Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze its impact on individual, household and community income, analyze its impact on political life or leadership and punggawa-sawi relations, and analyze institutional impact as a means of supporting coral reef restoration programs. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research with data collection through in-depth interviews with deliberately selected informants, namely village heads, non-government officials and members of the fishing community. In addition, he also observed several coral reef restoration project activities and local community activities. The results show that the coral reef restoration program that has been running for approximately four years as a transition has not yet had an impact on improving the economy of residents, individuals or groups or communities, both in terms of income, especially capital. Coral reef restoration is still in the maintenance/monitoring program stage, so fishing around the reef restoration area is still prohibited. The perceived impact may be limited to salary/incentives. When talking about politics or leadership and punggawa-sawi relations, some people feel that the hopes that were previously raised have become empty for some people. what people feel now is gone, just like what they felt before. The program tends to be used as a source of political capital. The group in question has the nuances of selective slashing, who is close to the Village Head, he is the one who is involved. As for the fishermen's institutions, especially the retainer-sawi relationship, it is said that they do not know exactly what it is. The impact on the survival of organizations involved in coral reef restoration is the Community Monitoring Post (Poswasmas), which is a participatory organization, but in practice tends to be limited to the interests of fishermen.

Abstract

 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana budidaya rumput laut yang dilakukan masyarakat Kelurahan Pallette dalam meningkatkan perekonomian mereka.  Pendekatan kualitatif dilakukan melalui wawancara dengan beberapa informan termasuk petani sebagai pelaku budidaya rumput laut, penyuluh serta Lurah.  Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam proses budidaya, mereka masih menggunakan teknik sederhana sesuai kemampuan dan pengetahuan yang mereka miliki. Namun demikian para informan mengakui produksi yang dihasilkan dapat terjual dan diterima di pasaran yang mendorong adanya peningkatan pendapatan sehingga perekonomian mereka menjadi lebih baik.

Abstract

The Value of Character Education in the Story of Colliq Pujie. This study aims to describe the values of character education and the strategy of conveying the values. This research is qualitative descriptive. This research was conducted by reading and recording the values of character education and its delivery strategies. The results of the study found five main values of character education values based on Permendikbud No. 20 of 2018 in the story of Colliq Pujie. In the independent value, a different subvalue was found from the description of Permendikbud No. 20 of 2018, namely, the innovative subvalue. The strategy of conveying the values of character education is conveyed directly through the painting of character and descriptions in events/stories. Strategy indirectly, conveyed through the author's language style and implied in the story. The styles of language found are majas reps and hyperbole.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the hyperactive behavior of students in Junior High School 2 Pinrang. This type of research is qualitative research in the form of case studies on students who behave in a hyperactive. The technique used in data collection were interviews, observation, analysis and documentation. Data were analyzed with descriptive qualitative analysis. The results showed that the indicator hyperactive behavior of students are: 1) it is difficult to concentrate, 2) often does not do the work, 3) can not sit quietly, 4) often flicked friends, 5) impulsive, 6) often monopolize activities in social interaction. Impact hyperactive behavior of students are: 1) the decline in student achievement, 2) lack of harmony in social relationships with peers. Hyperactive behavior is influenced by the pattern of authoritarian parenting and unattended.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Masyarakat di Desa Senanggalih sebagian besar beternak sapi dan kambing. Hewan ternak seringkali mengeluarkan kotoran dalam jumlah yang banyak sebagai hasil limbah dan memiliki bau yang tidak sedap. Namun, dalam pengolahan limbah peternakan seperti kotoran, masyarakat di Desa Senanggalih masih belum maksimal untuk memanfaatkan kotoran ternak tersebut. Kotoran kambing memiliki kandungan bahan organik yang menyediakan zat hara bagi tanaman melalui proses penguraian. Proses tersebut terjadi dengan melepaskan bahan organik yang sederhana untuk pertumbuhan tanaman. Pada pengolahan kotoran ternak kambing diberikan aktivator berupa EM4 yang memiliki keunggulan untuk mempercepat fermentasi bahan organik unsur hara. Metode yang digunakan pada program kerja ini meliputi penyuluhan, demonstrasi, dan praktik serta pendampingan dalam pengolahan pembuatan pupuk organik dari kotoran ternak kambing. Proses pembuatan pupuk membutuhkan waktu kurang lebih 4 minggu sampai pupuk organik siap untuk digunakan. Hasil dari pembuatan pupuk ini dapat diaplikasikan ke tanaman anggur ataupun kebun dengan takaran 1 ton/hektar. Kata Kunci: Limbah, Petani Anggur, Pupuk Organik, Kotoran Ternak

Abstract

The argument for writing this article is to respond to students' problems in learning to write popular articles which are part of the study in Indonesian language courses as a general compulsory subject in tertiary institutions. The method used in completing this research is a portfolio-based descriptive qualitative method. The results of this study show that first, the process of strengthening popular article writing skills through project-based learning for PBA UNISMA students is carried out in several processes, namely the planning phase, the creation phase, and the processing phase. The results of the process evaluation show very well. then secondly, the results of the evaluation of project-based learning in strengthening popular article writing skills show optimal results, this is evidenced by the average value of 84.6, project-based learning shows positive results.

Abstract

Land cover is one of the important data that is always changing dynamically. This study aims to determine land cover changed in 2002 and 2022; and find out the indications of land tenure on the 2021 PPTPKH Indicative Map in the Permanent Production Forest Area of the Komara Forest Group in Kale Ko'mara Village, North Polombangkeng District, Takalar Regency, South Sulawesi Province. This research was conducted from May to August 2022. The data used include primary data which consists of landsat 7 imagery in 2002 and drone’s orthophoto in 2022; secondary data consists of the digital data of the forest area, the 2021 PPTPKH Indicative Map, and the Indonesian Official Topographic Maps. Analysis data by using remote sensing approached and GIS technique such as interpretation of imagery, overlay, and tabulation.  The research showed: (1) the results of the analysis of land cover changes in 2002 and 2022 are secondary dry land forest has increased by 112.81 hectares, shrubs has decreased by 175.70 hectares, dry land agriculture has increased by 195.87 hectares, mixed dry land agriculture has decreased by 139.31 hectares, open land has increased by 2.88 hectares, and water body has increased by 3.45 hectares; (2) the results of data analysis of land tenure indications on the 2021 PPTPKH Indicative Map are being indicated not controlled and been in the indicative map is 4.75 hectares, being indicated not controlled and been outside the indicative map is 123.87 hectares, being indicated controlled and been in the indicative map is 105.50 hectares, being indicated controlled and been outside the indicative map is 126.20 hectares, it has not been identified whether there is any indication of control and been in the indicative map is 8.77 hectares, it has not been identified whether there is any indication of control and been outside the indicative map is 13.35 hectares.

Abstract

The determination of forest areas in 1982, which is the basis for the function of forest areas, is currently considered to be less relevant, this is due to the large number of activities that are not in accordance with their designation and the presence of a new policy of the Ministry of Agriculture in 2021 where forest areas need to be reviewed using predetermined criteria. This study aims to determine the suitability of function of forest areas in Mandalle Village, which is currently based on the Decree of the Minister of Environment and Forestry number SK.362/MENLHK/SETJEN/PLA.0/5/2019 is a Protected Forest Area(Hutan Lindung). This research method uses the method of scoring forest areas with 3 (three) parameters, namely marbles, soil type and rainfall. From the results of this analysis, it is known that the steep slope class (25-40%) covers an area of 90.64 hectares with a percentage of 35.29% and the smallest the Flat slope class (0-8%) covers an area of 3.69 hectares with a percentage of 1.44%. The average rainfall at the study site was 14.78 mm / day (low) and the soil type of the study site was Podzolic which was categorized as sensitive soil.The results showed that the Protected Forest Area in Mandalle Village Mandalle Subdistrict Pangkajene and Islands Regency an area of ± 70,66 hectares (27,52%) suitable as Protected Forest, an area of ± 157,44 hectares (61,31%) directed as a Fixed Production Forest and an area of ± 28,69 hectares (11,17%) is directed as a Convertible Production Forest.

Abstract

This study is a quantitative research with the aim to find out the significant influence between vocabulary mastery on news writing skills of Indonesian Language and Literature Education students, Faculty of Language and Literature, Makassar State University. The independent variable in this study is vocabulary mastery, while the dependent variable is news writing skills. The population in this study were 3 classes of Indonesian Language and Literature Education 2017 students totalling 102 people, while the sample was 72 students who had filled out the questionnaire. The research data were obtained by giving objective tests and work performance. The data analysis technique is by correlational analysis looking for the presence or absence of influence from the independent variable to the dependent variable. Based on the results of inferential statistical analysis of 0.455 with a significance level of 000. So there is a significant influence between vocabulary mastery on news writing skills.  Vocabulary mastery supports students' skills in processing information into news.

Abstract

Universitas Bangka Belitung (UBB) is committed to improving the quality of facilities and infrastructure to support various academic and non-academic activities. This article discusses the feasibility of constructing a Multipurpose Building (GSG) designed to be a multifunctional activity center. This study uses a financial analysis method with parameters of Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR), and Payback Period (PP). The results of the analysis show that this project is feasible to be implemented with an NPV value of Rp1,059,940,033 (10% interest rate) and an IRR of 13.66%. The construction of this building is expected to have a positive impact on the academic community and the surrounding community.
