Abstract

This article seeks to provide a theoretical concept of how to understand Adonis thought. Historical analysis, combine with literary overview, is deployed to trace the empirical passage of Adonis thought al-Tsabit wa al-Mutahawwil concept. This article argues that al-Tsabit wa al-Mutahawwil is the new concept for Arabs cultural studies. Following this process, the concept of al-Tsabit wa al-Mutahawwil have been found the two mindstream in the Arab world, aql (rational) and naql (text). Abstract

Akhir-akhir ini di tengah-tengah masyarakat Indonesia muncul sistem perdagangan baru yang dikenal dengan istilah Multi Level Marketing yang disingkat MLM. Sistem perdagangan ini dipraktekkan oleh berbagai perusahaan, baik yang berskala lokal, nasional, regional maupun internasional. Di antaranya adalah Amway, Uni Beauty Shop International (UBSI) dan DNX Indonesia. Sistem perdagangan semacam ini sangat menggiurkan sebagian anggota masyarakat karena menjanjikan keuntungan besar dalam waktu yang relatif singkat. MLM adalah suatu inovasi marketing yang sangat pesat perkembangannya. Untuk mudahnya kita batasi pembahasan pada dua jenis komoditas MLM, (1) bidang keuangan dan (2) bidang consumer goods (sejenis obat obatan, kosmetik dan kebutuhan sehari hari). Pada beberapa tingkat, setiap orang yang berpartisipasi dalam MLM dimana sedikit penjualan terjadi secara tidak sadar menipu dirinya sendiri. Banyak yang duduk dipuncak organisasi ini berbohong kepada semua orang. Penipuan terselubung ada dalam sistem meresapi pemasarannya.

Abstract

The recitation congregation is a community or group of seekers of religious knowledge by means and methods of recitation that use the wetonan system, namely the congregations come in flocks on certain time. As for their goal, the recitation congregations are the formation of personality in themselves and their families so that they become Muslims who master Islamic teachings and practice them, so that they are beneficial to religion, society and the state. The emergence of the recitation congregation was the creative hand of Sheikh Maulana Malik Ibrahim as the first propagator of Islam in Java. This also shows that the recitation congregation is an educational model that is as old as the entry of Islam in Indonesia. The life of the recitation congregation has gone through a tortuous experience. Various major challenges have been faced through strategic steps so that they are able to survive until now and are recognized as assets as well as development potential. The resilience of the recitation congregation is due to the unique pattern of life, the institutionalization of the recitation congregation in society, the Javanese culture which is able to absorb foreign culture through a process of interiorization without losing its identity. The resilience of this recitation congregation becomes more attractive when compared to similar educational institutions in other countries.

Abstract

ABSTRACT School is an institution that tries to process input in the form of students into outputs that not only master knowledge from one domain, but from the three domains, namely cognitive, effective and psychomotor comprehensively including moral education. But in reality, it is often found deviations of student behavior, which in turn emerge moral degradation in students. Schools will have more meaning if they have implemented moral education in students in totality.

Abstract

Where should the future direction of Islamic education be taken? A classic question that often arises but is also challenging for the academic community to always provide answers. I don't know who is wrong, until now, the general public still has a less favorable perception of Islamic education. In fact, there are still many choices of parents to enter their children into Islamic education as the second choice after the first choice to general education institutions. There is a problem for the academic community of Islamic education to continue their identity so that it is more accessible to the wider community. Because of that, Islamic education must always provide resources to its education so that it is relevant to the development of its community. So that the direction of Islamic education in the future does not just follow the current changes that have occurred, Islamic education needs to rethink its philosophy, theory, and educational curriculum. Thus Islamic education will not lose its identity, but what happens is that Islamic education will not play an active role in the current global social flow

Abstract

Social media is an electronic media, which is used to participate, share, and create content in the form of blogs, social networks, forums, virtual worlds, and other forms. On social media people are free to interact and interact. For those who care about the limits of the Shari'a, they will obey the Shari'a rules. For those who do not, then the rules of the Shari'a will be hit. Lately, social media has become increasingly out of control, even at the stage of being biased into plunging a person into the devil's strong trap. Why not, social media (social media) which should be used as a vehicle to strengthen ties of friendship, share experiences and news that is enlightening and soothing, is actually being used massively to spread false news to launch attacks on other parties. From the point of view of religious law, every Muslim who interacts through social media is prohibited or prohibited from producing, distributing and making accessible content/information that is not true to the public, hoaxes, backbiting, slander, namimah, disgrace, bullying, hate speech, and other things. other similar matters relating personally to other people and the general public. Meanwhile, from the point of view of Islamic ethics, social media can be used as a means to establish friendship, disseminate information, da'wah, education, recreation, and for positive activities in the fields of religion, politics, economy, and social and culture. Therefore Islam also teaches ethics in social media. Interacting through social media must be done without violating religious provisions and statutory provisions.

Abstract

Abstract

Masih banyak asumsi yang berkembang di masyarakat, bahwa kebijakan sertifikasi guru tidak banyak merubah profesionlaitas guru di dalam proses pembelajaran. Asumsi ini mungkin saja cukup beralasan. Pasalnya, perilaku guru drastis berubah setelah mendapatkan tunjangan para guru. Tulisan ini bermaksud untuk menilai profesionalisme guru tersertifikasi, atau lebih khusus bagi mereka yang mendapatkan Tunjangan Profesi Pendidik (TPP) di Kab., Gresik, berdasarkan pada standard mutu yang sudah ditentukan oleh peraturan pemerintah. Pasca penelitian, tim mengambil kesimpulan bahwa dampak sertifikasi guru tidak berkesinambungan terhadap kinerja guru. Guru, umumnya, berperilaku profesional hanya pada dua moment; in between process dan saat penyusunan laporan/dalam tahap pengawasan Tim Pengawas. Kesimpulan ini mengkonfirmasi beberapa penelitian terdahulu yang setidaknya menyebut bahwa sertifikasi guru, apabila diteliti menggunakan pandangan outsider (bukan guru), maka signifikansinya sangat kecil
