Abstract

Real Work Lecture (KKN) is a form of student service to the community and a part of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. By holding KKN, it is hoped that a student will become more mature with his scientific discipline. KKN also seeks to create a more effective education, education that is directly experienced by students. So it is not just material but more important is the application of the theories that have been obtained in college which must be applied in the community environment because sometimes the theories that have been obtained in college are not the same as the reality in the community environment. The implementation of the KKN program is packaged under the theme "MBKM-MD". Through this program and theme, it is hoped that students will be able to take part in directing the community in improving the quality of the village and making the village more radiant, more creative and prosperous. Independent Free Campus Real Work Lecture (KKN-MBKM) is a form of education by providing learning experiences for students to live in the community outside the campus, which directly together with the community identify potential and deal with problems so that they are expected to be able to develop village potential / area and concocting solutions to problems in the village. The general objective is to support and motivate all processes of the 2022 MD UNG KKN-MBKM Program activities to carry out an activity both in the form of outreach in the community around the village and to increase the name of the shining village, you can say the village which has the cohesiveness and welfare of the community in the district and district. The achievement of this activity is the implementation of skills development in the community. The level of community participation in this activity is relatively good.Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) suatu bentuk pengabdian mahasiswa terhadap masyarakat dan salah satu bagian dari Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi. Dengan diadakannya KKN, diharapkan seorang mahasiswa semakin matang dengan disiplin keilmuannya. KKN juga berupaya mewujudkan pendidikan yang lebih efektif, pendidikan yang langsung dialami oleh mahasiswa. Jadi tidak hanya sekadar materi tetapi yang lebih penting adalah aplikasi dari teori-teori yang telah diperoleh di bangku kuliah yang harus diterapkan dalam lingkungan masyarakat karena terkadang teori-teori yang telah didapat di bangku kuliah tidak sama dengan kenyataan yang ada di lingkungan masyarakat. Pelaksanaan program KKN dikemas dalam tema “MBKM-MD” (Merdeka belajar Kampus Merdeka-Membangun Desa). Melalui program dan tema ini, diharapkan agar mahasiswa dapat ikut andil dalam mengarahkan masyarakat dalam meningkatkan kualitas desa dan menjadikan desa lebih bersinar, lebih kreatif dan sejahtera. Kuliah Kerja Nyata Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (KKN-MBKM) merupakan suatu bentuk pendidikan dengan cara memberikan pengalaman belajar kepada mahasiswa untuk hidup di tengah masyarakat di luar kampus, yang secara langsung bersama-sama masyarakat mengidentifikasi potensi dan menangani masalah sehingga diharapkan mampu mengembangkan potensi desa/daerah dan meramu solusi untuk masalah yang ada di desa.Tujuan umum untuk mendukung dan memotivasi segala proses kegiatan Program KKN-MBKM MD UNG 2022 untuk melakukan suatu kegiatan baik dalam bentuk sosialisasi yang ada dilingkungan masyarakat sekitar desa dan meningkatkan nama desa bersinar bisa dikatakan desa yang memiliki kekompakan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat di lingkungan kecamatan dan kabupaten. Pencapaian kegiatan ini terlaksananya pembinaan keterampilan-keterampilan di Masyarakat tingkat paertisipasi masyarakat dalam kegiatan ini relatif cukup baik.

Abstract

Abstrak; Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan konsentrasi belajar siswa melalui penggunaan media interaktif WordWall roda berputar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK), dengan subjek sebanyak 23 siswa kelas 4.1 MIM Unggulan Kota Gorontalo. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi, sedangkan data dianalisis berdasarkan aktivitas guru, aktivitas siswa, dan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Siklus I terdiri dari tiga pertemuan, sedangkan siklus II hanya satu pertemuan. Setiap siklus mengikuti empat tahapan, yaitu: persiapan, pelaksanaan tindakan, pemantauan dan evaluasi, serta analisis dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada konsentrasi belajar siswa. Pada observasi awal, hanya 6 siswa (25%) yang memiliki konsentrasi belajar tinggi. Pada siklus I, jumlah siswa yang memiliki konsentrasi tinggi meningkat menjadi 16 siswa (67%). Selanjutnya, pada siklus II, ketuntasan mencapai 23 siswa (96%). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan media interaktif WordWall roda berputar secara efektif mampu meningkatkan konsentrasi belajar siswa kelas 4.1 di MIM Unggulan Kota Gorontalo. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa media interaktif WordWall roda berputar dapat menjadi alternatif pembelajaran yang inovatif untuk meningkatkan konsentrasi belajar siswa.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the improvement in student learning outcomes through the application of the student facilitator and explaining learning. The method used in this research is Classroom Action Research. The subjects are students in Class V.1 MI Muhammadiyah Unggulan Gorontalo City with a total of 28 students. The instruments in this research are teacher and student activity observation sheets, and learning outcomes tests. The research results showed that there was an increase in student learning outcomes in cycle 1 for the first meeting by 25%, 29% for the second meeting, and 36% for the third meeting. At the first meeting of cycle II the increase was 67% and 92% for the second meeting. This research concluded that overall there was an increase and the criteria for learning completeness were met. Using the student facilitator and explaining learning optimally can familiarize students with presenting their ideas to friends and have an impact on their learning outcomes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan faktor – faktor kendala optimalisasi pengelolaan perpustakaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi yang berasal dari data primer dan data sekunder. Adapun dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data melalui pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa faktor – faktor kendala optimalisasi pengelolaan perpustakaan di SDN 5 Limboto yaitu meliputi dana perpustakaan, sumber daya manusia, kepedulian pihak manajemen sekolah, sarana dan prasarana, perpustakaan sebagai sarana lengkap belajar peserta didik, jam khusus pengguna perpustakaan. Direkomendasikan agar pendidik memberikan dorongan bagi peserta didik dalam memanfaatkan perpustakaan, agar perpustakaan tersebut tidak dianggap sebagai sarana lengkap bagi peserta didik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor yang mempengaruhi kemampuan sosial peserta didik di SD Muhammadiyah 1 Limboto. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi yang berasal dari data primer dan sekunder. Adapun dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data melalui pengumpulaan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang mempengaruhi kemampuan sosial peserta didik di SD Muhammadiyah 1 Limboto yaitu meliputi kapasitas mental, emosi, intelegensi dan kematangan, kondisi peserta didik, usia dan jenis kelamin, interaksi peserta didik dengan lingkungan, keluarga, kondisi sosial ekonomi dan pekerjaan orang tua dan pendidikan orang tua. Direkomendasikan untuk guru agar lebih mendidik, mengelola emosi peserta didik dan lebih memperhatikan kondisi peserta didik sehingga peserta didik dapat memiliki kemampuan sosial yang baik. Untuk orang tua sangat di perlukan perhatian dan bimbingan yang lebih dari orang tua bukan hanya dari segi materi tetapi dari finansial juga perlu diperhatian. Untuk Peserta didik harus memiliki sikap kepedulian dan kerjasama serta menjalin komunikasi yang baik dengan teman sebaya maupun guru. Sehingga peserta didik dapat berinteraksi dengan orang lain.

Abstract

Women artisans in rural areas face persistent barriers in accessing education and achieving economic empowerment, particularly when their livelihoods rely on sustaining fragile cultural heritage traditions. This study developed and piloted the SILFA Model Approach for Women Artisans’ Education and Empowerment, integrating Karawo cultural heritage into non-formal learning. The model aims to provide a culturally grounded learning framework that enhances skills, knowledge, and socio-economic agency while preserving heritage identity. Employing a Research and Development design guided by the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation), the research involved thirty women artisans in Pongongaila Village, Gorontalo, Indonesia, with ten participating in a small-group pilot implementation. Quantitative data from pre- and post-tests were analyzed using descriptive statistics, while qualitative data from focus group discussions, reflections, and observations were interpreted through thematic analysis. Results showed a substantial improvement in knowledge and skills, with mean scores increasing from 47.4 to 80.4. Participants also reported heightened confidence, creativity in developing new Karawo motifs, adoption of digital marketing, and motivation to establish cooperative groups. Conceptually, the SILFA Model contributes to theories of women’s empowerment and culture-based education by operationalizing sustainability, interactivity, and identity-preserving principles within a participatory non-formal learning context. As a validated pilot framework, it demonstrates how embedding cultural heritage in non-formal education can simultaneously revitalize Karawo traditions and strengthen women’s educational and economic empowerment in rural communities.

Abstract

The strategy and effort to build villages accommodate village activists to create collective learning spaces in village resource governance. Village initiatives and capabilities in managing existing resources in their areas are the basic capital to create strong, advanced, and independent villages. Literacy in the form of information technology is a learning tool that can bridge village activists in various regions through relevant and sustainable community service program interventions to reduce and minimize the presence of poor communities in villages. Gorontalo Province is ranked 6th out of 10 regions with the highest number of poor people in September 2023 (BPS, January 2024), with a poor population of 15.41 percent and Central Sulawesi is ranked 10th with a percentage of poor people of 12.18 percent. The distribution of poor population areas is found to be in the Tomini Bay area. The Thematic KKN Program by LPPM UNG in 2025 is oriented to improve the quality of the number of community service of UNG lecturers. Providing solutions to partner problems with a holistic approach based on multidisciplinary research that has been implemented and is able to be effective for the priority scale of community development in the 3T region as stated in Presidential Decree No. 63 of 2020 and based on BPS data in 2021. The target of the community-based social literacy empowerment program to support the development of local food economic independence through this Thematic KKN program is the realization of a community that has good knowledge and understanding of social literacy as part of the learning process and has skills that are an effort to improve welfare through economic independence and local food security of the community. The type of literacy development developed is a community-based potential that is worth exploring (village) that is available and has comparative advantages and competitive advantages both economically, socially and environmentally that can be produced and marketed in order to create community economic independence through a local food security program.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the roles, challenges, and strategies for the future of inclusive education in Indonesia through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) of 30 relevant academic articles. The findings indicate that Special Education Schools (SLB) now play a crucial role as training centers, assessment service providers, and innovation hubs for regular schools. The primary challenges identified include human resource limitations, infrastructure gaps, policy inconsistencies, and socio-cultural barriers. Future strategies are focused on teacher competency development, the integration of assistive technology, and the creation of a collaborative educational ecosystem. The novelty of this research lies in the strategic repositioning of SLB, no longer merely as segregative institutions but as comprehensive resource centers that integrate assistive technology into a collaborative framework between the government and regular schools. These findings provide a foundation for policymakers to formulate more technical regulations regarding the standardization of SLB as national inclusion support centers to ensure equal educational rights for all children with special needs.

Abstract

Early childhood education plays an important role in shaping children’s character, morality, and spirituality during the early stages of development. The cultivation of religious values in kindergarten is not only carried out through formal religious activities but also through the habituation of positive behaviors in daily learning activities. In addition to the role of teachers, the leadership of the kindergarten principal also influences the implementation of religious values and the development of a school culture that supports children’s character formation. This study aims to analyze the implementation of a religious foundation in kindergarten learning and to examine the role of the kindergarten principal in supporting the character development of early childhood students. This research employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive design. Data were collected through classroom observations, interviews with teachers, and document analysis of learning plans such as the Daily Learning Implementation Plan (RPPH). The results show that religious values are implemented through daily habituation activities such as collective prayers, greeting practices, lining up before entering the classroom, sharing with peers, and maintaining environmental cleanliness. These values are also integrated into lesson planning. The principal plays a role in guiding teachers, establishing school policies, conducting learning supervision, and encouraging parental involvement. These practices contribute to the development of children’s character, including discipline, empathy, politeness, responsibility, and honesty. Therefore, consistent implementation of religious values supported by effective school leadership can strengthen positive character development in early childhood education.
