Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of public policy and organizational communication on employee work effectiveness in the implementation of the Cross-Sector Land Certificate Registration Program in Tasikmalaya Regency. The approach used is a descriptive verification method with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through questionnaires distributed to employees of the ATR/BPN, the Department of Agriculture, Food Security, and Fisheries (DPKPP), and village officials involved in the program. Data analysis used multiple linear regression to test the simultaneous and partial effects between variables. The results of the study indicate that public policy and organizational communication have a significant simultaneous and partial effect on employee work effectiveness. Clear and structured policies and effective internal communication can accelerate the service process, strengthen coordination, and minimize miscommunication between implementing agencies. These findings confirm that the synergy between adaptively designed policies and a targeted organizational communication system is a key factor in improving the quality of public services in the land sector. This study also provides managerial implications that public sector management needs to strengthen cross-sector coordination and communication strategies to achieve efficient, accountable, and sustainable services.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Work-Family Conflict on Turnover Intention with Organizational Commitment as a mediating variable among employees of PT Terminal Petikemas Surabaya. The research approach used is quantitative with an explanatory type, using survey methods and path analysis. The sample consisted of 80 permanent employees who are married, with the criteria of minimum work experience of one year. The results of the study indicate that Work-Family Conflict has a significant negative effect on Organizational Commitment, and a significant positive effect on Turnover Intention. Conversely, Organizational Commitment has a negative effect on Turnover Intention. The mediation test using the Sobel Test shows that Organizational Commitment significantly mediates the effect of Work-Family Conflict on Turnover Intention. Employees who experience role conflict pressure tend to have high turnover intentions, but this can be suppressed by a strong organizational commitment. These findings confirm that strengthening Organizational Commitment is a key strategy in managing the dynamics of role conflict and maintaining workforce stability and retention in the organization.

The assessment of campus facilities is also good, with an average of 3.78; however, the availability of computer facilities is still inadequate. The university's image received positive ratings in brand and social aspects, but its academic image needs enhancement. The average satisfaction score of students indicates a good result, but there is a need to increase student participation in extracurricular activities.Verificative analysis using multiple linear regression indicates that academic service quality, campus facilities, and university image have a significant influence on student satisfaction. The obtained regression model is Y = 0.250 + 0.603X1 + 0.270X2 + 0.442X3, where X1, X2, and X3 represent academic service quality, campus facilities, and university image, respectively. The t-test shows that all independent variables positively contribute significantly to the dependent variable.

Abstract

This study explores how product quality and digital marketing influence consumer purchase decisions within the niche sector of fire safety equipment, using CV. Alfa Galuh Perkasa, a small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) based in Bandung, Indonesia, as a case study. In the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, consumer behavior has become increasingly digital, yet limited empirical research addresses how safety product distributors are adapting to this shift. The study seeks to answer the extent to which product quality and digital marketing impact consumer purchasing decisions in this industry. The novelty of this research lies in its dual-variable focus—product quality and digital marketing—applied to a sector where digital engagement is still in its formative stages, contrasting with the more commonly studied fast-moving consumer goods. A quantitative approach was adopted, utilizing a cross-sectional design. Data were collected through an online survey completed by 105 respondents, selected via accidental sampling. Multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS was employed to assess the influence of the independent variables on purchasing decisions. The results demonstrate that both product quality and digital marketing significantly and positively affect consumer purchasing decisions. Notably, product performance and reliability emerged as key factors, while digital visibility—especially through search engines and affiliate marketing—proved to be critical in shaping consumer awareness and interest. The findings suggest that SMEs in niche industries can enhance customer engagement and drive purchasing behavior by improving product reliability and strategically expanding their digital marketing channels. This study provides actionable insights for businesses aiming to stay competitive in an increasingly digital market landscape.
