Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada PT. Ayam Penyet Joko Medan. Populasi dalam penelitian yaitu Pelanggan PT. Ayam Penyet Joko Solo Medan yang berjumlah 50 responden, sedangkan teknik penentuan dengan sampel purposive sampling. Adapun sumber data dalam penelitian ini dari data primer dan data sekunder. Dimana data primer dari observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner. Sedangkan data sekunder dapat dari data yang sudah didokumentasikan. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis regresi berganda yaitu Y = 21.533 + 0,284x + e yang menunjukkan Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Sedangkan hasil uji (t) atau uji parsial menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dimana dapat dilihat nilai t hitung 3,795> t tabel 2,026serta variabel budaya organisasi juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dimana dapat dilihat nilai t hitung 2,573> t tabel 2,026. Hasil koefisien determinasi dengan nilai regresi korelasi sebesar 0,841 artinya secara bersama-sama Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Astra Credit Companies Cabang Medan II memiliki kontribusi pada taraf yang erat dan positif. Dimana nilai (R ) sebesar 0,691 (69,1%). Sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa 69,1% variasi variabel terikat yaitu gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi pada model dapat menjelaskan variabel kinerja karyawan Pada PT. Astra Credit Companies Cabang Medan II Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 30,9% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar model. Adapun variabel lain yang mempengaruhi pengalaman kerja yakni kemampuan dan sebagainya.

Abstract

The research approach used is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The location of this research was carried out at Lion Parcel Pos Amal, which is located at Jl. Charity No. 27 district. Medan Sunggal, Medan, North Sumatra. The population in this study were all customers who had delivered goods at Lion Parcel Mitra Pos Amal with a sample of 120 people/customer. The sampling technique in this study used an accidental sampling technique. This study uses primary and secondary data. The result of this research is that trust has a positive effect on the decision to use Lion Parcel services. Service quality has a positive effect on the decision to use Lion Parcel services. Word of Mouth partially has a positive effect on the decision to use the services of Lion Parcel. Determination Test Results that Trust, Service Quality, and word of mouth have contributed to the decision to use Lion Parcel services by 83.1% while the remaining 16.9% is influenced by other variables outside this regression model.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and product facilities on consumer satisfaction with tariffs (toll fees) as an intervening variable (Case Study on Jasa Marga Mabar 1 Toll Gate). This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study is 118 thousand vehicles and the total sample is 100 toll net users. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple regression data analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are the quality of service has a positive and significant effect on toll rates at the Mabar toll gate 1. Service quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction at the Mabar toll gate 1. Product facilities have a positive and significant effect on toll rates at the Mabar toll gate 1. Facilities product has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction at the Mabar toll gate 1. Toll tariffs have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction at the Mabar toll gate 1. Service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction through toll rates at the Mabar toll gate 1 Product facilities have a positive effect and significant to customer satisfaction through toll rates.

Abstract

Subsistem input Pertanian merupakan salah satu susbsitem yang dapat dikembangkan oleh petani. Kurangnya pengetahuan petani tentang mengelola bisnis pertanian, subsistem input pertanian merupakan bisnis yang susah dan kurang menguntungkan jika dikelola, akses subsistem input pertanian yang jauh dari desa Tiga Runggu merupakan masalah yang sering dihadapi petani, serta kurangnya bimbingan dan penyuluhan dari petani tentang pentingnya mengelola bisnis pertanian di subsistem input pertanian. Sehingga penting dilakukan penyuluhan atau pelatihan tentang pentingnya mengelola bisnis pertanian pada subsistem input pertanian. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kepada petani untuk memanfaatkan dan mengelola usaha pada subsistem input pertanian. Metode kegiatan ini adalah survei, sosialisasi, pelatihan kepada petani cara mengelola bisnis pada subsistem input pertanian. Hasil dari pengabdian adalah petani dapat mengelola bisnis/usaha pada subsistem input pertanian dengan baik. Pemanfaatan bisnis di subsistem input pertanian yang baik akan melatih petani untuk mengelola usahatani dengan baik dan juga menambah penghasilan dari mengelola bisnis pada subsistem input pertanian yang akan berdampak positif bagi petani dan dapat meningkatkan pendapatan petani.

Abstract

This study was conducted to be able to analyze factors that can affect economic growth in Indonesia. The dependent variable used in this study is economic growth and the dependent variables are BI policy rates, FED policy rates, world oil, exchange rates and green stock markets. The research was conducted in Indonesia with the data taken is the period from 2010 to 2022. The data source used is secondary data by taking data from the Indonesian Central Bureau of Statistics, and Bank Indonesia. Data analysis uses the help of e-views software by conducting multiple regression analysis tests. The results of this study apparently prove that the variables of BI policy rates, FED policy rates and exchange rates affect economic growth in Indonesia, while world oil, and the green stock market have no effect on economic growth in Indonesia.

Abstract

The main objective of this study is to analyze the effect of brand awareness and brand image on the interest of Lake Toba tourists through digital marketing strategies. The approach used in this research is associative and quantitative, using path analysis. The population and sample of this study were micro, small, and medium enterprises around the location of the Lake Toba Powerboat F1H20 event in Sibola Hotang Village, Balige District, Samosir Regency, North Sumatra Province, totaling 93 people. The sampling technique used is quota sampling. The sample size in this study consisted of 93 respondents. The results showed that the effect of brand awareness on visitor interest had an original sample size of 0.550, P-Value 0.000 < P-Table 0.05, and T-value 4.374 > T-Table 1.196. The effect of brand image on visitor interest has an original sample size of 0.507, a P-value of 0.036, a P-table of 0.05, and a T-value of 3.666. T-Table 1.196. The effect of brand awareness through digital marketing on visitor interest has an original sample of 0.235 with a P-Value of 0.040 < P-Table 0.05 and a T-value of 2.051 > T-Table 1.196. The influence of brand image through digital marketing on visitor interest has an original sample of 0.435 with a P-Value of 0.040 (P-Table 0.05) and a T-Value of 3.051. T-Table 1.196. Finally, the effect of digital marketing on visitor interest has an original sample size of 0.435, a P-Value of 0.040, a P-table of 0.05, and a T-value of 3.051. T-Table 1.196.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of anxiety on covid 19 and its impact on employee work stress. The approach in this research is associative. The population and sample in this study were 70 employees at Kumala Hotel Banda Aceh. While the sampling technique used a saturated sample. Data analysis using path analysis. The results showed that anxiety had a positive and significant effect on covid 19. Then anxiety and covid had no effect on employee work stress. Finally, covid 19 has a role in mediating anxiety about employee work stress.

Abstract

Marketing of agricultural products is done conventionally. However, along with technological advances, conventional marketing is gradually shifting to marketing through online media. Therefore, the millennial generation needs an early understanding of digital media to market agricultural products. Education, training and entrepreneurship conducted by farmers can improve the quality of business management in the optimal agricultural input subsystem. Students at Major General Sutoyo High School who will become future millennial farmers are the hope for developing young agricultural entrepreneurship. This is because farmers are older and not used to using digital technology. The purpose of the community service is to introduce digital marketing in agricultural products to the students of SMA Mayjen Sutoto because they have great potential but a weak bargaining position. Digital marketing is a business that markets products and services to consumers through digital media connected to the internet. The method of this activity is survey, socialization, training to farmers how to manage business in the agricultural input subsystem. The results of this community service are community empowerment activities in managing agricultural product marketing carried out at SMA Mayjen Sutoyo which can be used in good business management (becoming an agricultural business entrepreneur). The enthusiasm given by SMA Mayjen Sutoyo students for this activity is very good, and their enthusiasm is high to take part in coaching, agricultural product marketing techniques and how to use digital marketing in managing an effective agricultural product business.

Abstract

Kentang memiliki potensi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pangan masyarakat Indonesia. Salah satu kabupaten di Sumatera Utara dengan produksi kentang terbesar kedua adalah Simalungun, sehingga pengembangan harga kentang perlu diawasi dengan baik. Masalah yang dihadapi pada kentang adalah fluktuasi harga, tingginya marjin pemasaran dan transmisi harga disebabkan oleh kekuatan pasar yang dimiliki oleh pedagang pengumpul desa atau pedagang perantara. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis transmisi harga kentang di kabupaten Simalungun. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan model dinamis Error Correction Models (ECM) untuk menganalisis transmisi harga kentang yang terjadi pada jangka pendek dan jangka panjang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Transmisi harga terjadi pada harga di pasar kentang di tingkat produsen ke harga pada pasar konsumen kentang di Kabupaten Simalungun , dimana perubahan harga pada pasar produsen kentang akan ditansmisikan sepenuhnya pada pasar kentang tingkat konsumen di Kabupaten Simalungun dalam jangka panjang, dan membutuhkan waktu 1.5 bulan ditransmisikan dari pasar produsen kentang ke pasar konsumen kentang pada jangka pendek. Abstract

Strawberry agro-tourism in Berastagi is one of the tourist destinations that offers a unique experience in the form of strawberry picking activities directly from the garden and consumption of fresh strawberries by enjoying the beauty of the surrounding natural scenery. However, consumer interest in buying strawberries is still relatively low, so the development of strawberry agro-tourism is a solution to increase strawberry consumption in the region. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the demand for strawberry agritourism in Berastagi. The variables studied include travel costs, income per month, travel time to tourist sites, and gender dummies. The research method used is multiple linear regression analysis using primary data collected through interviews with purposively selected tourists. The results showed that income and travel costs have a positive and significant effect on the demand for strawberry agro-tourism, while travel time to tourist sites has a negative and significant effect. The gender variable has no significant effect on demand. These findings indicate that to increase public interest in strawberry agritourism, it is necessary to develop promotional strategies and improve accessibility to tourist sites. Thus, the potential of strawberry agro-tourism can be maximized to support increased strawberry consumption and strengthen the tourism sector
