Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has significantly transformed the business world, requiring young generations to adapt effectively. However, the use of technology without guidance from Islamic values poses the risk of unethical business practices that contradict the principles of Sharia. Therefore, this Community Service (PkM) program aims to provide education for the youth of Kadumaneuh Village to understand digital-era entrepreneurship while remaining grounded in Islamic values. The program was carried out through training sessions, counseling, and two-way discussions between facilitators and participants, designed with a participatory approach to ensure active engagement. The results indicate that participants gained a better understanding of Sharia-based digital business concepts, particularly concerning honesty, transparency, the prohibition of usury, and the importance of trustworthiness in online transactions. Furthermore, this activity fostered awareness among the youth to integrate digital literacy with Islamic ethics in their entrepreneurial practices. The implication of this program is the emergence of opportunities to develop ethical, religious, and sustainable digital entrepreneurship at the village level. The originality of this initiative lies in its integration of technological education with Islamic values within the context of rural community empowerment, which has rarely been conducted previously. Thus, this program provides a concrete contribution to strengthening the capacity of the younger generation in facing the challenges of the digital economy while remaining aligned with Islamic principles.

Abstract

Pengelolaan dan pengembangan wakaf uang saat ini adalah suatu hal keharusan dan kewajiban karena ini termasuk Langkah kreatif dan inovatif agar pengelolaan dan pengembangan wakaf uang bervariatif dan insight baru agar para nazhir semakin dinamis dan maju dalam hal implementasi wakaf uang.maka dari itu pentingnya model pengelolaan dan [engembangan wakaf uang di Yayasan OASE Anak Bangsa agar menjadi Lembaga yang professional dan akuntabel. Tujuan PKM ini yaitu memberikan pelatihan terkait model pengelolaan dan pengembangan wakaf uang dan melakukan pendampingan kepada Nazhir Yayasan OASE Anak Bangsa terkait implementasi model pengelolaan dan pengembangan wakaf uang. Hasil PKM menunjukan masih rendahnya pemahaman terkait model pengembangan dan pengelolaan wakaf uang di masyarakat, selain itu PKM ini membantu nazhir dalam hal implemtasi pengelolaan dan pengembangan wakaf uang.

Abstract

Purpose: This project aims to increase the sales of pandan mat artisans in Kadumaneuh Village by addressing marketing challenges and introducing innovative business concepts.Method: The approach included outreach, mentoring, and creating a promotional website. Artisans were trained in business concepts and product innovation, followed by mentoring to apply these ideas, and a website was developed for broader market reach.Practical Applications: The website serves as a promotional tool to expand sales, while the training equips artisans with better business knowledge, helping them adapt and compete more effectively.Conclusion: The project improved artisans' understanding of business concepts, though no significant change was noted in comparative analysis. The mentoring and website development are expected to bring long-term benefits to the artisans' businesses.

Abstract

Pasca pandemi COVID-19, peran koperasi sangat dibutuhkan untuk mengembangkan modal bisnis UMKM. Dalam mengatasi masalah akses permodalan yang dialami UMKM, Kelompok Usaha Warung Sejahtera mendirikan koperasi pada awal 2022 bernama Koperasi Simpan Pinjam dan Pembiayaan Syariah Masyarakat Priok Berdaya. Pada awal pendirian koperasi, muncul masalah terkait kemampuan manajemen pengelolaan koperasi. Masalah perlu diselesaikan agar koperasi dapat mengelola pendanaan yang dibutuhkan UMKM. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kemampuan anggota koperasi dalam mengelola koperasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah Metode Participatory Action Research (PAR). Peserta dalam kegiatan ini berjumlah 35 orang. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi, pada tahap pretest terdapat 15 pertanyaan yang harus dijawab oleh peserta, hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa peserta hanya mampu menjawab rata-rata 68,38%. pertanyaan dengan benar. Kemudian dilakukan posttest dengan 15 pertanyaan yang sama saat pretest, hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa semua peserta berhasil menjawab semua pertanyaan dengan benar (100%). Berdasarkan hasil pretest dan posttest tersebut, kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini memberikan kontribusi peningkatan pemahaman peserta sebesar 31,62% dalam memahami manajemen pengelolaan koperasi. Tindak lanjut yang diharapkan adalah pengurus koperasi dapat memaksimalkan kegiatan operasionalnya, menambah anggota baru, mengelola simpanan anggota, dan menyalurkan modal usaha kepada pelaku UMKM sehingga dapat meningkatkan kapasitas bisnisnya.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of In-Store Logistics performance, Store Image, Sales Promotion, and Service Quality on Matahari Department Store Consumers. The population in this study is Matahari Department Store consumers in Mal Artha Gading. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The number of respondents in this study was 100 respondents. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis methods used are multiple regression analysis, t-test (partial), and F-test (simultaneous). The results of this study show that: (1) partially In-Store Logistics performance has a positive effect on customer satisfaction. (2) A partially stored image has a positive effect on consumer satisfaction. (3) partially sales promotion has a positive effect on customer satisfaction. (4) partial service quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction. The value of adj R2 0.733 shows variations in the dependent variable. The managerial implications of the Influence of In-Store Logistics Performance, Store Image, Sales Promotion, and Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction at Matahari Department Store can include several key aspects, namely optimizing In-Store Logistics Performance by improving operational efficiency where management needs to ensure that in-store logistics operations run efficiently this can involve monitoring stock, in-store distribution.

Abstract

Masalah yang terjadi pengrajin daun pandan di desa Kadumaneuh Banten adalah rendahnya pemahaman mitra tentang konsep dasar akuntansi dan rendahnya kemampuan dalam menyusun laporan keuangan. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini memberikan bantuan pendampingan melakukan pencatatan sederhana setiap transaksi atas usaha anyaman daun pandan yang dilakukan seperti mencatat pengeluaran dan pemasukan dana, mencatat persediaan atau stok bahan baku, mencatat biaya produksi dan membuat neraca serta laporan laba rugi. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan adalah pelatihan dan pendampingan yang kemudian hasilnya diukur dengan melalui pretest dan posttest. Peserta yang terlibat dalam kegiatan ini sebanyak 23 orang. Peserta sangat antusias karena mendapatkan sesuatu yang baru. Hasil analisis paired sample test menunjukkan bahwa secara statistik terdapat perbedaan skor pemahaman peserta antara sebelum dan sesudah pendampingan, rata-rata skor sebelum pendampingan sebesar 36,84 kemudian setelah pendampingan mengalami kenaikan menjadi 50,00, dengan kata lain ada kenaikan sekor sebesar 13,15. Pendampingan pengelolaan keuangan yang dilakukan telah berhasil memberikan dampak terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman peserta dalam melakukan pengelolaan keuangan usaha.

Abstract

There are two primary challenges faced by students of  SMK Kesehatan Aras Sawangan Depok. Firstly, there is a proficiency issue in videography and photography, considering SMK Kesehatan Aras specializes in health education and lacks focus on videography, photography, or visual communication design. Secondly, students encounter difficulties in utilizing digital platforms as avenues for selling digital assets such as videos and photos. Addressing these issues is crucial for enabling students to commence monetizing digital assets online. The objective of this training program is to enhance students' knowledge and skills in producing digital assets and commercializing them through the Gettyimages application. The method employed is Asset Based Community Development (ABCD). This community service activity was attended by 27 Aras Vocational School students. Based on pretest and posttest analysis, it shows that the increase in participants' knowledge varied between 82%-100%, with an average increase in understanding for the 27 participants of 91.92%. So it can be concluded that the objectives of this training have been achieved, this training has had a positive impact as shown by the increase in participants' understanding of 11 aspects of the science of selling digital assets in the form of videos and photos on the Gettyimages platform.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) continue to face significant competitive pressures in an increasingly dynamic market environment, requiring sustainable and niche-based strategies to strengthen their competitiveness. This condition is experienced by CheekMe Mie Sehat, Kuliner Warteg Kalkul Bahari, and the Mustika Farmer Group (fostered partners of YARSI University) which have encountered business stagnation and difficulties in scaling up, particularly in product innovation, marketing, business governance, and compliance with quality standards. In response, a competitiveness enhancement model was developed and implemented through a combination of training and non-training interventions. The activities were conducted from November to December 2024 and included workshops, talk show sessions, certification assistance, laboratory testing, and the provision of digital and production infrastructure. The effectiveness of the program was evaluated using pre-test and post-test measurements, participant engagement, and observed improvements in business practices. The results indicate a measurable increase in participants’ knowledge, skills, and institutional capacity, demonstrating that an integrated and multidimensional approach can effectively enhance the competitiveness and sustainability of MSMEs in the food industry and urban farming sector.

Abstract

Masjid sebagai organisasi nirlaba memerlukan tata kelola keuangan yang akuntabel dan transparan untuk menjaga kepercayaan jamaah. Namun, berbagai studi menunjukkan bahwa banyak masjid belum menerapkan prinsip akuntansi secara memadai, sehingga pengelolaan keuangan masih lemah dan berpotensi menimbulkan fraud. Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan sebagai respons terhadap kebutuhan pengurus masjid untuk meningkatkan literasi dan kapasitas pengelolaan keuangan. Metode yang digunakan adalah Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) melalui kegiatan seminar dan pelatihan yang berfokus pada sepuluh indikator utama pengelolaan keuangan masjid. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pre-test dan post-test menggunakan skala Likert 1–5 untuk mengukur peningkatan pemahaman peserta. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman yang signifikan, dengan rata-rata nilai awal 2,90 meningkat menjadi 4,32 atau mengalami peningkatan sebesar 48,85%. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan efektif dalam memperkuat kompetensi peserta terkait administrasi dan akuntansi keuangan masjid yang lebih modern, transparan, dan akuntabel.

Abstract

This study examines the cognitive mechanisms underlying university students’ entrepreneurial intentions by analyzing the interplay of push and pull factors. Using a qualitative system dynamics approach through Group Model Building (GMB), a Causal Loop Diagram (CLD) was co-developed with 13 student-entrepreneurs, identifying fifteen interconnected cognitive drivers shaping entrepreneurial decision-making. The results reveal that pull factors particularly self-fulfillment, perceived opportunity, and supportive environments play a dominant role, while push factors primarily act as triggers that intensify entrepreneurial engagement. The CLD further uncovers reinforcing feedback loops in which entrepreneurial action enhances financial capability, social support, and self-efficacy, thereby sustaining intention over time. From a managerial perspective, the findings suggest that universities and policymakers should design entrepreneurship programs that simultaneously reduce barriers to employment dissatisfaction and strengthen opportunity-driven motivations, supported by experiential learning and ecosystem facilitation. Academically, this study contributes by integrating push–pull theory with cognitive mapping and system dynamics, offering a dynamic, feedback-based explanation of entrepreneurial intention that extends beyond static, variable-centered models.
