Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the application of new prudential banking principles through 6c + 1s at BSI KCP Godean Yogyakarta and to find out the obstacles and solutions carried out by BSI KCP Godean Yogyakarta in implementing prudential banking principles through 6c + 1s. This study used a qualitative research method with field research. The results of the study found that Bank BSI KCP Godean in providing musyarakah financing to prospective customers has applied the precautionary principle by using the 6c + 1s principle. It's just that there is one indicator in the capacity principle that has not been implemented, namely an indicator of an assessment through an educational approach or assessing the educational background of prospective customers. The obstacle in implementing new prudential banking through the 6c + 1 principles is that it is influenced by two factors, namely internal factors originating from the bank such as negligence or lack of thoroughness on the part of the bank in charge of surveying customers and external factors originating from the customer side which are caused due to two elements namely due to elements of intentionality and unintentionalness. The solution implemented by BSI KCP Godean Yogyakarta in overcoming these obstacles is by conducting routine training for employees, carrying out mutations, rotating employees, and mentoring and supervising superiors.

Abstract

BAZ/LAZ was formed as an implementation of zakat management objectives so that it runs well and professionally. Through this research, it can be seen how the implementation of zakat distribution in the Muslim community in carrying out zakat payments and the various factors that cause the Muslim community who is obliged to do zakat to choose to distribute zakat directly to mustahik. Related to this type of research, the researcher used descriptive qualitative research with sociological and empirical approaches. In this study, researchers took the research object in the Sunan Ampel Religious Tourism Area in Surabaya. From the results of this study it can be concluded that the pattern of zakat distribution in the Muslim community occurs in two policies, namely following the BAZ/LAZ policy and the policies pursued through the direct distribution of zakat. The factors causing direct distribution of zakat occur due to the lack of socialization of the latest laws, the long distance from BAZ/LAZ, lack of trust and muzakki feel that they are more affluent and practically pay zakat themselves. The emergence of these reasons, it can be said that the management of zakat is included in the distribution of zakat illegally and violates the law due to a lack of coordination in the management of zakat.

Abstract

This quantitative study investigates the impact of QRIS financial literacy and e-wallet promotions on the cashless society phenomenon, while also exploring its social-religious implications through the lens of Maslahah. Using a mixed-method approach, the study collected data from East Java residents who had used QRIS or e-wallets at least once, through accidental sampling. Quantitative data were analyzed using SmartPLS 3.0, complemented by qualitative interviews. The results show that QRIS financial literacy has no significant effect on the growth of the cashless society. Although literacy levels are increasing, they are not consistently followed by QRIS usage due to the availability of diverse non-cash alternatives. In contrast, e-wallet promotions have a significant and positive influence on cashless behavior. Respondents are more likely to adopt e-wallets due to attractive promotions and the influence of their social environment. From a Maslahah perspective, the cashless society has the potential to deliver social and economic benefit but also poses risks—particularly if it fuels impulsive, non-beneficial consumption. Maslahah serves as a guiding framework, encouraging the cashless movement to align with values that promote communal well-being and ethical financial behavior. This study recommends that Bank Indonesia intensify financial education on QRIS to boost adoption. Meanwhile, e-wallet platforms should continue offering positive promotional strategies to enhance user engagement while aligning with Maslahah principles to ensure responsible usage.

Abstract

Abstract

The increasing public interest in investment, prompting a wider range of investment options, from the money market to the stock market. In the stock market there are quite a number of investment modes, both preferential and ordinary stocks and their derivatives, all of which can be measured from the fundamental side, both in terms of profitability, deviden, to the value of the Company. The study aims to investigate the impact of profitability and dividend policy on the value of the company, whose target company is an indexed issuer of the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) in the period 2022-2023. Data collection method used using purposive sampling with data sources as secondary data. The analytical tool used in this study is Moderated Regression Analysis. The results of the research show that the deviden policy has a role as a moderating homologizer, which means these variables have the potential to moderate the power of influence between the profitability and value of the company. As for the direction of influence, the deviden policy has a positive impact, where the larger the dividend distributed, the higher the company's value achieved.
