab Honey Grilled Chicken. Lampung every month is uncertain and causes income to become unstable. The research carried out examines the impact of product and service quality on the level of customer satisfaction at that location. For the purposes of this research, a quantitative methodology was used by taking a sample consisting of 100 customers of Ayam Bakar Madu Lampung branch, using a sampling technique based on the Lemeshow formula. Data analysis was carried out with the help of SPSS software, including various statistical tests to assess validity, reliability, and using coefficient of determination testing, multiple linear regression, F test, and T test. The results of the research indicate that: 1) Product quality has a significant impact on consumer satisfaction at Ayam Bakar Honey Lampung branch. Similarly, 2) Service quality was found to have a significant effect on customer satisfaction, which confirms the importance of, 3) Product quality and Service quality on the level of consumer satisfaction in the restaurant.

Abstract

This research aims to: (1) produce interactive multimedia learning based on Google Site that is suitable for use in teaching and learning. (2) Produce practical and easy-to-learn interactive multimedia learning based on Google Site. (3) Determine the effectiveness of interactive multimedia based on Google Site. This research is a Research and Development (R&D) study using the ADDIE model. The study was conducted on 10th-grade students of State Islamic Senior High School 1 in Langkat. The method used in this model is Quasi-Experimental. The research sample consisted of 72 students, with 36 students as the experimental group taught using interactive multimedia based on Google Site and 36 students as the control group taught using picture media. The results of the study prove that there is a significant difference between the English learning outcomes of students taught using interactive multimedia based on Google Site and those taught using picture media. This is indicated by the obtained data, where the significance value obtained is 0.003. The significance value (sig) < 0.05, thus is rejected and is accepted. Therefore, it can be concluded that interactive multimedia based on Google Site is better than picture media.
