Abstract

The challenges of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises are increasingly diverse in this digitalization era, classic and basic problems cannot be solved such as Lack of Experience, Access to Consumers and Capital. Basically, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises are the nation's economic shield in the midst of a crisis and are able to absorb almost all of the workforce. However, through digitization and the use of the 'book stall' application, it is hoped that it can describe problems for business actors such as recording for business actors who are less experienced and can access the market so that they can cover up these classic problems. With this digitalization, the work of business actors is also of higher quality and improves the professionalism of business actors.

Abstract

Shipping insurance is a necessity that arises because the transportation of goods and or cargo cannot be separated from the risks that cause losses. This writing aims to explain the terms of the implementation of insurance claims for freight forwarders at the transportation service company PT. JNE, the obstacles that cause the claim process to be not accepted and explain the procedure for claiming insurance for shipping goods. The data in writing this journal were obtained through interviews, documentation and literature study. Based on the results of the research, it is obtained that the requirements for submitting a claim are a claim submission letter, original receipt, receipt and photocopy of ID card. After completing the files that have been determined by JNE, the customer then makes a claim according to the procedures set by JNE, namely the customer comes to the counter where the customer is sending goods, or the nearest representative office. Then the customer must show the delivery receipt and claim request, then the officer will direct the customer to fill out the claim submission form. And lastly, the claim will be processed and disbursement will be made no later than 14 working days after the claim is submitted.

Abstract

Abstrak Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan capacity building ulama khususnya dalam keterampilan mengajar melalui pelatihan di wilayah Jakarta Timur. Latar belakang program ini adalah kebutuhan untuk memperkuat moderasi beragama dan kompetensi pedagogik ulama, yang selama ini sering dipersepsikan hanya sebagai penceramah, padahal juga berperan sebagai pendidik. Metode yang digunakan meliputi ceramah, diskusi, workshop, simulasi mengajar, serta evaluasi melalui pre-test dan post-test. Sebanyak 36 peserta yang terdiri dari pengurus MUI kecamatan dan mahasiswa Pendidikan Dasar Ulama mengikuti kegiatan ini. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada aspek pedagogik, penyusunan kurikulum, pemanfaatan media ajar, serta kemampuan komunikasi. Sebanyak 94% peserta mengalami peningkatan nilai lebih dari 30% dari skor awal. Tingkat kepuasan peserta mencapai 87,9% yang menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan ini sangat relevan dan dibutuhkan. Kesimpulannya, program ini berhasil memperkuat peran ulama sebagai pendidik sekaligus menanamkan nilai moderasi beragama di masyarakat.ABSTRACK This community service program aimed to enhance the capacity building of ulama, particularly in teaching skills, through structured training in Jakarta Timur. The background of this program is the need to strengthen religious moderation and pedagogical competence of ulama, who are often perceived only as preachers but also serve as educators. The method employed consisted of lectures, discussions, workshops, teaching simulations, and evaluation using pre-test and post-test. Thirty-six participants, including local MUI leaders and students of the Ulama Basic Education Program, joined the program. The results showed a significant increase in pedagogical competence, curriculum design, use of teaching media, and communication skills. Ninety-four percent of participants improved their test scores by more than 30%. Furthermore, participant satisfaction reached 87.9%, reflecting the relevance and urgency of this program. In conclusion, this program successfully contributed to strengthening the role of ulama as educators while fostering the values of religious moderation in society.

Abstract

UMKM memiliki kontribusi signifikan terhadap perekonomian nasional, namun masih menghadapi berbagai kendala dalam meningkatkan daya saing, terutama pada aspek pencitraan merek, desain visual, dan pencatatan keuangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi permasalahan operasional UMKM Sate Maranggi BR 95 di Purwakarta dan merancang solusi pendampingan melalui program Kuliah Praktek Bermasyarakat (KPB-PKL). Metode yang digunakan meliputi observasi lapangan, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan analisis kebutuhan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa UMKM mengalami masalah visibilitas usaha, tampilan spanduk dan logo yang kurang representatif, serta pencatatan keuangan yang masih bersifat manual dan berpotensi menimbulkan ketidaktepatan data. Pendampingan yang diberikan mencakup perancangan ulang elemen pencitraan merek melalui pembaruan desain visual spanduk dan logo, serta pengembangan sistem pencatatan keuangan digital berbasis Excel untuk meningkatkan akurasi dan efisiensi. Implementasi program terbukti meningkatkan citra usaha, memperbaiki kualitas informasi keuangan, serta memperkuat kemampuan adaptasi UMKM terhadap proses digitalisasi
