Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect The Influence of Service Quality, Relationship Quality On Port Performance Which Has Implications For Customer Satisfaction At The Port Tg. Priok Jakarta Indonesia. The influence of the organization on the performance of Jakarta's Port tg.priok was studied with regard to its organic employees, either partially or indirectly. A sample of 70 people was selected from a population of 100 people using the Slovin formula. This research employs a survey method with descriptive and associative explanation techniques. Data was collected using both descriptive and inferential statistics through Structural Equation Modeling (SEM- SMART PLS). The model consists of sub-structures including Service Quality and Relationship Quality as exogenous variables, Port Performance as an intervening variable, and Customer Satisfaction as the endogenous variable. The primary components of the model consist of two indirect structures: the first examines the effect of Service Quality and Relationship Quality on Port Performance, while the second considers the direct effect of Service Quality and Relationship Quality on Customer Satisfaction. The R Square test on the inner model is one way to measure how much an endogenous variable can be explained by the related exogenous variables. In the following explanation, we will explain in more detail about the R Square concept in the inner model and how its use can help to understand the interrelationships between variables in a model. Following are the results of the regression analysis in this research model: The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect R Square R Square Adjusted Customer Satisfaction 0.493 - 0.471 Port Performance 0.251 - 0.230 . The following are the results of the R Square and R Square Adjusted tests on two endogenous variables in a model, namely Customer Satisfaction and Port Performance. Customer Satisfaction has an R Square of 0.493, which means that around 49.3% of the variation in Cust Satisfaction can be explained by exogenous variables associated with these variables. Meanwhile, the R Square Adjusted is 0.471, which indicates that around 47.1% of the variation in customer satisfaction can be explained by exogenous variables in the model, after taking into account the complexity of the model. Port Performance has an R Square of 0.251, which means that about 25.1% of Port Performance variations can be explained by exogenous variables associated with these variables. Meanwhile, the R Square Adjusted is 0.230, which indicates that around 23.0% of the variation in Port Performance can be explained by exogenous variables in the model, after taking into account the complexity of the model.

Abstract

Self-efficacy akademik menjadi salah satu dari banyak faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi prestasi belajar siswa. Seseorang yang memiliki self-efficacy akademik yang baik, akan merasa dirinya selalu siap dan sigap dalam menuntaskan tugas-tugas akademiknya tanpa adanya keraguan tentang keadaan diri. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk melihat keefektifan pelaksanaan layanan informasi dengan format klasikal menggunakan metode small group discussion untuk meningkatkan self-efficacyakademik siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan jenis penelitian Quasi Eksperiment rancangan The Non-Equivalent Control Group. Adapun populasi pada penelitian ini adalah siswa Fase E SMA Negeri 10 Padang, pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling, kemudian didapatkan sampel kelas Fase E 4 dan Fase E 9. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah dengan menyebarkan kuesioner, selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test, dan Mann U Whitney 2 Independent Sample Test. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan layanan informasi dengan format klasikal menggunakan metode small group discussion efektif dalam meningkatkan self-efficacyakademik siswa. Secara khusus penggunaan metode ini meningkatkan self-efficacy akademik yang lebih baik.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Masalah besar perjudian online di kalangan anak muda kini telah merambah ke bidang pendidikan, khususnya pelajar dan mahasiswa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana dampak dan fenomena maraknya perjudian online bagi pemuda khususnya mahasiswa di Indonesia. Mengenai fenomena perjudian online di Indonesia serta penyebab dan dampak perjudian online terhadap kehidupan, penulis mengemukakan dua hal. Penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan masalah legislasi pada perjudian online dan proses penulisan normatif setelah menilai bahan penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kecanduan judi online mempunyai banyak dampak buruk, termasuk dampak psikologis, fisik, dan sosial. Secara psikologis, kecanduan judi online dapat menimbulkan berbagai gejala, antara lain depresi, kecemasan, ketidakberdayaan, keputusasaan, bahkan keinginan untuk menyakiti diri sendiri atau orang lain. Alasan utama perlunya pelarangan perjudian online adalah karena hal tersebut merusak kesehatan mental masyarakat, khususnya anak-anak muda (mahasiswa), dan mendorong kemalasan masyarakat untuk mengejar keuntungan finansial tanpa kerja keras. Padahal, kasus perjudian sudah diatur didalam KUHP pasal 303 dan 303 bis tentang delik terhadap akhlak yang baik.

Abstract

With good academic self-efficacy will give students the ability to try harder, overcome challenges and obstacles in the learning process. The focus of this study is to describe academic self-efficacy and examine the differences in academic self-efficacy from the aspect of gender. The approach used is quantitative with a comparative descriptive method. The research population was Phase E students of SMA Negeri 10 Padang, with a total of 360 students. Sample selection was carried out by proportional random sampling. After the sampling process, the sample in this study amounted to 190 students, with 95 male and female samples each. The process of collecting data by administering an academic self-efficacy scale with a Likert model, which was then tested using the Independent Sample T-test formula. The results explained that the overall condition of students' academic self-efficacy, both male and female, is currently in the high category, and the available data suggest that there is a meaningful difference in academic self-efficacy between them.

Abstract

Academic self-efficacy is one of the many factors that can affect student learning achievement. Someone who has good academic self-efficacy, will feel that he is always ready and alert in completing his academic tasks without any doubts about his condition. in completing their academic tasks without any doubts about their own condition. This study aims to see the effectiveness of the implementation of information services with a classical format using the small group discussion method to improve students' academic self-efficacy. This research uses a quantitative approach, with the type of research Quasi Experiment design The Non-Equivalent Control Group. The population in this study were Phase E students of SMA Negeri 10 Padang, sampling using purposive sampling method, then obtained samples of Phase E 4 and Phase E 9 classes. The technique used in data collection is by distributing questionnaires, then analyzed using the Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test, and Mann-Whitney U 2 Independent Sample Test. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of information services with a classical format using the small group discussion method is effective in increasing students' academic self-efficacy. Specifically, the use of this method increases better academic self-efficacy.

Abstract

Perilaku asertif menjadi penting dalam kehidupan, karena merupakan kemampuan dasar dalam hubungan sosial setiap individu. Perilaku ini adalah salah satu keterampilan sosial yang penting ditanamkan dalam diri individu. Karena berkaitan dengan bagaimana melakukan penyesuaian dengan lingkungan sosial dan bahkan mempengaruhi kesejahteraan pribadi dan hubungan sosial. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengkaji tentang layanan apa yang dapat diberikan bimbingan dan konseling sebagai upaya pengentasan masalah rendahnya perilaku asertif siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif menggunakan metode systematic literature review. Pengumpulan data literatur diperoleh dari beberapa sumber seperti Google Scholar, Sinta Ristekbrin, serta Elsevier. Jumlah artikel yang disertakan pada penelitian ini yakni 17 artikel, yang telah melalui beberapa tahap penyaringan, sehingga mendapatkan literatur yang relevan dengan penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengatasi rendahnya perilaku asertif siswa adalah melalui layanan bimbingan kelompok, layanan konseling kelompok, serta layanan konseling individual. Keefektifan pelaksanaan layanan ini didorong dengan metode-metode yang variatif dan tentunya sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan karakteristik siswa di sekolah.

Abstract

One aspect that is very important and influential on student achievement at school is academic self-efficacy. Because of this urgency, it is expected that students can improve their academic self-efficacy. Low academic self-efficacy will have an adverse impact on a number of aspects that are urgent in student learning activities The focus of this research is to review what services can be provided by guidance and counseling in an effort to alleviate the problem of low student academic self-efficacy. This research is included in the descriptive-analytic type utilizing the systematic literature review method. Literature data collection was obtained from several sources such as Google Scholar, Sinta Ristekbrin, and Elsevier. The number of articles included in this study is 18 articles, which have gone through several stages of screening, so as to obtain literature that supports the research objectives. The results showed that effective efforts that can be made through guidance and counseling to improve academic self-efficacy are the implementation of information services, group guidance services, and group counseling services. The implementation of these services will become more effective and efficient if infiltrated with methods that are more varied and oriented to the characteristics and needs of students.

Abstract

Good learning motivation will affect student success and achievement at school. Learning motivation is the power and drive that directs students to perform their academic responsibilities. This study was conducted to determine the learning motivation profile of students with Minang ethnic background. This study used a quantitative approach with descriptive methods. The sample in this study consisted of 99 high school students who were taken by purposive sampling. The special criteria are students with Minang ethnic background. Data was collected using a learning motivation scale with a Likert model and tested for validity and reliability. The results concluded that the learning motivation profile of students with Minang ethnic background is moderate. This outlines that Minangkabau culture has a fairly good influence on student learning motivation, where, based on the data description results, no students have low learning motivation. The implication of this research is as a reference for guidance and counseling teachers regarding the importance of paying attention to the condition of student learning motivation at school. PayingIt should be done by looking at the background and characteristics of each student.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Restorative Justice adalah upaya penyelesaian tindak pidana dengan melibatkan semua pihak dari mulai korban, pelaku dan yang lainnya, yang dimana semua pemangku kepentingan mempunyai tujuan untuk mencari jalan keluar dari suatu masalah dengan jalan perdamaian. Upaya pelaksanaan Restorative Justice pada tindak pidana anak sering kali dilakukan dengan upaya diversi, diversi merupakan proses penyelesaian tindak pidana anak dilar proses persidangan. Aturan mengenai tindak pidana anak dan pelaksanaan diversi termuat dalam UU No.11 Tahun 2012 tentang Sistem Peradilan Pidana Anak. Remaja atau anak yaitu kelompok manusia yang memiliki kelompok usia diantara 12 sampai 18 tahun yang dimana belum bisa dikatakan sebagai seorang yang dewasa. Tawuran atau pengeroyokan adalah tindakan yang dilakukan secara bersama-sama dan dengan tenaga bersama-sama yang mengakibatkan kerusakan fasilitas umum atau korban, baik korban luka maupun korban jiwa. Kenakalan remaja pada akhir-akhir ini menjadi polemik atau masalah yang sangat diperbincangkan oleh publik karena banyak pelaku tawuran adalah mereka (anak) yang sebagian besar adalah anak yang masih duduk di bangku pendidikan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode yuridis empiris, penelitian peraturan secara sosiologis mempergunakan data primer. Yang memiliki kaitan dengan Pelaksanaan Restorative Justice Terhadap Kasus Tawuran Yang Dilakukan Anak. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan deskriptif analisis, deskriptif analisis yaitu menjelaskan point yang berkaitan dengan pokok pembahasan.

Abstract

The rapid development of guidance and counseling science and its mutual refinement is a positive trend that needs to be continued. Likewise, Islamic counseling theories need to be introduced and implemented in the science of guidance and counseling. One of the theories that is important to know and glorify is Al-Ghazali’s psycho-spiritual counseling theory. This research aims to conduct an in-depth study of Al-Ghazali’s psycho-spiritual counseling theory. The research is oriented towards a qualitative approach, utilizing the library research method.  Furthermore, it is analyzed by using the content analysis method. The results of this study explain that Al-Ghazali’s psycho-spiritual counseling theory focuses on revamping the aspects of al-nafs, al-qalb, al-ruh, and al-’aql as an effort to alleviate individual problems. This counseling is carried out through 5 important stages, namely, building good relationships with clients, recognizing themselves and identifying the causes of problems, applying the tazkiyah al-nafs approach with the rules of mujahadah al-nafs (takhalli), applying the tazkiyah al-nafs approach with the rules of riyadah al-nafs (tahalli) and assessment. The results of this study can be one of the guidelines and credible sources regarding the implementation of Al-Ghazali’s psycho-spiritual counseling, so that it can be applied as an intervention effort in overcoming individual problems.
