Abstract

Abstrak Pendahuluan. Pertumbuhan teknologi informasi telah mengubah lanskap praktik medis, termasuk dalam pengelolaan rekam medis klinik gigi. Dalam era digital saat ini, klinik gigi dituntut pula untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi dalam menyediakan layanan kesehatan gigi kepada pasien. Klinik gigi Najwa Dental Clinic merupakan salah satu fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan yang memerlukan sistem informasi untuk mengelola data riwayat medis pasien secara elektronik. Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan tersebut, perlu dikembangkan perangkat lunak atau sistem informasi rekam medis khusus klinik gigi yang dapat mempermudah di dalam pengelolaan data riwayat medis pasien. Tujuan. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengembangkan perangkat lunak atau sistem informasi rekam medis khusus untuk klinik gigi sehingga pengelolaan data riwayat medis pasien dapat dikelola dengan baik secara elektronik. Metode. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD) dalam pengembangan perangkat lunaknya dan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP serta basis data MySQL. Hasil. Penelitian ini menghasilkan perangkat lunak atau sistem informasi rekam medis khusus klinik gigi yang dapat diimplementasikan di Najwa Dental Clinic. Kesimpulan. Sistem informasi rekam medis khusus klinik gigi dapat dikembangkan menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD) dan memanfaatkan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan basis data MySQL sesuai hasil analisis perencanaan kebutuhan. Abstract

Politeknik Harapan Bangsa Surakarta (Polhas) is one of the colleges in Surakarta city. This college has lecturer and staff to help the students. The duties of this staff are to arrange the classes schedule and the duties of the lecturer is carrying out the learning require a schedule to be able and find out what courses are taught. This college are required to have a Lecture Schedule System in addition to avoid collisions between teaching hour and lecture room. Another reason is to regulate learning and run effectively and efficient. Polhas has an online lecture schedule system but there are several features that must be improved, added, and removed to the system. Finally, the college can reuse the system as much as possible. Based in the background study the researcher finds the formulation of the problem is How to develop a classes schedule for Polhas which originally already exist and can be used by the campus with the latest feature. The limitations of the problem made by the researcher in the form of room classes and hour, parties in needed (admin, lecture and student) and a system made by online. To develop the schedule lecturer is using the PHP programming language and SQL database.

Abstract

The student service system at Universitas Sebelas Maret Surakarta (UNS), especially the print transcript of grades currently running, students can apply through three methods. The first method is done by filling out an application for a printed transcript. The second method is to use the Whatsapp application. The third method is done by using E-mail. Due to the large number of media used to apply for printed transcripts, the administrative unit of the study program cannot process all requests for print transcripts quickly. Sometimes there is a request to print a grade transcript that is not processed because the request data is overwritten with the new request data, so it is not readable by the study program administration unit. Based on the description of the background, it can be formulated that the problem to be solved in this research is "How to design a student service information system for printing transcripts in the Industrial Engineering study program of UNS". Limitations The problem that the author discusses in the study focuses more on the process of applying for transcripts of grades in the scope of the Industrial Engineering study program of UNS. The method used to design an information system for the print out of transcripts is using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with the Waterfall model. The programming language used to design an information system for printing transcripts is PHP Native and MySQL database as data storage media. With the design of the information system for the application of printed transcripts, it is hoped that it can improve the quality of service to students, especially in the scope of the Industrial Engineering study program of UNS.

Abstract

The Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS) in service activities for students requires consumables stored in the warehouse of the Faculty of Engineering, UNS. Every month a document recapitulation is carried out to control the circulation that occurs in the warehouse of the UNS Faculty of Engineering. The document recap system still uses the manual method, namely by recording incoming and outgoing goods to the ledger. Data from the general ledger is copied into the Microsoft Excel application to create a circulation report. The current manual system still has human errors that often occur, such as missing or tucked records of incoming and outgoing goods. This has an impact on when recapitulating the results of the information data obtained is less accurate. Based on the description of the background above, it can be formulated the problem to be solved in this study is "How to design an Information System for Recording Incoming and Outgoing Goods in the Warehouse of the Faculty of Engineering UNS". Limitations The problem that the author discusses in the study focuses more on the process of recapitulating incoming and outgoing goods data, as well as making reports on the circulation of goods within the UNS Faculty of Engineering. The method used to design an information system for recording goods data uses the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with the Waterfall model. The programming language used to design an information system for recording data items is PHP Native and MySQL database as a data storage medium. With the design of this item data recording information system, it is hoped that it will make it easier for the head of the warehouse in terms of ordering goods in accordance with the stock data in the warehouse of the Faculty of Engineering, UNS.

Abstract

The problem faced in conducting online seminars at the Postgraduate School of Sebelas Maret University Surakarta (UNS) is the difficulty of recording the attendance of online seminar participants. Currently, the process of recording attendance data for online seminar participants is done using the Google Form application. The use of Google Forms for data collection of seminar participants is considered inefficient. This is because the online seminar committee is still copying data from the Google Form to be compiled into a report on the implementation of the online seminar. Based on the description of the background above, it can be formulated the problem to be solved in this research is "How to design a website-based attendance information system for online seminar activities at the UNS Graduate School". Limitations The problem that the author discusses in this study focuses more on the process of recording attendance data for online seminars organized by the UNS Graduate School. The method used to design a presence information system using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with the Waterfall model. The programming language used in designing the presence information system is PHP Native, while the MySQL database is used for data storage. It is hoped that with the design of this attendance information system, it can help organizers of online seminars at the UNS Graduate School, both at national and international levels, to facilitate the process of taking attendance of seminar participants.

Abstract

Jebres district is one of the areas under the leadership of the local government of the city of Surakarta. Jebres subdistrict office has a function to carry out the duties of some of the authority of the city government in its work area, which includes the fields of government, economy, development, people's welfare and the development of people's lives and other public service affairs handed over by the Mayor. One of the services is public service on the collection of E-KTP and KIA. E-KTP and KIA from Surakarta City Hall are handed over to each sub-district. The list of E-KTP and KIA located in the sub-district is not inputted back into the system, so when people want to take the E-KTP or KIA but they don't have the item, they have to look in the recap list provided by the City Hall and then look back to the E-KTP place. and KIA are stored, or to the DUKCAPIL room to re-confirm that the item doesn’t exist. With the creation of this system, it will make it easier for public services to take E-KTP and KIA, and it will not take long to provide services. Based on the description of the background, it can be formulated the problem to be solved in this research is "How to design and create a recap information system for E-KTP and MCH in Jebres District". Limitations The problem that the author discusses in the study focuses more on the process of inputting E-KTP and MCH data already in Jebres District. Using the method of data collection and software development using the waterfall model. This system application is web-based using the CodeIgneter framework and the PHP programming language and MySql database. The results of this study are the flowchart of the developed system, context diagram, DFD, schematic diagram and the resulting system.

Abstract

Real Work Practice (PKN) is one of the academic activities that must be followed by all students in study programs at the Teaching and Education Faculty (FKIP) Sebelas Maret University Surakarta (UNS). The implementation of Internship is an obstacle for FKIP UNS which has students from various regions and these students choose their own place for the Internship. FKIP UNS will find it difficult to monitor students in carrying out PKN if the accompanying lecturers have to visit one by one where students carry out PKN. This makes the goal of FKIP UNS in providing work experience in the real world not well achieved. From the problems above, the researcher proposes to design a web-based PKN data management information system at FKIP UNS. The formulation of the problem that the researcher will solve in this study is, "How to design an information system for PKN data management at FKIP UNS". Boundary The problems that the researchers discussed in this study focused more on the process of recording PKN data within FKIP UNS. The method used to design PKN data management information systems at FKIP UNS is the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with the Waterfall model. The programming language used to design PKN data management information systems is PHP Native and the MySQL database as data storage media. This study aims to design a system that can facilitate the management of PKN activities at FKIP UNS, reduce the risk of errors occurring in PKN data management, and present PKN report information quickly, precisely and accurately. With the implementation of the PKN data management information system, PKN activities can be well documented and easy to monitor.

Abstract

Rural Credit Bank of Giritontro District (BPR BKK Giritontro) is a financial institution engaged in savings and loans in the Giritontro District of Wonogiri. BPR BKK's customers provide collateral when applying for loans, and once the loans are repaid, the collateral is returned. However, the current collateral retrieval process at BPR BKK Giritontro is done manually through recording in a logbook maintained by administrative staff, leading to issues such as vulnerable and easily lost storage media. Additionally, there can be delays in the retrieval process if the administrative staff is absent, as only they have access to the storage cabinet key. The logbook system also hinders data search efficiency for collateral retrieval verification. This research aims to develop an information system for customer collateral retrieval to assist the administrative department in managing collateral retrieval. The author adopts the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) waterfall model for system development and utilizes PHP programming language and MySQL database for the information system implementation.

Abstract

Koperasi Sumber Rejeki Jaya Abadi is a business entity engaged in financial savings and loans in Klaten Regency. Customers in the cooperative are required to have savings and before applying for loans, they must conduct deposit transactions and maintain a savings account.The cooperative faces issues with manual recording of customer savings transactions, where data is recorded using physical books. This manual process leads to inconsistent data and inefficiency in managing customer savings transactions since data must be accessed one book at a time. Additionally, the use of physical books for reporting transactions means that the reporting process lacks organization. To address these challenges, the author utilizes the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology in developing the information system. The system is being built using the PHP programming language with the Laravel framework and utilizes the MySQL database. The primary objective of this research is to create an information system that can assist the administration department in managing customer savings at Koperasi Sumber Rejeki Jaya Abadi in Klaten. By implementing the new system, the cooperative aims to improve data consistency and the efficiency of customer savings transactions, eliminating the need to search through physical books, and enhancing the overall reporting process.

Abstract

The Satria Honor Payment System at the Anteraja Madegondo Office is an information system that provides data on payment of honorariums for knights or couriers per month in the Madegondo Sukoharjo area. The author in conducting research found a problem, namely that there was no system for paying honorariums for knights at the Anteraja Madegondo office, there was still using a manual system, namely by recording the number of packages sent by knights every day on paper and then these records were collected in a month resulting in less tidy and easy to lose payment data knight's honor at the Anteraja Madegondo office. Therefore the purpose of this research is to solve this problem by creating a system for paying honorariums for warriors, to make it easier for branch heads or leaders to make data recaps for honorary payments so that they are structured and neatly arranged and minimize any payment errors in the form of report data. The author uses the PHP programming language and uses the MySQL database and the method used is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method with the Waterfall model for the process of making this honorary payment system. The system that the author designed will generate payment data in the form of monthly payment of honorarium for knights or couriers.
