The condition of agricultural productivity in Kecamatan Panca Rijang shows fluctuations from time to time. It is important to know the extent to which farmers are satisfied with the performance of agricultural extension workers, considering that the role of extension workers has a direct relationship with agricultural production, especially in the research area. This study aims to analyze the level of farmer satisfaction with the performance of agricultural extension workers in supporting sustainable agricultural practices in Timoreng Panua Village. The population in this study amounted to 629 farmers, with a sample size of 42 respondents selected through specific techniques. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to farmers living in Timoreng Panua Village. The data obtained were then analyzed quantitatively using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method. The results showed that the level of farmer satisfaction with the performance of agricultural extension workers was in the very satisfied category, with an IPA score of 92.55%. The five performance attributes must be maintained based on the IPA Cartesian diagram. They contribute significantly to farmer satisfaction: participation, social interaction, community development, increased farmer income, and production efficiency. These five attributes are important indicators in assessing the effectiveness of extension workers' performance in the field and as benchmarks in developing sustainable agriculture programs in the future.

The objective of this research is to see the development of cocoa competitiveness and its determining factors in the Southeast Sulawesi trade. The data used in the study were collected from several institutions, namely Central Statistics Agency, the Ministry of Agriculture, and the International Cocoa Organization (ICCO), in the form of time series data from 2011-2022. The research methodology applied the Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA) for determining the development of cocoa competitiveness and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis for the determinants of cocoa trade. The results of the analysis show that Southeast Sulawesi's superior cocoa commodity has competitiveness. The RCA value can be seen from 2011 to 2018 and is still quite good. It is proven that the average RCA is above 4, although in the following year the RCA value shows a decreasing trend until 2022. Moreover, the determining factors for the competitiveness of Southeast Sulawesi’s cocoa are land area, production factors, domestic prices and international prices. Only the domestic price variable partially has a notable effect on its competitiveness. This research can be made a reference for the local government to adopt any policies regarding the export of cocoa beans and processed products so that it can encourage and increase the competitiveness of Southeast Sulawesi cocoa through implementing downstreaming, improving infrastructure and national cocoa research and development.

Indonesia is a country that has a long coastline and the development of fisheries and marine sector. Utilization of marine resources is accompanied by the use of capture fisheries to produce processed products. One of processed fishery product is fish shredded with the central area of Makassar City. Production inputs that have fluctuating prices are the primary cause of business performance disruption. The study was conducted in Makassar with 40 respondents of UMKM. Data analysis performed is to analyze the relationship between business performance with entrepreneurship orientation using Spearman analysis. The findings indicate that the majority of entrepreneurial orientations are significantly related to business performance. Keinovativan is related to the overall variable of business performance, proactive and dares to take risks related to company growth and Customer Satisfaction. Aggressiveness is related to company growth and competitive advantage. While the autonomy is not related to business performance

The business of the Bulowattang village women farmer group is a business that makes herbal oil or known as VCO. VCO is products that have many benefits in terms of health and beauty. Therefore, this business is able to compete with other products and is able to develop rapidly in the future. According to the results of this research, using the canvas business model, it has displayed comprehensive business activities, visible from each business model elements that have described all business activities in the vco business of the Bulowattang Village women's group that will be implemented.

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masayarakat ini dilaksanakan Kerjasama dengan persyerikatan Aisyiyah di ranting Lotang Salo Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dengan tema meningkatkan kewirausahaan aisyiyah dengan menggunakan metode hidroponik untuk memanfaatkan lahan sempit dan melakukan FGD (Forum Group Discussion) Para peserta yaitu ibu-ibu aisyiyah dan mahasiswa mengikuti kegiatan sosialisasi dan praktek langsung dalam pembuatan tanaman hidroponik dengan tujuan memanfaatkan lahan yang sempit dan membantu meningkatkan kreativitas ibu-ibu aisyiyah. Mampu mampu menghasilkan ide-ide baru untuk menjadi lebih kompetitif di masa depan. Masyarakat persyerikatan Aisyiyah perlu dibekali dengan semangat dan jiwa untuk berwirausaha dalam menghadapi era teknologi saat ini.
