Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan teknik shooting futsal menggunakan media target hula-hoop sebagai media pembelajaran pada siswa kelas VIII di SMPN 56 Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dan analisa deskriptif komparatif. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 32 orang. Untuk mencapai tujuan dan keefektifannya, penelitian ini telah divalidasi oleh tiga pakar yaitu dosen ahli bidang pembelajaran, dosen ahli futsal, dan dosen ahli sarana dan prasarana pembelajaran. Dari hasil validasi, media pembelajaran berupa media target Hula hoop telah dinyatakan lulus tahap validasi ahli dan dapat diterapkan dalam pembelajaran shooting futsal di SMPN 56 Jakarta. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan media target hula hoop berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII dalam pembelajaran teknik shooting futsal di SMPN 56 Jakarta. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan adanya peningkatan nilai dari tahap pra siklus (34%), siklus I (63%) dan siklus II (81%). Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi bahan referensi bagi guru dan mahasiswa yang akan mengembangkan media pembelajaran dalam pembelajaran teknik dasar shooting futsal di sekolah.

Abstract

This research produces a futsal passing learning model product using a cooperative type of student teams-achievement division at SMP Pandu Siswa, aiming to provide variations of the passing learning model and also to provide students with passing technique skills. This study uses a research and development method (Research and Development) which refers to the ADDIE model. The product is validated by learning experts, futsal experts, PJOK teachers. From the results of research and development, the researchers managed to get 7 (seven) products for the futsal passing learning model. The data was obtained from the results of the validation test of the passing learning model for students with experts. The results of this study are expected to be a reference material for teachers in designing learning programs and can improve passing skills and knowledge, especially at SMP Pandu Siswa.

Abstract

Objective. This study is focused on creating an Android-based physical education learning system for 7th-grade students at SMPN 3 Cibinong. The goal is to enable students to easily access physical education resources anytime and anywhere. The Android application being developed will feature an appealing splash screen, a home screen with chapters for learning, a section for physical education study materials, an evaluation screen with assessment questions, a reference section with a bibliography, and comprehensive learning materials including videos, images, and written content aligned with the learning objectives. Materials and methods. This research was conducted using the research and development method and implemented the ADDIE model, which includes analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation to achieve suitable development of Android-based physical education learning. Results. Based on the findings of the study, the application appears to facilitate easier and more effective learning, making it simpler for students to comprehend all aspects of physical education. The expert evaluation involved three learning experts, two physical education lecturers, and a physical education teacher. Conclusion. The Android-based physical education learning application was found to have an overall satisfaction rate of 95%. It is considered suitable for use as a learning resource because of its ease of access and clear, comprehensive content including videos, images, and text. It also makes the learning process easier and can be used repeatedly.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan lari terhadap keterampilan gerak dasar lokomotor berlari pada anak tunagrahita kategori sedang. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di stadion atletik pemuda rawamangun dari November 2017 sampai Desember 2017. Metode yang digunakan adalah eksperimen dengan desain One Groups ‘‘Pre Test and Post Test Design’’, Dengan sampel yang berjumlah 18 orang dari populasi 94 orang. Instrumen penelitian terdiri dari tes awal sebelum latihan dan tes akhir setelah latihan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah uji-t dengan menghitung nilai t-hitung dibandingkan dengan t-tabel. Dari penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa latihan lari berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan gerak dasar lokomotor berlari pada anak tunagrahita kategori sedang di Special Olympics Indonesia DKI Jakarta Sentra Latihan Rawamangun

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kurangnya referensi untuk guru olahraga mengajarkan materi Pendidikan jasmani dengan permainan yang menyenangkan bagi tuna grahita. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pembelajaran Pendidikan jasmani adaptif yang sesuai dengan ketunaan anak. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) prosedur penelitian dan pengembangan ini menggunakan langkah ADDIE yaitu analyze, design, development, implementation, evaluate. Akan tetapi, peneliti hanya menjalankan tiga dari lima langkah tersebut karena kondisi pandemic COVID-19 yang tidak memungkinkan model pembelajaran ini di implementasikan kepada anak tunagrahita ringan di sekolah. Penelitian ini menghasilkan 17 model permainan yang tervalidasi layak oleh 6 validator bagi tunagrahita ringan. Model pembelajaran ini memenuhi sepuluh kriteria yaitu (1) menarik (2) memotivasi; (3) memuat ilustrasi (4) aspek linguistic; (5) erat dengan pelajaran yang lainnya (6) menstimulasikan aktivitas pribadi (7) menghindari konsep yang samar (8) sudut pandang jelas (9) penekanan pada nilai-nilai anak dan orang dewasa; (10) menghargai perbedaan. Kata Kunci: Permainan, Tunagrahita, Pendidikan Jasmani ABSTRACT This research was motivated by a lack of references for sports teachers teaching physical education materials with fun games for the deaf.This research aims to improve the learning of adaptive physical education in accordance with the child's guidance.This research includes types of research and development (R&D). The results of this study show that (1) this research and development procedure uses ADDIE steps, namely analyze, design, development, implementation, evaluate.However, the researchers only implemented three of the five steps due to the COVID-19 pandemic condition which does not allow this learning model to be implemented to children with mild disabilities in school.The study resulted in 17 game models validated worthy of 6 validators for mild impairments.This learning model meets ten criteria namely (1) interesting (2) motivating; (3) contains illustrations (4) linguistic aspects; (5) closely with other lessons (6) stimulate personal activity (7) avoid vague concepts (8) clear points of view (9) emphasis on the values of children and adults; (10) appreciate the difference. Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat siswa lebih tertarik dan menciptakan suasana yang menyenangkan bagi siswa disabilitas grahita dalam proses belajar mengajar Pendidikan Jasmani Adaptif. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mencari informasi, melakukan observasi dan juga wawancara kepada guru terlebih dahulu untuk mengetahui masalah yang ada pada pembelajaran. maka peneliti membuat model pembelajaran yang layak kemudian divalidasi oleh 3 ahli, masing-masing, ahli belajar gerak, ahli bola tangan dan praktisi pendidikan jasmani adaptif (pelatih disabilitas). Selanjutnya, model pembelajaran ini diujicobakan kepada anak disabilitas grahita teknik analisa data menggunakan validitas ahli. Dari 20 model yang ada di validasi oleh para ahli sebanyak 13 model yaitu, Lemparan tembok, Lemparan Atas, lempar target, Lempar Tangkap Team, Lempar Tangkap Zigzag, Lempar Tangkap Trio, Lempar Belakang, Lempar berhadapan melewati rintangan, Lempar dalam Lingkaran, lempar tembok bergantian, Lempar Tangkap 4 Pos, Lempar Tangkap rintangan, Lempar Estafet. 13 model dapat di lakukan dengan baik oleh disabilitas grahita sedangkan 7 model lain tianggap tidak valid karena pelaksanaan tidak sesuai dengan yang di intruksikan sehingga para disabilitas terlihat kesulitan. Kata Kunci ; Lempar Tangkap, Adaptif, Disabilitas Grahita. ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to make students more interested and create a pleasant atmosphere for students with disabilities grahita in the process of teaching Adaptive Physical Education.This research is conducted by searching for information, making observations and also interviewing teachers in advance to find out the problems that exist in learning.then the researchers created a decent learning model then validated by 3 experts, each, motion learning experts, handball experts and adaptive physical education practitioners of disability coaches.Furthermore, this learning model is tested to children with disabilities grahita data analysis techniques using expert validity.Of the 20 models validated by experts as many as 13 models namely, Wall throwing, Top Throw, Target Throw, Team Capture Throw, CatchZigzag Throw, Trio Capture Throw, Back Throw, Throw face through obstacles, Throw in Circle, throw wall alternately, Throw Catch 4 Posts, Throw Catch obstacles, Throw Relay.13 models can be done well by grahita disabilities while the other 7 models tianggap invalid because the implementation is not in accordance with the instructions so that the disabled look difficult. Abstract

ABSTRAK Pandemi Covid-19 menyebabkan perubahan drastis hampir dalam semua sendi kehidupan, mulai dari bekerja, sekolah, beribadah, hingga interaksi sosial. Semua sektor terdampak, termasuk olahraga demikian pula dengan atlet disabilitas intelektual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat stress atlet disabilitas intelektual khususnya atlet Special Olympic DKI Jakarta melalui persepsi yang dilakukan oleh orang tua masing-masing. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Provinsi DKI Jakarta pada bulan Oktober tahun 2021, sebanyak 60 sampel yang telah melewati proses inklusi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan dua cara, yaitu pengumpulan data primer dan instrument penelitian yang menggunakan instrument DASS 21. Hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa sebanyak 35,56% orang tua memiliki persepsi bahwa anak-anak masuk dalam kriteria tingkat stress sangat berat selama pandemic COVID-19. Kata kunci: Persepsi Orang Tua, Tingkat Stress, Disabilitas Intelektual ABSTRACT The Covid-19 pandemic has caused drastic changes in almost all aspects of life, from work, school, worship, to social interaction. All sectors are affected, including sports as well as athletes with intellectual disabilities. This study aims to determine the stress level of athletes with intellectual disabilities, especially DKI Jakarta Special Olympic athletes through perceptions made by their respective parents. This research was conducted in DKI Jakarta Province in October 2021, as many as 60 samples had passed the inclusion process. Data collection techniques were carried out in two ways, namely primary data collection and research instruments using the DASS 21 instrument. The results of the study concluded that as many as 35.56% of parents had the perception that children were included in the criteria for very severe stress levels during the COVID-19 pandemic. Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh informasi tentang Kontribusi Fleksibilitas Pergelangan Tangan Dan Power Otot Lengan Terhadap Hasil Shooting Dalam Permainan Bola Tangan Pada Atlet POPB DKI Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif. Populasi penelitian adalah Atlet POPB DKI Jakarta sebanyak 20 orang dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling sebanyak 20 orang.Teknik pengumpulan data yakni dengan melakukan tes power otot lengan menggunakan ball medicine, tes fleksibilitas pergelangan tangan menggunakan goniometer dan tes shooting sisi kanan dan kiri. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan program SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kontribusi power otot lengan terhadap shooting Bola Tangan Pada Atlet POPB DKI Jakarta sebesar 0,793 yang berarti kontribusi tersebut memiliki hubungan yang kuat, kemudian kontribusi fleksibilitas pergelangan tangan terhadap shooting Bola Tangan Pada Atlet POPB DKI Jakarta sebesar 0,619 yang berarti kontribusi tersebut memiliki hubungan yang kuat pula dan kontribusi yang lebih dominan yakni power otot lengan dibandingkan dengan kontribusi fleksibilitas pergelangan tangan terhadap shooting Bola Tangan Pada Atlet POPB DKI Jakarta. Kata Kunci: Power Otot Lengan, Fleksibilitas Pergelangan Tangan, Shooting Bola Tangan. The method used is descriptive method. The study population was PELATDA DKI Jakarta athletes of 20 people using a total sampling technique of 20 people. The data collection technique was by carrying out arm muscle power tests using a medicine ball, wrist flexibility tests using a goniometer and shooting tests on the right and left sides. The data analysis used was multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS 25 program. The results showed that there was a contribution of arm muscle power to shooting Handball in PELATDA DKI Jakarta Athletes of 0.793, which means that this contribution has a strong relationship, then the contribution of wrist flexibility to shooting Handball for PELATDA DKI Jakarta Athletes was 0.619 which means that this contribution also has a strong relationship and a more dominant contribution, namely arm muscle power compared to the contribution of wrist flexibility to shooting Handball for PELATDA DKI Jakarta Athletes.

Abstract

This research was conducted on athletes with Down syndrome Soina Jakarta. The research time was approximately 4 months starting from February to May 2023. The number of subjects in this study were 12 athletes with disabilities, consisting of 6 boys and 6 girls. The research method used in this research is Research and developmentor R&D according to Borg and Gall (1983). There were 20 training models created, after going through various stages and improvements, 20 models were declared valid and suitable for practice provided that they always pay attention to safety in practice and work from easy to difficult. Data collection was carried out in 2 ways, firstly, namely filling out a questionnaire by the athlete's parents and secondly, by collecting data directly. Data collection in this research isone group pre-test post-testData processing from the results obtained is assisted by the IBM SPSS 25 for Windows program system, normality test values >0.05 are normally distributed, reliability test values >0.05 are normally distributed or valid, validity tests with distribution >0.05 are considered valid, test homogeneity and the hypothesis can be concluded that the agility abilities of athletes with Down syndrome disabilities have increased
