Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh profesionalisme guru terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran bahasa Arab di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri Model Palu. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan mengambil sampel sebanyak 90 peserta didik. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode angket, observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Analisis instrument meliputi uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis korelasi regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara variabel profesionalisme guru terhadap variabel hasil belajar Peserta didik pada mata pelajaran bahasa Arab di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri Model Palu. Adapun besar tingkat pengaruh profesionalisme guru terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri Model Palu ditemukan bahwa sebesar 40.1% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 59.9% dipengaruhi faktor-faktor lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

This article discusses the application of the use of learning designs with three different models with the same material discussed. The three models include Problem Based Learning, Discovery Learning, and Project Based Learning. While the material discussed is material on the subject of Online Business Basic Competence / KD 3.4 Analyzing SEO On Page keywords and KD 4.4 Making SEO ON Page keywords. There are differences in the treatment of the three activities in achieving learning objectives. In Problem Based Learning to meet the target of student competence, both knowledge and skills, students are faced with problems related to the material and are invited to overcome existing problems. Problems in Problem Based Learning require an explanation of a phenomenon. The focus is on how students identify learning issues and then look for alternative solutions. In the discovery learning model, students are directed to understand concepts, meanings, and relationships through an intuitive process to finally arrive at a conclusion. Discovery is done through the stages of observation, classification, measurement, prediction, determination, and inference. And in Project Based Learning or student-centered learning project-based learning to conduct an in-depth investigation of a topic. Students constructively deepen with a research-based approach to serious, real, and relevant problems and questions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see how far the success of fostering spiritual education in the Hasan Ma'shum Dhikr Assembly‎ in Palu City. The type of this research is field research which is qualitative in nature with a phenomenological approach. The primary data in this study were obtained from information from the leadership, officers, and members of the Hasan Ma'shum Dhikr Council. Meanwhile, secondary data was obtained from documents directly related to the research theme sourced from journals, books, and types of documents sourced from the internet. The data analysis used is qualitative data analysis with an interactive model. The results showed that the process of fostering spiritual education at the Hasan Ma'shum Dhikr Assembly‎ in Palu city consisted of three stages, namely the planning stage which contains socialization planning, preparation of joining, dhikr method, and evaluation. The implementation stage which contains the implementation of the planning stage of socialization, acceptance, dhikr method, and evaluation. The evaluation stage which contains written test, oral test, and non-test. The results of fostering spiritual education at the Hasan Ma'shum Dhikr Assembly‎ in Palu City have been proven to gradually be able to foster their congregations. The success of fostering spiritual education at the Assembly of Dhikr Hasan Ma'shum Palu City consists of a relationship with Allah swt (Hablum minallah) which includes a higher awareness of leaving immoral acts, getting closer to Allah swt, and a feeling of calm and peace in the heart. Meanwhile, human relationships form noble morals and become Uswatun Hasanah.

Abstract

Pendidikan dwibahasa di Institusi Pelayaran memegang peranan penting dalam mempersiapkan taruna menghadapi tantangan global di industri maritim. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi tantangan utama yang dihadapi dalam penerapan pendidikan dwibahasa (Bahasa Indonesia dan Bahasa Inggris) dalam studi nautika di institusi pelayaran, serta merumuskan strategi yang efektif untuk meningkatkan keberhasilan pengajaran. Menggunakan metode campuran yang melibatkan survei kepada taruna dan wawancara dengan pengajar di berbagai institusi pelayaran, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hambatan terbesar adalah kurangnya sumber daya pengajaran dwibahasa yang relevan, serta keterbatasan pelatihan bagi pengajar dalam mengadaptasi materi teknis nautika ke dalam dua bahasa. Studi ini juga mengidentifikasi strategi-strategi yang dapat diimplementasikan, termasuk pelatihan intensif bagi pengajar, penyediaan materi ajar yang lebih interaktif, dan penggunaan teknologi untuk mendukung pembelajaran. Implikasi penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya pendekatan holistik dalam pendidikan dwibahasa untuk memastikan bahwa taruna dapat mengembangkan kompetensi teknis dan linguistik yang diperlukan di lingkungan kerja internasional. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi peningkatan kualitas pendidikan maritim di Indonesia

Abstract

An electric motor is an electrical machine device that uses electromagnetic principles to convert electrical energy into mechanical energy. This mechanical energy is used as a driving force in the auxiliary mecchinery on board. There are many causes of damage to electric motors and the impact on the operating system can be disrupted. Some of the causes of damage to electric motors are heat, dirt, humidity, vibration and electricity quality. Other causes are usually poor maintenance and less than optimal cleaning. The aim of this research is to find out the causes of damage to electric motors on ships and to find out how to prevent damage to electric motors. Data collection methods used field methods, literature and interviews using descriptive qualitative data analysis techniques and obtained results on factors that caused damage to electric motors on MT ships. Transko Arafura, Factors that cause damage to electric motors on MT ships. Transko Arafura, namely vibrations in the electric motor due to damage to the worn ball bearing and shaft so that the shaft is not balanced. Prevents damage to the electric motor on the MT ship. Transko Arafura is by replacing the ball bearing with a new one and refacing the shaft by turning. ABSTRAK Motor listrik merupakan perangkat mesin lisrik yang menggunakan prinsip elektromagnetik yang mengubah enegi listrik menjadi energi mekanik. Energi mekanik tersebut dimanfaatkan sebagai tenaga penggerak pada permesinan bantu di atas kapal. Kerusakan motor listrik banyak penyebabnya dan dampaknya sistem operasi dapat terganggu. Beberapa penyebab kerusakan motor listrik adalah panas, kotor, lembab, vibrasi dan kualitas listrik. Penyebab lain biasanya faktor pemeliharaan yang kurang baik dan pembersihan kurang maksimal. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu dapat mengetahui penyebab kerusakan pada motor listrik di kapal dan dapat mengetahui cara mencegah terjadinya kerusakan pada motor listrik. Metode pengumpulan data dengan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi dengan teknik analisis data kualitatif deskriptif dan diperoleh hasil faktor yang menyebabkan kerusakan pada motor listrik di atas kapal MT. Transko Arafura yaitu adanya getaran pada motor listrik karena kerusakan pada ball bearing dan shaft yang aus sehingga shaft tidak balance, mencegah terjadinya kerusakan pada motor listrik di atas kapal MT. Transko Arafura yaitu dengan mengganti ball bearing dengan yang baru dan refacer pada shaft dengan pembubutan.
