Abstract

This research is motivated by the low learning motivation of first-grade students at MI Darut Taqwa Sengonagung, Purwosari, Pasuruan, in the Aqidah Akhlaq (Islamic Faith and Morals) subject. This low learning motivation is caused by the limited use of engaging learning media that align with the characteristics of early childhood, who tend to enjoy playful activities. To address this problem, this study aims to: (1) describe the application of the Snakes and Ladders game in Aqidah Akhlaq learning, and (2) evaluate the effectiveness of this media in increasing student learning enthusiasm. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that the use of the Snakes and Ladders game in Aqidah Akhlaq learning can create a more enjoyable, engaging, and interactive classroom atmosphere. Students appear more enthusiastic, active, and highly engaged throughout the learning process. The Snakes and Ladders game also allows teachers to deliver material in a more enjoyable way, through questions placed on the game board. With this approach, the learning process becomes more dynamic and aligns with the characteristics of children who enjoy playful activities. The Snakes and Ladders game has been proven effective in increasing student enthusiasm for learning, reducing boredom, and encouraging greater self-confidence and participation in learning. In conclusion, this game is an innovative alternative worthy of implementation in teaching Aqidah Akhlaq (Islamic Faith) in lower grades. Abstrak Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya semangat belajar siswa kelas I di MI Darut Taqwa Sengonagung, Purwosari, Pasuruan dalam mata pelajaran Aqidah Akhlaq. Rendahnya motivasi belajar ini disebabkan oleh minimnya penggunaan media pembelajaran yang menarik dan sesuai dengan karakteristik anak usia dini yang cenderung menyukai kegiatan bermain. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mendeskripsikan penerapan media permainan ular tangga dalam pembelajaran Aqidah Akhlaq, dan (2) mengevaluasi efektivitas media tersebut dalam meningkatkan semangat belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media permainan ular tangga dalam pembelajaran Aqidah Akhlaq dapat menciptakan suasana kelas yang lebih menyenangkan, menarik, dan interaktif. Siswa terlihat lebih antusias, aktif, serta menunjukkan keterlibatan tinggi selama proses pembelajaran berlangsung. Permainan ular tangga juga memungkinkan guru untuk menyampaikan materi dengan cara yang lebih menyenangkan, melalui soal-soal yang ditempatkan pada papan permainan. Dengan pendekatan ini, proses belajar menjadi lebih dinamis dan sesuai dengan karakter anak-anak yang menyukai aktivitas bermain. Media ular tangga terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan semangat belajar siswa, mengurangi kejenuhan, dan mendorong siswa untuk lebih percaya diri serta berani berpartisipasi dalam pembelajaran. Kesimpulannya, media ini merupakan alternatif inovatif yang layak diterapkan dalam pembelajaran Aqidah Akhlaq di kelas rendah

Abstract

Education is very important and needs to be considered wisely, in the pro- cess it can be done through social media. One of them is an influential figure, Na- dirsyah Hosen, who has used it as a means to spread the values of multicultural education to respond to various phenomena of radicalism. Therefore, researchers are interested in researching the values of multicultural education in Nadirsyah Hosen's social media narrative as a counter discourse of radicalism This study uses a qualitative approach with the type of content analysis. The content in question is the content of Nadisyah Hosen's Facebook and Insta- gram status updates which were used by researchers as primary data and support- ed by secondary data related to the research in question. Data were collected by observation techniques on social media pages and documentation in the form of photos or images contained on the veranda. Data were collected by using (a) doc- umentation technique. The data analysis technique uses an interactive analysis model by going through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Checking the validity of the data findings is done by triangulation techniques, triangulation of time. The results of this study indicate that efforts to counter Nadirsyah Hosen's discourse of radicalism carried out through social media are as follows: the values of multicultural education in Nadirsyah Hosen's social media narrative as a counter discourse of radicalism, including: the value of tolerance, the value of brotherhood, the value of equality, and the value of justice.

Abstract

Islamic boarding school scholars with the treasures of books they gave birth to, are a valuable legacy in their role in building a society based on awareness of multicultural values. This study uses qualitative research methods and library research types that collect all information through the literature on the educational values ​​of KH. Faqih Maskumambang and KH. Hasyim Asy'ari. Islamic teachings already contain the values ​​of multicultural education. Islamic teachings not only teach about religious procedures and worship guidelines. He teaches how to be religious by worshiping God and socializing with fellow human beings. There are five values ​​of multicultural education implemented by KH. Faqih Maskumambang and KH. Hasyim Asy'ari. among others: 1) Living in Difference; 2) Mutual Trust; 3) Mutual Understanding; 4) Mutual Respect; 5) Open in Thinking.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of people agility, change agility, mental agility, and result agility on Madrasah Diniyah teachers in Tutur Subdistrict, Pasuruan Regency. The researcher used a survey method distributed via a Google Form questionnaire. The population of this study consists of Madrasah Diniyah teachers, with a sample of 117 people obtained using random sampling techniques. The data were analyzed descriptively and measured using the analysis of variance (ANOVA) test assisted by the SPSS 22 program. The results of the study show that Madrasah Diniyah teachers in Tutur Subdistrict have a high level of agility in performing their duties. More than 60% of respondents showed positive responses to current developments and applied agility in their work. Based on the research results, teachers with high agility demonstrated maximum performance, were able to draw lessons from work experiences, adapted to changes with full awareness and enthusiasm for learning to improve their skills, knowledge, and competence. Based on gender classification, there was no significant difference between male and female teachers in the application of agility. This study provides insight that the development of agility in teachers can significantly contribute to improving the quality of education in Madrasah Diniyah.
