Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengetahuan kewirausahaan, kemandirian pribadi dan motivasi terhadap keberhasilan usaha (studi kasus cafe di kecamatan medan maimun). Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian asosiatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pemilik usaha cafe di kecamatan medan maimun yang jumlahnya 33 cafe. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 33 responden dengan 33 pemilik usaha cafe di kecamatan medan maimun yang dimana menggunakan sampel jenuh. Pada hasil penelitian bahwa Pengetahuan kewirausahaan bernilai positif namun tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan, Kemandirian pribadi bernilai positif namun tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan dan Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, Pengetahuan kewirausahaan, Kemandirian pribadi, dan Motivasi secara serempak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan.

Abstract

Oil palm is a plant that has benefits for humans by processing its fruit into oil, besides that the fruit and trunk of oil palm can also be used as particle board. The fronds of oil palms have so far only become waste and are not utilized properly. Palm oil sticks are also no less important in providing additional income to the palm oil farmer. But because of the lack or lack of knowledge of the community in managing palm sticks into a craft that has economic and aesthetic selling value, so many branches or palm fronds are not produced properly. So that it causes piles of palm fronds on plantation land. The method used is the Knowledge sharing method. Knowledge sharing method. Knowledge sharing is a method or activity in knowledge management that is used to provide and disseminate knowledge, ideas, experiences, or skills from a person, department, organization, agency, or company to create a basic need for cooperation.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Work Appraisal and Compensation on Work Productivity of Sub-district Office Employees Maniamolo South Nias Regency. This research includes population research which has been conducted on 30 employees at the Maniamolo Sub-District Office. The questionnaire was tested for validity and reliability before collecting data research. The test tool used in this study uses the classical assumption test which includes the data normality test, classical assumption test, and classical assumption test. Assumption test which includes data normality test, multicolonierity test, autocorrelation test, and heteroscedasticity test. The data analysis method used is multiple regression. The research resulted in the following: (1) Work Appraisal has a positive and significant effect on Employee Productivity which is indicated by the value of tcount (6.947) ttable (1.703) and a significant level of 0.000 (0.05). (2) compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity which is indicated by the value of tcount = (3.093) t table (1.703) and a significant level of 0.005 (0.05). (3) Appraisal Work Appraisal and Compensation have a joint effect on employee work productivity, which is indicated by the value of f count 41.365 3.354 significant level of 0.000 α = 0.05, and while the value of the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.754 or 75.4%, which means that the ability of the independent variables (Work Appraisal and Compensation) can explain the dependent variable (Work Productivity Employees) is 75.4% and the remaining 24.6% is explained by other variables.Therefore it can be concluded that Job Appraisal and Compensation have a positive and significant effect on Employee Productivity.

Abstract

The topic of this study is "The Influence of Religiosity and Halal Awareness on Muslim Generation Z's Purchase Interest in Wardah Cosmetic Products (Case Study at Kazana Cosmetics Shop)." Associative research is the name given to this form of investigation. The research population consisted of 397 clients who purchased Wardah cosmetic goods from Kazana Cosmetics Shop. This approach makes use of "purposeful sampling," which is choosing a sample based on a predefined standard. The Slovin formula determines the number of samples in this example to be 80 persons. The SPSS 26 program was used to examine the study data, which comprised the T test, date determination coefficient, normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, and multiple linear regression analysis. It can be observed from the t-test that the variables of religiosity and halal awareness have a positive and significant effect on the purchase intention of the Muslim generation z in wardah cosmetic products.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of human resource competence on the quality of financial statements. The population in this study is the Medan City Market Regional Company. While the respondents of this research are the accounting / financial management as many as 38 employees. The analysis method used is Simple Linear Regression analysis. After analyzing the data, conclusions can be drawn, namely: The results of the study using the t test state that there is an influence between Human Resource Competencies (HR) on the Quality of Financial Statements. In other words, if the HR competency variable increases, the quality of financial reports will increase.

Abstract

The oyster mushroom cultivation business using oil palm frond waste processing medium is a business that the whole or part of the fund is owned by the local communities and plantation of PTPN2 Sampali and it is expected to improve the economy of the plantation community and surrounding plantations based on the needs and potential of oil palm frond waste as raw material for mushroom baglog. The society around PTPN2 Sampali is one of the productive communities that utilizes plantation waste as raw material for mushroom baglogs, located in Sampali Village, Engal Mukti Village, Percut Sei Tuan District. Processing of oil palm fronds carried out by community business units is a value addition to converting waste into mushroom baglog products become economic value. The purpose of this research is to analyze the profit and added value of the waste of oil palm fronds into Baglog Oyster mushroom, the business unit of the plantation community and around PTPN2 Sampali. The analytical method used is value added analysis and income statement. The results of the analysis showed that the Cost of Production (HPP) for every one kilogram of baglog production costs Rp. 2,105, and gets an income of Rp. 3,360,000 with a profit of Rp. 688,666. The added value obtained per kilogram from the composting business is Rp. 2,111.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Social Media Marketing dan Word of Mouth terhadap keputusan pembelian Momoyo icecream Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian eksploratif, dimana variabel diukur dengan skala likert. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara (interview), dengan daftar pertanyaan (questionnaire) dan studi dokumentasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen di Momoyo ice cream yang berjumlah 57 orang. Penarikan sampel dengan metode sampling jenuh atau lebih dikenal dengan istilah sensus. Dalam penelitian ini jumlah populasi relatif kecil yaitu sebanyak 57 orang. Pengolahan data menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 23, dengan analisis deskriptif dan pengujian hipotesis analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel social media marketing mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian produk Momoyo ice cream. Selain itu secara parsial variabel Word of Mouth mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian produk Momoyo ice cream. Simultan terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara variabel social media marketing dan Word of Mouth kerja terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Momoyo ice cream.

Abstract

Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi dan media sosial telah membawa dampak positif dan negatif dalam kehidupan remaja, terutama di lingkungan sekolah berasrama penuh yang terpisah dari pengawasan keluarga sehari-hari. Penggunaan media sosial yang tidak terkendali dapat mempengaruhi moral dan karakter siswa, serta menimbulkan berbagai ancaman seperti cyberbullying, penyebaran konten tidak pantas, kecanduan, hingga krisis identitas. Oleh karena itu, program pengabdian ini dirancang untuk memberikan edukasi moral yang komprehensif bagi siswa di Sekolah Agama Berasrama Penuh Muahad Ahmadi Negeri Sembilan (SABP MANS), Malaysia, guna membantu mereka menghadapi tantangan bahaya media sosial dengan cara yang bijaksana dan bertanggung jawab. Program ini terdiri dari beberapa tahap, dimulai dengan pemetaan pemahaman awal siswa tentang penggunaan media sosial dan tantangan moral yang mereka hadapi. Selanjutnya, dilakukan serangkaian kegiatan edukatif berupa seminar, diskusi kelompok, serta lokakarya interaktif yang melibatkan guru, siswa, dan orang tua dalam pembahasan dampak media sosial terhadap kehidupan remaja. Pendekatan ini bertujuan untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai moral, seperti kejujuran, tanggung jawab, dan etika digital, sehingga siswa mampu menghindari penyalahgunaan media sosial. Materi pembelajaran juga difokuskan pada peningkatan literasi digital, termasuk cara mengenali dan menghindari berita hoaks, konten negatif, serta risiko pergaulan bebas di dunia maya. Melalui program ini, diharapkan para siswa dapat memahami pentingnya menjaga moral dan integritas di era digital, serta memanfaatkan media sosial sebagai alat yang positif untuk pengembangan diri dan sosial.

Abstract

This research aims to determine marketing strategies through SWOT analysis with a focus on segmentation, market position, targeting and marketing mix, which aims to increase consumer buying interest at Restaurant Garuda. The research results show that Restaurant Garuda implements various marketing mix strategies that influence the SWOT analysis, placing it in quadrant I (SO quadrant). This indicates a successful implementation of the odds and profits strategy, although with a slight difference of 2.4:2.95. Garuda Restaurant emphasizes the aspects of price, product, location and physical form of the building as the main factors that stimulate consumers' buying interest to try and remain loyal to their products. To maintain and increase consumer buying interest, it is recommended that Restaurant Garuda adopt product development strategies, improve brand image and maintain price stability. By implementing these strategies, it is hoped that Restaurant Garuda can maintain and increase their market share and customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Coffee and Roastery Trend. In addition, consumer lifestyle about coffee is also a factor causing the increase in coffee shop trends. With the many coffee shops in Binjai City with various concepts, it is a challenge for Satuan Coffee and Roastery to compete in offering their products at different prices according to the needs of their customers and marketers need to have a superior marketing strategy. The objectives of this study are: To find out whether Brand Image has a positive effect on Satuone Coffee and Roastery. To find out whether Social Media Marketing has a positive effect on Satuone Coffee and Roastery. To find out whether Brand Image and Social Media Marketing have a positive effect simultaneously on purchasing decisions at Satuone Coffee and Roastery. In this study, the author uses quantitative research by using descriptive analysis on each variable and further analyzed in data analysis. This study consists of two variables, namely the independent variable and the dependent variable. The results of the study showed that the Brand Image variable obtained a tcount value ttable (12.348 2.0) so it can be concluded that Brand Image influences consumer purchasing decisions at Satuone Coffee and Roastery. The Social Media Marketing variable obtained a tcount value ttable (2.216 2.0) so it can be concluded that Social Media Marketing influences consumer purchasing decisions at Satuone Coffee and Roastery. The taste variable for purchasing decisions obtained a tcount value ttable (3.931 2.0) so it can be concluded that Brand Image and Social Media Marketing partially influence consumer purchasing decisions at Satuone Coffee and Roastery.
