Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada SMP Negeri 2 Mangarabombang Kabupaten Takalar. Penelitian ini menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 40 responden. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan menguji hipotesis yaitu Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Analisis Regresi Berganda, Uji T, Uji F, dan Koefisien Determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada variabel kepemimpinan (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja kepala Sekolah SMP Negeri 2 Mangarabombang Kabupaten Takalar. Pada variabel motivasi (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja kepala Sekolah SMP Negeri 2 Mangarabombang Kabupaten Takalar Pada uji simultan yaitu variabel kepemimpina dan Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja kepala Sekolah SMP Negeri 2 Mangarabombang Kabupaten Takalar, sedangkan uji Determinasi mempunyai kontribusi terhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 61,3%, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Bentuk pengelolaan kawasan Wisata Dante Pine terhadap kehidupan sosial ekonomi masyarakat di Kabupaten Enrekang. Dampak pengelolaan kawasan wisata Dante Pine terhadap kehidupan sosial ekonomi masyarakat di Kabupaten Enrekang. Peran masyarakat lokal dalam pengelolaan kawasan wisata Dante Pine terhadap kehidupan sosial ekonomi masyarakat di Kabupaten Enrekang. Pendekatan Deskriptif Kualitatif digunakan untuk memahami kehidupan sosial ekonomi masyarakat di Kabupaten Enrekang dari pengelolaan kawasan wisata Dante Pine. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi dengan melibatkan owner Dante Pine, wisatawan, dan masyarakat lokal sebagai subjek utama penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan kawasan wisata Dante Pine memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan kehidupan sosial ekonomi masyarakat di Kabupaten Enrekang. Adapun bentuk pengelolaan kawasan wisata Dante Pine ditemukan dalam kategori baik, yang dapat dilihat dari indikator yaitu: a) penyediaan sarana dan prasarana b) pengenalan produk lokal, yang terus dikembangkan oleh masyarakat lokal di kabupaten Enrekang. Dampak pengelolaan kawasan wisata Dante Pine terhadap kehidupan sosial ekonomi masyarakat di Kabupaten Enrekang, dapat ditinjau dari beberapa indikator penting, yaitu dari sisi sosial, dampak yang muncul meliputi: a) peningkatan interaksi sosial, dan b) keterbatasan sumber daya manusia. Pengelolaan kawasan wisata ini juga memberikan dampak ekonomi berupa: a) penciptaan lapangan pekerjaan, b) peningkatan pendapatan, c) keterbatasan pendanaan. Peran masyarakat lokal dalam pengelolaan kawasan wisata Dante Pine terhadap kehidupan sosial ekonomi masyarakat di Kabupaten Enrekang, dapat di lihat dari beberapa indikator sebagai berikut: a) pembangunan pariwisata berkelanjutan, b) melestarikan tradisi dan budaya lokal melalui acara budaya. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah diperlukan upaya kolaboratif antara pemerintah daerah, pengelola wisata dan masyarakat untuk tetap menciptakan sistem pengelolaan yg berkelanjutan.This study aims to determine The form of management of the Dante Pine Tourism area on the socio-economic life of the community in Enrekang Regency. The Descriptive Qualitative Approach is used to understand the socio-economic life of the community in Enrekang Regency from the management of the Dante Pine tourism area. Data were obtained through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation involving the owner of Dante Pine, tourists, and local communities as the main subjects of the study. The results of the study indicate that the management of the Dante Pine tourist area has a positive contribution to improving the socio-economic life of the community in Enrekang Regency. The form of management of the Dante Pine tourist area was found to be in the good category, which can be seen from the indicators, namely: a) provision of facilities and infrastructure b) introduction of local products, which continue to be developed by the local community in Enrekang Regency. The impact of the management of the Dante Pine tourist area on the socio-economic life of the community in Enrekang Regency can be reviewed from several important indicators, namely from the social side, the impacts that arise include: a) increased social interaction, and b) limited human resources. The management of this tourist area also has an economic impact in the form of: a) job creation, b) increased income, c) limited funding. The role of local communities in the management of the Dante Pine tourist area on the socio-economic life of the community in Enrekang Regency can be seen from several indicators as follows: a) sustainable tourism development, b) preserving local traditions and culture through cultural events. The conclusion of this study is that collaborative efforts are needed between local governments, tourism managers and the community to continue to create a sustainable management system.

Abstract

This study aims to: 1) Describe the closure of the Binuang Final Disposal Site (TPA). 2) Analyze the impact of the closure of TPA Binuang on environmental sustainability in Wonomulyo District. 3) Identify solutions arising from the closure of TPA Binuang. The research used a qualitative descriptive method with the research location in Wonomulyo District. Data collection procedures included observation, interviews, and documentation. The data sources were primary and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from observations and interviews, while secondary data were obtained from documents, archives, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that: 1) The closure of the Binuang TPA was carried out based on a regional government decision in response to community demands and environmental considerations, so since December 21, the TPA has officially ceased operations. 2) The impact of the TPA Binuang closure on environmental sustainability in Wonomulyo District includes significant environmental pollution in the form of waste accumulation at various points disrupting community activities and damaging environmental aesthetics. Additionally, community resistance emerged due to the lack of effective waste management solutions. 3) Solutions resulting from the closure of TPA Binuang recommend collaboration between the government and the community to develop a sustainable waste management system to preserve the environment in Wonomulyo District, Polewali Mandar.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to find out 1). Overview of the implementation of the Mangkahingi' Tradition in Buangin Village, East Rantebulahan District, Mamasa Regency. 2). How are the values contained in the Mangkahingi Tradition in Buangin Village, East Rantebulahan District, Mamasa Regency. 3). How to implement the values of the Mangkahingi Tradition in the lives of the community in Buangin Village, East Rantebulahan District, Mamasa Regency. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Data analysis techniques used in research are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion or verification. The results of the study, showed that 1). The description of the implementation of the Mangkahingi Tradition in Buangin Village, East Rantebulahan District, Mamasa Regency has been started decades ago by ancestors who have become a hereditary culture in society. Tradis Mangkahingi' is held twice a year in June and December. The tradition of Mangkahingi' is carried out in the morning. The procession of the implementation of the Mangkahingi' tradition in accordance with the teachings of Christianity includes welcomes, opening prayers, sermons, closing prayers and eating together with the community. 2). The values contained in the Mangkahingi' Tradition in Buangin Village, East Rantebulahan District, Mamasa Regency are religious values, namely the value of gratitude and the value of almsgiving. And social values, namely the value of gotong-royong, the value of friendship and the value of deliberation. 3). The implementation of the values of the Mangkahingi Tradition in the lives of the community in Buangin Village, East Rantebulahan District, Mamasa Regency (a) The value of gratitude is reflected in the community being grateful for the new home and success in education (b) The value of alms is reflected in the community contributing to the sick community (c) The value of mutual assistance is reflected in community service work (d) The value of friendship is reflected in the wedding party of the community greeting each other (e) the value of deliberation It is reflected in the community deciding the results of their deliberations in the form of approval.
