Abstract

Obtaining student achievement provides benefits for schools for accreditation assessment, curriculum determination, feedback and policy. SMA N 1 Waru is a Senior High School in Indonesia in the National Reference School category which almost every year gets achievements. Currently, management of achievement data has not been carried out optimally, accumulated achievement data cannot be displayed, storage of supporting data is not organized, and the accuracy of the information produced is hampered. This research aims to implement a website-based student achievement application. The method used is in two stages, data collection and application development. The application development technique uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) model. This research produces an application that has functionalities: master data (period, type of achievement, level of achievement/certification, class), teacher data collection, student data collection, achievement data collection (proposal and approval of achievements), user management, achievement reports, and achievement dashboards, as well as manage user user access. All functionalities have passed testing using the black box testing method. Implementation of applications using RAD can be done quickly and effectively so that the school gets the benefits of collecting achievement data at any time, achievement information can be accessed by anyone who needs it, the information produced is accurate, and has storage media for achievement supporting documents that can be well organized.

Abstract

Abstrak Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi (TI) secara luas memberikan manfaat nyata bagi semua kelompok masyarakat di berbagai kehidupan. Salah satu kelompok masyarakat yang perlu memanfaatkan TI adalah kelompok Pemberdayaan Kesejahteraan Keluarga (PKK). TI dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan perekonomian dan juga dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas kegiatan kelompok PKK. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini, dilakukan pada kelompok PKK Bluru Kidul RT 4, Sidoarjo. PKK tersebut memiliki kendala dalam hal pengelolaan keuangan, dimana seluruh pemasukan dan pengeluaran dicatat sederhana, masih menggunakan pembukuan, belum tersistem. Hal tersebut dapat membuat data keuangan tidak terkelola dengan baik, tidak ada informasi yang dapat dimanfaatkan, dan tidak ada transparansi arus kas. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, tim PKM mengembangkan sebuah aplikasi keuangan PKK yang didasarkan pada kebutuhan PKK. Validasi pada aplikasi dilakukan dengan menggunakan black box testing dan hasil testing menunjukkan seluruh fungsi dapat berjalan sesuai harapan. Selanjutnya, dilakukan pelatihan, evaluasi dan pendampingan penggunaan aplikasi keuangan kepada 20 anggota PKK. Pada hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa peserta merasa sangat nyaman dan terbantu dalam pengelolaan keuangan menggunakan aplikasi keuangan, yang mana ditunjukkan dengan rata-rata indikator kemudahan sebesar 3,67, indikator kebermanfaatan 4,59, dan rata-rata indikator penerimaan teknologi informasi sebesar 4,43. Kata kunci: pengabdian; pelatihan; pendampingan; aplikasi keuangan; PKK. Abstract The widespread use of Information Technology (IT) provides tangible benefits to all community groups across various walks of life. Group that needs to utilize IT is the Family Welfare Empowerment (PKK) group. IT used to improve the economy and also increase the efficiency and effectiveness of PKK group activities. This Community Service (PKM) activity was carried out at the PKK group in Bluru Kidul RT 4, Sidoarjo. The PKK faced challenges in financial management;  all income and expenses were recorded, still using bookkeeping, and were not systematized. This resulted in poorly managed financial data, a lack of usable information. Based on these problems, the PKM team developed a PKK financial application based on the PKK's needs. Validation of the application was carried out using black box testing, and the test results showed that all functions could run as expected. Subsequently, training, evaluation, and mentoring were conducted on the use of the financial application for 20 PKK members. The evaluation results showed that participants felt very helped in managing their finances using financial applications, which was indicated by an average of easy of use indicator was 3.67, 4.59 for the usefulness indicator, and 4.43 for the information technology acceptance indicator. Keywords: community service; training; mentoring; financial application; the family welfare empowerment group.

Abstract

A Community Service program in the form of business idea creation training was implemented at SMA Negeri 8 Surabaya as an effort to strengthen students' entrepreneurial skills and equip them with practical knowledge for life after graduation. The primary objective of this activity was to enhance students’ understanding of entrepreneurship and to foster the development of applicable business ideas through the Business Model Canvas (BMC) approach. The training was conducted using a structured method that included interactive lectures, group discussions. BMC development, and evaluation of comprehension through pre-test and post-test assessments. A total of 210 twelfth-grade students participated in the program and were divided into groups to design business plans based on the BMC framework. The results demonstrated an overall increase in entrepreneurial knowledge, business activities, and understanding of fundamental BMC concepts, with more than 80% of students showing improved post-test scores compared to pre-test results. These findings indicate that the training was effective in enhancing both theoretical knowledge and practical entrepreneurial skills, despite several limitations related to facilities, time management, and the large number of participants. It is therefore recommended that similar activities be continuously implemented with the support of schools and external partners to ensure the sustainability and further development of students' business ideas toward real-world application.
