Abstract

Peranan Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) tidak dapat dipisahkan dari upaya para Stakeholder terkait untuk mewujudkan pertumbuhan sekaligus mengangkat kesejahteraan para pelaku UMKM. Salah satu indikator meningkatnya kesejahteraan pelaku UMKM, adalah dengan meningkatnya omset penjualan. Kondisi ini diharapkan dapat tercapai, dengan memaksimalkan strategi pemasaran online, yang di-desain khusus untuk para pelaku UMKM dan saat ini penjahit keriahen juga sedang menerapkan pemasaran online untuk memasarkan produknya agar lebih banyak diketahui oleh orang lain melalui media sosial seperti facebook, whatsapp, instagram dan media sosial lainnya. Dengan terus berinovasi dan berkreativitas terhadap produk – produknya dan mengikuti gaya trend kekinian yang disukai oleh seluruh kalangan seperti anak muda maupun ibu rumah tangga. Hal ini menjadi penting, karena percepatan teknologi yang bergerak sangat cepat, menyebabkan perubahan perilaku konsumen dalam memilih dan melakukan transaksi jual beli. Situasi inilah yang mendorong UMKM harus mampu berbenah dan melakukan inovasi, untuk tidak hanya sekedar bertahan, tetapi juga mampu menikmati keuntungan finansial dari perubahan teknologi yang terjadi saat ini.

Abstract

This research was conducted in PT. PLN (Persero) UP 3 Binjai with the aim of research to determined the partial and simultaneous effected of organizational support and affective commitment which influenced by responsible leadership and organizational citizenship behavior. The population were employees who worked in the company in 2021 as many as 125 employees, sampling itwas carried out with census sample so that the total sample were 125 respondents. Sources of data using primary data and data collection techniques with literature study, observation and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used data quality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the study, it showed that partially organizational support has significant effected on responsible leadership and organizational citizenship behavior, while partially affective commitment did not have significant effected on responsible leadership and organizational citizenship behavior. Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of leadership style organizational culture on employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable at PT. Pioneerindo Gourmet International (CFC) at North Sumatra. The results of the picture above can be explained for the first path that Leadership Style (X1) has an effect on Job Satisfaction (Z) with a Standardized Coeffciients Beta value of 0.139, meaning that for every 1% addition of Leadership Style, it will increase Job Satisfaction by 13.9%%. with an R2value of 0.664, it means that for every addition of 1%, Job Satisfaction will increase Job Satisfaction (Z) by 66.4%. Organizational Culture (X2) has an effect on job satisfaction (Z) with a Standardized Coeffciients Beta value of 0.561, meaning that for every 1% addition of Organizational Culture, it will increase Job Satisfaction by 56.1%. with an R value of 0.664, it means that for every addition of 1%, Job Satisfaction will increase Job Satisfaction (Z) by 66.4%.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of organizational communication, motivation and work discipline on employee performance. The total population in this study was 70 people, and by using saturated sampling techniques a sample of 70 people was obtained. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of the research show that organizational communication has a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Medan City UMKM Cooperative Service, motivation has a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Medan City UMKM Cooperative Service, work discipline has no effect on the performance of employees of the Medan City UMKM Cooperative Service. Simultaneously, it shows that organizational communication, motivation and work discipline have a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Medan City UMKM Cooperative Service,

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of brand trust on eWOM referrals through purchasing decisions. The population in this study were 100 respondents from Safa Salon Hair Style and Body Spa in Medan City. The analytical technique used is path analysis. The results showed that brand trust had a positive and significant effect on eWOM referrals mediated by purchasing decisions. Keywords: Brand Trust, Purchase Decision, and Ewom referral ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh brand trust terhadap ewom refferal melalui purchase decision. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 responden dari Safa Salon Hair Style and Body Spa di Kota Medan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis path. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa brand trust berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap ewom refferal yang dimediasi oleh purchase decision. Kata Kunci: Brand Trust, Purchase Decision, Ewom referral PENDAHULUAN Perkembangan ekonomi, teknologi, budaya, dan gaya hidup di era globalisasi yang semakin pesat seiring berjalannya waktu menimbulkan persaingan dalam berbagai bidang, terlebih dalam perekonomian yang tumbuh dengan sangat pesat. Tuntutan untuk bisa memberikan penampilan terbaik membuat masyarakat semakin peduli dengan masalah ini terutama bagi kaum wanita. Secara lahiriah, wanita selalu ingin tampil cantik. Beragam cara yang akan dilakukan untuk tetap tampil cantik salah satunya dengan melakukan perawatan kecantikan. Kebutuhan wanita terhadap fasilitas kecantikan sekarang ini terus meningkat, karena wanita sudah menyadari begitu pentingnya kesehatan tubuh dan merawatnya agar terlihat cantik dan sehat. Banyak tempat yang menawarkan perawatan kecantikan, mulai dari salon-salon kecil hingga klinik-klinik kecantikan mewah. Semuanya memiliki kelebihan dan kekurangan masing-masing. Konsumen juga menjadi semakin selektif dalam memilih tempat perawatan kecantikan mana yang paling sesuai dengan kebutuhan mereka. Hal inilah yang membuat bisnis ini menjadi semakin kompetitif (Apriliani dan Edwar, 2015).

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurial spirit and entrepreneurial value on increasing business independence through entrepreneurial behavior in MSMEs in Medan Johor sub – district. The population in this study wa 583 business actors, and the sampel was 237 respondents using purposive sampling technique. The analysis technique used is multiple regression and path analysis. This research is a type of comparative casual research with a quantitative approach. The result of this study indicate that the variables of entrepreneurial spirit and entrepreneurial value have a significant effect on business independence. The entrepreneurial spirit and entrepreneurial values have a significant effect on entrepreneurial behavior. The entrepreneurial behavior variable has a significant effect on business independence. The entrepreneurial spirit and entrepreneurial values have a significant effect on business independence mediated by entrepreneurial behavior. Keywords : Entrepreneurial Spirit, Entrepreneurial Value, Entrepreneurial Behavior, Business Independence Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh jiwa wirausaha dan nilai wirausaha terhadap peningkatan kemandirian usaha melalui perilaku wirausaha pada UMKM di Kecamatan Medan Johor. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 583 pelaku usaha, dan yang dijadikan sampel sebanyak 237 responden dengan menggunakan teknin purposive sampling. Teknis analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda dan path analysis. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kausal komparatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel jiwa wirausaha dan nilai wirausaha berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kemandirian usaha. Variabel jiwa wirausaha dan nilai wirausaha berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap perilaku wirausaha. Variabel perilaku wirausaha berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kemandirian usaha. Variabel jiwa wirausaha dan nilai wirausaha berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kemandirian usaha yang dimediasi oleh perilaku wirausaha. Kata Kunci : Jiwa Wirausaha, Nilai Wirausaha, Perilaku Wirausaha, Kemandirian Usaha.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand trust on eWOM referrals through purchasing decisions. The results showed that brand trust had a positive and significant effect on eWOM referrals mediated by purchasing decisions. The findings of this study demonstrate that brand trust has a direct and beneficial effect on buying decisions. Brand trust has a direct and beneficial effect on EWOM Referrals. EWOM Referral is positively correlatedwith purchase decision. Additionally, brand trust has a substantial favorable effect on EWOM Referrals via purchase decisions On The Beauty Salon Industry In Medan City.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the influence of organizational commitment to performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable in PT. Graha Mandiri Barata Medan. The population in this study amounted to 300 people with a sample number of 171 people. The sampling method is randome sampling.The data obtained is then processed using spss statistics tool version 22. Data analysis techniques in this study include reliability tests, validity tests, classical assumption tests (multicollinearity tests, normality tests, and heteroskedasticity tests), statistical tests (determination coefficient tests (R2), individual parameter significance tests (t tests), simultaneous significance tests (f tests), and path analysis.The results showed that organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a positive but insignificant effect on employee performance. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction cannot mediate between variables of an organization's commitment to employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether the influence of work motivation, discipline and leadership are mediating variables between motivation and employee performance at the Department of Cooperatives and smes of the Medan Government. The population in this study were all 99 employees who worked in the Department of Cooperatives and SMEs of the Medan Government. The data collection technique used in the research was a questionnaire. Because productive age is considered capable of influencing a person's work effectiveness and creative ideas. The research results show that the variables of motivation and work discipline have a significant influence on performance. The leadership variable which acts as a mediating variable in this study was able to mediate significantly between the variables of motivation and work discipline on performance.
