Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran teknologi pendidikan dalam membentuk kompetensi guru di era digital. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus fenomenologi. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan dokumentasi dari 30 guru di beberapa sekolah dasar dan menengah yang telah mengintegrasikan teknologi dalam pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun teknologi memiliki potensi untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran, banyak guru yang hanya menggunakannya secara terbatas untuk hal-hal dasar seperti presentasi dan pengajaran materi. Hambatan utama yang dihadapi adalah kurangnya pelatihan yang memadai dan dukungan dari pihak sekolah, yang mengakibatkan terbatasnya pemahaman guru tentang cara mengintegrasikan teknologi secara efektif dalam pengajaran. Namun, guru yang telah mendapatkan pelatihan dan dukungan yang tepat menunjukkan kemampuan yang lebih baik dalam memanfaatkan teknologi untuk menciptakan pembelajaran yang lebih interaktif dan menarik. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam menggunakan teknologi pendidikan, diperlukan pelatihan yang berkelanjutan, dukungan kebijakan yang memadai, serta pengembangan kemampuan pedagogis yang lebih mendalam agar teknologi dapat diterapkan secara optimal dalam proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

In the digital era, the ability to understand and analyze data is very important for students. Statistics, a part of mathematics, is widely used in various fields, but its learning in schools is still often only theoretical and manual. SPSS is a data analysis software that can help students learn statistics in a more practical and interactive way. With SPSS, students can more easily understand concepts, hone analytical skills, and be ready to face the data-driven world of work. However, there are still many students who are not familiar with using SPSS due to lack of access and training. Therefore, this service aims to introduce and train students to use SPSS so that they are better prepared in the digital era. The method of this service activity is training by means of lectures to explain the basic concepts and introduction of SPSS, demonstrations to show how to use SPSS features and exercises so that participants can directly practice data processing with SPSS. SPSS is a software used to easily process and analyze statistical data. Data can be entered directly or copied from Excel into SPSS. Analysis is done through the menus, and results can be copied to Word, Excel, or PowerPoint for reports or presentations. One of the features of SPSS is Descriptive Statistics, which shows the minimum, maximum, mean and standard deviation of data. With SPSS, students can directly process and analyze data, making it easier to understand and present data correctly. Their analytical skills also improve, especially in using basic statistics to solve real problems. Learning with SPSS helps students better understand statistics and be ready to face the digital world that requires data analysis skills.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the adaptation of the use of information technology to the performance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Pematangsiantar City. Qualitative approach research model. The research design is a field study and literature study.  The focus of the research to be achieved is the obstacles to the development of Small, Micro and Medium Enterprises in Pematangsiantar City.  The data analysis technique used was qualitative descriptive analysis. This research involved around 15 MSME actors who were selected purposively, namely those who had been running a business for at least two years and had or were trying to integrate information technology into their business activities. The research results show that MSME entrepreneurs face obstacles in developing their businesses. To overcome these obstacles, information technology is needed. Information technology has had an impact on MSMEs in Pematangsiantar City in the form of increasing the number of orders received, increasing the amount of production, increasing income and increasing the number of new consumers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kemandirian Belajar dan Lingkungan Belajar di Sekolah terhadap Hasil Belajar siswa pada Mata Pelajaran Ekonomi kelas XI Merdeka Taman Madya (SMA) Swasta Tamansiswa Pematangsiantar T.A 2024/2025. Penelitian ini menggunaakan metode penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Berdasarkan uji hipotesis secara parsial diperoleh hasil bahwa variabel Kemandirian Belajar (self directed learning) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Hasil Belajar yang ditunjukkan nilai thitung (2,179) > ttabel (1,665), dan variabel Lingkungan Belajar di Sekolah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Hasil Belajar yang ditunjukkan nilai thitung (1,993) > ttabel (1,665). Sedangkan dengan uji hipotesis secara simultan diperoleh hasil bahwa Kemandirian Belajar (self directed learning) dan Lingkungan Belajar di Sekolah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Hasil Belajar yang ditunjukkan nilai Fhitung (7,881) > Ftabel (3,095). Berdasarkan uji koefisien determinasi, diperoleh nilai Rsquare sebesar 0,146 yang berarti 14,6% variable Kemandirian Belajar (Self Directed Learning) dan Lingkungan Belajar di Sekolah berpengaruh terhadap Hasil Belajar pada Mata Pelajaran Ekonomi Pada Kelas XI Taman Madya (SMA) Swasta Tamansiswa Pematangsiantar T.A 2024/2025. Sedangkan 85,4% merupakan pengaruh dari variable lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dan disiplin belajar terhadap hasil belajar IPS siswa kelas VII SMP Swasta Cinta Rakyat 3 Pematangsiantar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket, observasi dan dokumentasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VII SMP Swasta Cinta Rakyat 3 Pematangsiantar tahun ajaran 2024/2025. Sampel penelitian ditentukan dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Teknik analisis data meliputi uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, regresi linear berganda, uji koefisien determinasi, uji t (parsial), dan uji F (simultan). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi belajar dan disiplin belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar IPS siswa kelas VII SMP Swasta Cinta Rakyat 3 Pematangsiantar. Motivasi belajar memberikan pengaruh sebesar 0,186 terhadap hasil belajar, sedangkan disiplin belajar memberikan pengaruh negatif sebesar -0,074 terhadap hasil belajar. Secara bersama-sama, motivasi belajar dan disiplin belajar memberikan kontribusi sebesar 32,7% terhadap variasi hasil belajar IPS siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of entrepreneurship courses and the This study aims to analyze the influence of entrepreneurship courses and campus environment on the entrepreneurial interest of students of Economic Education UHKBPNP. The population in this study were all students of Economic Education UHKBPNP totaling 90 students. The sampling technique was carried out using saturated sampling technique with a sample size of 90 students. The results of the normality test showed that the data were normally distributed with a significance value of 0.200 > 0.05. The multicollinearity test showed no symptoms of multicollinearity because the Tolerance value was > 0.10 and VIF < 10. The heteroscedasticity test showed no specific pattern because the distribution of points was random. The results of the t-test showed that there was a significant influence of entrepreneurship courses on students' entrepreneurial interest with (t count = 3.812 > t table = 1.987) and there was a significant influence of the campus environment on students' entrepreneurial interest with (t count = 7.396 > t table = 1.987). The results of the F test show that both variables simultaneously have a significant effect on students' entrepreneurial interest (f count = 47.775 > f table = 3.10). The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.523 indicates that 52.3% of the variation in students' entrepreneurial interest is influenced by entrepreneurship courses and the campus environment, while 57.7% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of exports, imports, inflation and interest rates on the exchange rate. The type of research used in this research is quantitative descriptive using time series data from 2009-2023. The data sources used come from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and Indonesian Bank (BI) which were processed using eviews 12. The research results show that exports, inflation and interest rates have a positive and significant effect on the exchange rate while imports have a negative and significant effect on the exchange rate.

Abstract

The Independent Campus Learning (MBKM) policy provides students with the opportunity to take part directly in society to solve the country's problems. The Teaching Campus is one of the MBKM programs with the aim of solving educational literacy and numeracy problems in Indonesia. The research in this article aims to describe the impact of implementing the MBKM program, namely the 6th Teaching Campus organized by the Ministry of Education and Culture, which comes from students from HKBP Nommensen Pematangsiantar University. The research used mixed methods. Quantitative data in this research includes questionnaires from teaching campus school partners and students participating in teaching campuses. The research data is in the form of perception interviews from students participating in the teaching campus class 6. Based on the research results, it is known that students' perceptions after attending the teaching campus are very good, namely on average 90%. This is in line with the partner's high perception of the quality and abilities of students, namely 93%. Based on student perceptions, campus teaching programs not only provide classroom teaching experience and literacy and numeracy skills but can also help improve students' collaboration abilities and soft skills.

Abstract

Banyak tindakan positif telah diambil dalam implementasi kurikulum merdeka di sekolah, namun perlu disajikan dengan cara yang lebih efektif agar dapat dijadikan contoh dan inspirasi bagi para guru. Literasi digital menghadapi berbagai tantangan, termasuk keterbatasan akses, keterampilan, dan pemahaman akan pentingnya literasi digital. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan langkah-langkah untuk memperkuat literasi digital guru melalui platform digital. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi peluang dan tantangan yang muncul dalam memperkuat literasi digital melalui platform digital, serta memberikan rekomendasi konstruktif untuk mengembangkan literasi digital guru. Beberapa peluang dalam penguatan literasi digital melalui platform digital meliputi mempermudah akses informasi, meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dengan metode yang bervariasi dan menarik, serta mengembangkan keterampilan kritis seperti berpikir, berkolaborasi, berkomunikasi, dan berkreasi. Di sisi lain, beberapa tantangan dalam penguatan literasi digital melalui platform digital mencakup keterbatasan akses, kurangnya keterampilan dasar dalam mengoperasikan perangkat digital, dan ketidakpahaman tentang manfaat serta dampak penggunaan platform digital dalam proses pembelajaran. Beberapa masih menganggap platform digital hanya sebagai alat hiburan atau sarana komunikasi, bukan sebagai alat pembelajaran yang serius. Upaya meningkatkan literasi digital diharapkan dapat membantu guru mencapai profesionalisme yang lebih tinggi dengan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang kurikulum merdeka, kompetensi yang diperlukan oleh pendidik, dan pentingnya literasi digital. Dengan demikian, guru dapat menguasai literasi digital dengan baik, menjalankan tugas mereka secara optimal dan profesional, dan siap menghadapi tantangan pendidikan sesuai dengan kurikulum merdeka.

Abstract

The development of 21st-century education requires students to possess critical thinking skills as a fundamental competency in facing academic and social challenges. However, learning practices at the junior high school level are still predominantly teacher-centered, limiting students’ opportunities to develop higher-order thinking skills. This study aims to examine the implementation of Project-Based Learning (PjBL) in improving the critical thinking skills of ninth-grade students at SMP Negeri 1 Dolok Batu Nanggar. This research employs a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design. The research subjects consisted of Grade IX students divided into experimental and control groups. Data were collected through critical thinking tests, classroom observations, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive and inferential statistical techniques. The findings indicate that the implementation of Project-Based Learning significantly improves students’ critical thinking skills compared to conventional learning models. Therefore, Project-Based Learning can be considered an effective instructional model for enhancing critical thinking skills at the junior high school level
