Abstract

The development of business strategy is an important aspect to achieve corporate goals. It requires accurate strategy planning in developing a company or business. This study was conducted on PT. Alpindo Mitra Baja (PT AMB), one of the steel plate manufacturer companies in West Java. The high challenge faced by the companies forced their top management to think harder in determining the strategies to be applied. The uncertain business climate and the recovering condition of the company were the factors that must be identified. This study used the SWOT analysis method which was developed by weighting over IFA (Internal Factor Analysis) and EFA (External Factor Analysis). It required an analytical technique to test the model and the relation generated by the SWOT. The analytical techniques used in this study was Analytic Network Process or ANP. The use of ANP analysis tools was also aimed to find the priority strategy. Using ANP, based on the weighted sequence of the largest, it can be seen that the sequence of strategies is "increase the working capital especially for new projects" by 1,0000000, "strengthen the HRD system to discipline employees" by 0,746776 "conduct employee competency training Amounting to 0,488718, "improving production quality" 0,244288, "creating SIM to expand foreign and domestic market of 0,153744" and implementing ISO-certified management system "of 0,097903.

Abstract

The reform of the bureaucracy keeps real rolling fields of government activity, development and civic services, with the purpose of creation of efficiency and effectiveness in accordance with the demands of excellent service to the community. Efforts to bring about good governance (good governance) has become a priority of the Government's policy of Cabinet work. This research was conducted to find out the influence of internal oversight towards the implementation of good governance, know the influence of the reform of the bureaucracy towards the implementation of good governance, knowing the influence on performance of internal oversight ASN, know the influence of the reform of the bureaucracy, against the performance of ASN, know the influence of the reform of the bureaucracy, towards good governance. The sample in this study is taken by using the data collection method called the purposive sampling. The number of samples used IE as much as 200 respondents. The data obtained were analyzed using analysis of PLS (Partial Least Square) via software SmartPLS. The results showed that internal oversight had a positive but not significant toward good governance, reform of the bureaucracy has a positive and significant relationship towards good governance, internal oversight have a positive relationship but not significantly to the performance of the bureaucratic reform has relationships ASN positively and significantly to the performance of ASN, good governance has a positive and significant relationship towards the performance of ASN.

Abstract

Umrah travel business is indeed promising. The best umroh travel will not have a bad track record. This track record shows the quality of service and the level of customer satisfaction. Choose Umrah travel that really has a good reputation where this travel never gets complaints from customers, or problems with third parties. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and trust in customer satisfaction and its impact on the company's reputation in Umrah travel in East Jakarta. The study sample was 160 respondents from 5 Umrah travels studied. The sampling technique uses quota sampling, which is that each travel gets a quota of 32 samples. Data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis which is processed by LISREL Software. The results of the study prove that service quality variables have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. The trust variable has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Service quality variables have a significant effect on the company's reputation. While the trust variable does not affect the company's reputation. The customer satisfaction variable has a significant effect on the company's reputation in the Umrah Travel Bureau in East Jakarta.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of human resource management practices and perceptions of organizational support for employee engagement with quality of work life as intervening. The success of an organization depends on the approach taken to build human resources effectively. Employee engagement is defined as a positive, satisfying and work-related state of mind that is characterized by passion, dedication and absorption. Many factors can affect employee engagement, including the management of human resources, perceived of organization support and the quality of work life. Research subjects are employees of PT. X in Jakarta as many as 160 respondents. This study uses the SEM method through a questionnaire. The results show that two exogenous variables have a significant effect on intervening variables: (R2 = 0.92, p = 0.000), and the variable of work quality has a significant effect on employee engagement variables (R2 = 0.49, p = 0.000).

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh e-commerce service quality dan trust terhadap customer loyality melalui customer satisfaction (Studi Kasus Pada Konsumen Electronic City Bogor). Penelitian ini menggunakan non probability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling terhadap 265 responden yang dilakukan pada e-commerce service quality dan trust terhadap customer loyality melalui customer satisfaction (Studi Kasus Pada Konsumen Electronic City Bogor). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis Structural Equation Modeling. Hasil temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) e-commerce berpengaruh signifikan terhadap customer satisfaction (2) Service quality berpengaruh signifikan terhadap customer satisfaction (3) trust berpengaruh signifikan terhadap customer satisfaction (4) e-commerce berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Customer Loyalty. (5) service quality berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Customer Loyality. (6) trust tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap customer loyality (7) Customer Satisfaction berpengaruh signifikan terhadap customer loyality.

Abstract

This study examines the position and legitimacy of the establishment of a Notary Inspection Board within the Indonesian legal framework, with a particular focus on the Law on Notary Position (UUJN) and Ministerial Regulation of Law and Human Rights (Permenkumham) Number 15 of 2020. The research employs a normative legal method to scrutinize norms within the UUJN and Permenkumham 15/2020, prompted by perceived normative disharmony between these regulations regarding oversight and sanctioning of notaries. Contrary to prior research that suggested a normative disharmony, this study finds that the Inspection Board acts on behalf of the Notary Oversight Board, as its members are part of the latter, with duties delegated by the Chairperson of the Notary Oversight Board. Thus, Permenkumham 15/2020 does not contradict the UUJN. Nevertheless, for greater clarity, the study recommends revisions to Permenkumham 15/2020, emphasizing the basis of authority and formation of the Inspection Board.Highlights: No legal disharmony between Ministerial Regulation 15/2020 and the Law on Notary Position. Notary Examination Board is part of the Notary Supervisory Board. Amendments to Regulation 15/2020 are suggested for clearer authority and establishment process. Abstract

Developing leadership in Madrasah Aliyah (MA) requires a deep understanding of these institutions' unique characteristics and context. This study, conducted in Jambi Province using a qualitative approach, aims to examine the leadership superiority in MA. The primary goal is to gather scientific data to improve leadership practices. The research findings indicate that effective leadership development demands tailored strategies and actions specific to the context of these institutions. Meanwhile, the results of this research show that developing leadership superiority in MA requires specific understanding and actions according to the characteristics and context of this Islamic educational institution. Additionally, the head of the madrasas have taken steps to develop leadership superiority in Islamic educational institutions in Madrasah Aliyah, Jambi province.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Disiplin Kerja (XI) dan Kecerdasan Emosional (X2) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan(Y) melalui Pengembangan Karir (Z) (studi kasus pada Rumah Sakit Ibu dan Anak Asyifa Depok). Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan propotional random sampling dengan jumlah sample sebanyak 117 karyawan dirumah sakit asyifa depok. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini Analisa Jalur(path analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Disiplin Kerja memberikan hasil yang signifikan mempengaruhi Kinerja Karyawan. Kecerdasan Emosional memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pengembangan karir memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan untuk pengaruh tidak langsung Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan melalui Pengembangan Karir memberikan nilai sebesar 0,24 dengan pengaruh total sebesar 0,73. Pengaruh tidak langsung Kecerdasan Emosional terhadap Kinerja Karyawan melalui Pengembangan Karir 0,10 dengan pengaruh total sebesar 0,22.

Abstract

The background of this research is the increasing threat to environmental sustainability due to human activities. Law Number 32 of 2009 concerning Environmental Protection and Management (UUPPLH) serves as the legal basis, which allows for the imposition of principal and additional criminal sanctions on business entities committing environmental crimes. The case in question involves PT. Gorga Duma Sari (PT. GDS), where its president director, JONNI SIHOTANG, was accused of environmental damage through tree felling and land clearing without permits and valid environmental documents, causing damage to the river ecosystem. Although the Public Prosecutor did not demand additional remedial penalties, the Panel of Judges at the Balige District Court in its decision imposed additional penalties on PT. GDS to repair the environmental damage. This decision was based on the consideration that the crime was committed for the benefit and profit of PT. GDS, as well as the application of the principles of "Polluter Pays" and "In Dubio Pro Natura" through judicial activism. This research highlights the differences in views between the demands of the Public Prosecutor and the judge's decision, which was ultra petita in applying additional remedial criminal sanctions. The conclusion of the research shows that the basis for the judge's consideration in imposing additional penalties is because the crime was committed for and on behalf of PT. GDS which received the profits, based on Article 116 paragraph (1) in conjunction with Article 118 in conjunction with Article 119 of the UUPPLH and the principles of "Polluter Pays" and "In Dubio Pro Natura". This research also suggests optimizing the demands for additional criminal improvements by the public prosecutor in environmental crime cases.
