Abstract

Rural Credit Bank of Giritontro District (BPR BKK Giritontro) is a financial institution engaged in savings and loans in the Giritontro District of Wonogiri. BPR BKK's customers provide collateral when applying for loans, and once the loans are repaid, the collateral is returned. However, the current collateral retrieval process at BPR BKK Giritontro is done manually through recording in a logbook maintained by administrative staff, leading to issues such as vulnerable and easily lost storage media. Additionally, there can be delays in the retrieval process if the administrative staff is absent, as only they have access to the storage cabinet key. The logbook system also hinders data search efficiency for collateral retrieval verification. This research aims to develop an information system for customer collateral retrieval to assist the administrative department in managing collateral retrieval. The author adopts the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) waterfall model for system development and utilizes PHP programming language and MySQL database for the information system implementation.

Abstract

Koperasi Sumber Rejeki Jaya Abadi is a business entity engaged in financial savings and loans in Klaten Regency. Customers in the cooperative are required to have savings and before applying for loans, they must conduct deposit transactions and maintain a savings account.The cooperative faces issues with manual recording of customer savings transactions, where data is recorded using physical books. This manual process leads to inconsistent data and inefficiency in managing customer savings transactions since data must be accessed one book at a time. Additionally, the use of physical books for reporting transactions means that the reporting process lacks organization. To address these challenges, the author utilizes the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology in developing the information system. The system is being built using the PHP programming language with the Laravel framework and utilizes the MySQL database. The primary objective of this research is to create an information system that can assist the administration department in managing customer savings at Koperasi Sumber Rejeki Jaya Abadi in Klaten. By implementing the new system, the cooperative aims to improve data consistency and the efficiency of customer savings transactions, eliminating the need to search through physical books, and enhancing the overall reporting process.

Abstract

The Satria Honor Payment System at the Anteraja Madegondo Office is an information system that provides data on payment of honorariums for knights or couriers per month in the Madegondo Sukoharjo area. The author in conducting research found a problem, namely that there was no system for paying honorariums for knights at the Anteraja Madegondo office, there was still using a manual system, namely by recording the number of packages sent by knights every day on paper and then these records were collected in a month resulting in less tidy and easy to lose payment data knight's honor at the Anteraja Madegondo office. Therefore the purpose of this research is to solve this problem by creating a system for paying honorariums for warriors, to make it easier for branch heads or leaders to make data recaps for honorary payments so that they are structured and neatly arranged and minimize any payment errors in the form of report data. The author uses the PHP programming language and uses the MySQL database and the method used is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method with the Waterfall model for the process of making this honorary payment system. The system that the author designed will generate payment data in the form of monthly payment of honorarium for knights or couriers.

Abstract

The inventory system is a system used to input inventory data into a database to avoid errors in entering, retrieving, and losing inventory data. The limitation of manual inventory recording for census purposes at the Central Statistics Agency (Badan Pusat Statistik) in Sragen Regency causes a relatively long reporting time for inventory and the possibility of errors in data collection. To support the performance of employees, a computerized system is needed as a tool for employees to carry out their activities. Considering the increasing amount of inventory data that needs to be stored at the Central Statistics Agency in Sragen Regency, there is a need for a web-based inventory information system for census purposes. The aim of this research is to design an inventory information system for the needs of the census at the Central Statistics Agency in Sragen Regency. The author uses the Waterfall method in the system development process and the PHP programming language, along with the MySQL database. The system designed by the author is expected to produce an application that can record inventory accessible via the web so that the leadership can directly see the inventory at the Central Statistics Agency in Sragen Regency.

Abstract

The community data collection information system is a technological solution designed to efficiently collect, manage, and analyze information from various layers of the community. The main objective of this system is to support data-driven decision-making by facilitating the collection of accurate, fast, and measurable information. The limitation of manual community data collection at the Central Statistics Agency (Badan Pusat Statistik) in Sragen Regency has led to data damage, loss of data, and ambiguity in data due to the information being written on questionnaire papers using pencils. Due to the abundance of population data that needs to be stored and to support the performance of officers, there is a need for a computerized web-based system as a tool for officers to carry out their activities. The aim of this research is to design a Web-Based Community Data Collection Information System at the Central Statistics Agency in Sragen Regency. The researcher uses the Waterfall method in the system development process and the PHP programming language, along with the MySQL database. The system designed by the researcher is expected to produce an application that can accommodate all community data accessible via the web by administrators and field officers at the Central Statistics Agency in Sragen Regency.

Abstract

This research implements a machine learning model to classify the types of injuries sustained in road accidents. Accidents can happen anywhere and at unexpected times, and not many drivers know how to provide first aid in the event of an accident. These problems encourage researchers to carry out machine learning-based research that can provide recommendations for action and first aid materials/equipment, as well as information on the nearest health facilities to facilitate the search for help in an emergency. The machine learning model created uses a variety of training datasets in the form of a set of images of road accident injuries. The transfer learning method is used to classify injuries and road conditions. The preliminary results of the machine learning model showed promising application potential, as evidenced by the relatively high retention rate and successful classification results. The implementation of machine learning can contribute to increased safety awareness and proactive measures to reduce road accidents and injuries.
