Abstract Domestic violence and early marriage are two complex issues that threaten the well-being of individuals and society at large. The purpose of the study was to analyze the contribution of religious extension workers in reducing the prevalence of domestic violence and early marriage cases, and the role in helping victims of the negative impact of these two phenomena. This research method involves a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews with several religious counselors in Batam city, also involving victims of domestic violence and early marriage to get a first-hand view of their experiences. The results showed that religious counselors have a significant role in educating the public about individual rights, mental health, and the importance of healthy relationships in the household. In addition, they also help in providing emotional and spiritual support to victims to cope with trauma and stress resulting from domestic violence and early marriage. While some challenges faced by religious extension workers, such as limited resources and diverse understanding in the community related to these issues. The importance of increased training and coordination between authorities, religious institutions, and community organizations needs to be improved to maximize the role of religious extension workers in addressing domestic violence and early marriage. Keywords: Role; Religious Smugglers; KDRT; Early Marriage. Abstrak KDRT dan pernikahan dini adalah dua isu kompleks yang mengancam kesejahteraan individu dan masyarakat secara luas. Tujuan upenelitian adalah untuk menganalisis kontribusi penyuluh agama dalam mereduksi prevalensi kasus KDRT dan pernikahan dini, dan peran dalam membantu korban dampak negatif dari dua fenomena ini. Metode penelitian ini melibatkan pendekatan kualitatif dengan wawancara mendalam kepada beberapa penyuluh agama di kota Batam, juga melibatkan korban KDRT dan pernikahan dini untuk mendapatkan pandangan langsung tentang pengalaman mereka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyuluh agama memiliki peran yang signifikan dalam mengedukasi masyarakat tentang hak-hak individu, kesehatan mental, dan pentingnya hubungan yang sehat dalam rumah tangga. Selain itu, mereka juga membantu dalam memberikan dukungan emosional dan spiritual kepada korban untuk mengatasi trauma dan stres yang diakibatkan oleh KDRT dan pernikahan dini. Sementara beberapa tantangan yang dihadapi oleh penyuluh agama, seperti keterbatasan sumber daya dan pemahaman yang beragam dalam komunitas terkait isu-isu ini. Pentingnya peningkatan pelatihan dan koordinasi antara pihak berwenang, lembaga agama, dan organisasi masyarakat perlu ditingkatkan untuk memaksimalkan peran penyuluh agama dalam menangani KDRT dan pernikahan dini. Abstract This study aims to investigate the role of dowry from an Islamic legal perspective as an instrument of protection of women's rights in the context of marriage. Dowry is a form of economic contribution involved in the marriage process, and has symbolic and social values that create balance in the relationship between husband and wife. This research is a library research using various related literature, such as interpretation, books, journals and others. The approach used is a qualitative approach. The method of analysis used is the maudu'i or thematic method, which is to analyze Qur'anic verses that specifically discuss dowry in Islam, a protection of women's rights in the context of marriage. The results showed that dowry not only serves as women's economic security, but also has a symbolic impact in strengthening the marriage bond. In addition, the research findings identified factors influencing the effectiveness of dowry, including the size of the dowry, the role of Islamic institutions, and socio-cultural factors. The relevance of the findings to the social context and Islamic law highlights the importance of understanding religious and cultural values in interpreting and implementing dowry. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki peran mahar perspektif hukum Islam sebagai instrumen perlindungan hak-hak perempuan dalam konteks pernikahan. Mahar merupakan bentuk kontribusi ekonomi yang dilibatkan dalam proses pernikahan, serta memiliki nilai simbolis dan sosial yang menciptakan keseimbangan dalam hubungan antara suami dan istri. Penenlitian ini merupakan library reseach dengan menggunakan berbagai literatur yang terkait, seperti tafsir, buku, jurnal dan lainnya. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode maudu’i atau tematik yakni menganalisis ayat-ayat Al-Quran yang secara khusus membahas mahar dalam Islam sebuah perlindungan hak-hak perempuan dalam konteks pernikahan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahar bukan hanya berfungsi sebagai jaminan ekonomi perempuan, tetapi juga memiliki dampak simbolis dalam memperkuat ikatan pernikahan. Selain itu, temuan penelitian mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas mahar, termasuk besaran mahar, peran lembaga Islam, dan faktor sosial budaya. Relevansi temuan dengan konteks sosial dan hukum Islam menyoroti pentingnya memahami nilai-nilai agama dan budaya dalam menafsirkan dan mengimplementasikan mahar. Mudharabah is a partnership between capital providers and entrepreneurs, where profits and risks are shared fairly in accordance with Islamic principles. This article aims to investigate the concept of Mudharabah as a sustainable investment model in the context of Sharia finance. A comprehensive review of the literature on Mudarabah and sustainable investment provides in-depth insight into the principles underlying both concepts. Regarding Mudarabah, this article examines its history, evolution and practical implementation in various economic sectors. On the other hand, sustainable investments are analyzed by considering social impacts, the environment and ethical considerations in making investment decisions. The findings of this research indicate that Mudharabah, as a sharia investment model, has significant potential in providing added value to society and the environment. Active participation in Mudharabah-based businesses can encourage economic empowerment, reduce disparities, and create opportunities for small and medium entrepreneurs.

Abstract: This research examines the role of plain flour in religious, cultural, social, and marriage perspectives in the Riau Islands community. Plain flour is a practice that is closely related to wedding ceremonies in the Riau Islands region. This research method uses a qualitative approach with the data collected through literature related to Tepung Tawar in Religious, Cultural, Social, and Marital Perspectives in the Riau Islands Community. This research also uses a descriptive method, namely explaining. This research uses a historical and contextual approach. The analytical method used is content analysis, namely digging deeper into the importance of plain flour from a religious, cultural, social, and marriage perspective in the Riau Islands community by reviewing various literature. The research results show that plain flour has essential meaning and function in the context of religion, culture, society, and marriage in the Riau Islands community. From a religious perspective, plain flour is used as a form of offering to the gods and goddesses and to cleanse negative energy that may exist in marital relationships. This practice is also considered an attempt to invoke blessings and good luck in marriage.

This study addresses the economic and financial challenges faced by families in Pekanbaru, a major economic and social hub on the island of Sumatra, where many families have low incomes and rely on zakat and infaq assistance to meet their basic needs. High urbanization rates also influence the way families manage their lives. The objective of this research is to identify and analyze the issues families in Pekanbaru face in managing their livelihoods, using a descriptive qualitative approach to comprehensively collect and depict data. The data is analyzed through content analysis to gain a deeper understanding of the challenges. The concept of "sakinah family" used in this study refers to families built on lawful marriages, capable of fulfilling both spiritual and material needs in a balanced manner, and prioritizing values of affection within the family and social environment. The implementation of this concept in Pekanbaru involves financial management, participation in productive activities, and engagement in social and political activities. Findings indicate that families managing their incomes under the principles of sakinah have more prudent financial planning and joint financial decision-making between spouses. This sakinah family management approach shows potential for enhancing the welfare and harmony of families in Pekanbaru through balanced financial practices aligned with Islamic teachings.

This research aims to analyze the role of Islamic organizations in strengthening the sharia economy in the Riau Islands from the perspective of economic, social and cultural aspects. This research method uses qualitative research methods through case studies. The research results show that Islamic organizations have a very important role in strengthening the sharia economy in the Riau Islands region through studying economic, social and cultural perspectives. Islamic organizations are also involved in supervising regional financial management, which seeks to ensure transparency, accountability and efficient use of public budgets as well as providing financial management training and guidance to local communities, so as to increase the capacity to manage regional finances independently. This research provides a better understanding of the role of Islamic mass organizations in the Riau Islands from an economic, social and cultural perspective. It is hoped that the implications of this research can become a basis for local governments and Islamic organizations to increase efforts to implement sharia economics in the Riau Islands region.

Pendidikan perlu mendorong pengembangan semua aspek potensi manusia. Menanamkan cita-cita Islam pada siswa adalah salah satu tujuan utama pendidikan agama Islam, selain memberikan pengetahuan tentang ilmu-ilmu Islam. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menyelidiki bagaimana Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMP Swasta Nurul Jadid Batam meningkatkan kecerdasan multi-intelektual mereka. Penelitian ini merupakan studi kualitatif lapangan. Lokasi penelitian ini berada di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Swasta Nurul Jadid Kota Batam. Subjek penelitian ini adalah Kepala sekolah, guru PAI dan siswa. Teknik sampling menggunakan purposive sampling dan snowball sampling. Metode pengumpulan data yang dipergunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa upaya guru pendidikan Islam Nurul Jadid Batam untuk meningkatkan multi kecerdasan siswa telah berdampak besar pada perkembangan multi kecerdasan pada siswa. Metode ini meliputi ceramah, diskusi, demonstrasi, dan banyak lagi.

Penelitian ini berfokus pada peran guru pendidikan agama Islam melalui penguatan nilai-nilai multikultural di SMP Negeri 20 Batam. Peran guru PAI berperan penting dalam membentuk generasi yang berakhlak baik dan menghargai keragaman budaya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan (field research), atau penelitian lapangan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sementara teknik analisis data yang digunakan mengacu pada model Miles and Huberman yang meliputi tahapan reduksi data (Data Reduction), penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan serta verifikasi (Conclusion Drawing/Verification). Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan peran guru pendidikan agama Islam melalui penguatan nilai-nilai multikultural di SMP Negeri 20 Batam secara aktif bekerja untuk meningkatkan nilai-nilai antarbudaya siswa. Guru PAI berusaha mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai tersebut dalam berbagai kegiatan pembelajaran, baik melalui materi pelajaran maupun aktivitas ekstrakurikuler. Program seperti diskusi kelompok dan kegiatan keagamaan terbukti efektif dalam memupuk sikap toleransi dan penghargaan terhadap keragaman budaya di kalangan siswa.

This research explores the complexities of cesarean section in the context of family, health, and Islamic law. The main objective is to understand the views and experiences of Muslim families regarding cesarean sections, as well as analyze the health impacts and legal implications associated with them. The research enriches understanding of the role of cesarean section in Muslim communities, provides comprehensive insight into aspects of family, health, and Islamic law, and offers a framework to support informed decision-making in medical practice and health care policy. This study uses qualitative methods in describing family perspectives, Islamic health, and legal aspects regarding cesarean sections. The research approach used is a legal and sociological approach. The analysis method used is content analysis to explore family perspectives, Islamic health, and legal aspects regarding cesarean sections. The findings reveal a range of perspectives among Muslim families regarding caesarean sections, with health and safety considerations being major factors in decision-making. The health impact of cesarean section on mother and baby, including risks and benefits, is also examined in depth. In Islamic law, caesarean section is permitted if necessary, to protect the life of the mother or baby. Ethical and clinical recommendations should reflect relevant religious values and views. To make a decision regarding a cesarean section, it is important to consider a variety of factors, including family views, aspects of health, and Islamic law.
