Abstract

Eco-Enzyme merupakan larutan hasil fermentasi limbah organik seperti kulit buah, gula, dan air yang menghasilkan cairan multifungsi ramah lingkungan. Penelitian ini, bertujuan mengkaji potensi kulit buah nanas sebagai bahan baku pembuatan Eco-Enzyme yang dimanfaatkan sebagai pupuk organik cair (POC). Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif-eksperimen melalui teknik observasi dan dokumentasi untuk menganalisis proses fermentasi dan perubahan karakteristik larutan. Fermentasi dilakukan selama tiga bulan dengan rasio 3:1:10 (kulit nanas, gula merah, dan air). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Eco-Enzyme efektif menyegarkan warna daun tanaman singkong setelah diencerkan dengan air dalam perbandingan 1:10. Selain sebagai pupuk alami, larutan ini berpotensi menjadi solusi pengelolaan limbah dapur yang ramah lingkungan dan ekonomis. Penelitian dilakukan oleh lima mahasiswa PGSD Universitas Djuanda di Kampung Lembur Situ, Cianjur tanpa keterlibatan warga yang mendukung pencapaian Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan (SDGs) poin 6 (air bersih dan sanitasi layak), 12 (konsumsi dan produksi yang bertanggung jawab), dan 15 (menjaga ekosistem daratan). Temuan ini memperkuat bahwa limbah dapur memiliki nilai guna tinggi jika diolah tepat dan dapat diterapkan sebagai praktik Pendidikan lingkungan berbasis rumah tangga.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to improve learning outcomes by implementing a project-based learning model. The research subjects were off class IV with 35 students at SD Negeri Polisi 2 Bogor. The results of the research show that the success of applying the project-based learning model can improve student learning outcomes. This is evidenced by the learning outcomes of cycle I of students who were declared complete as many as 16 students and as many as 20 students who did not complete. The learning completeness of classical students reached 45.7% with an average value of 69.5. While the acquisition of learning outcomes in cycle II there were 31 students or 88.6% who achieved completeness with an average score of 80.5 and 4 students or 11.4% were declared incomplete. The completeness of students learning outcomes classically in cycle II has increased compared to cycle I only reaching 45.7% increasing to 88.6% in cycle II. Thus it can be concluded that this research has a positive and significant impact on the "Implementation of the Project Based Learning Model to Improve Learning Outcomes of Cultural Diversity Materials in Indonesia". The results of this study are expected to provide new knowledge about the influence of innovative, creative learning models and can improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

The problem that occurs in RT OI Tanjung Batu Village is that the majority of the population with formal education only reaches the junior high school level and the high number of dropouts. Therefore, the implementation of equality education counseling is very appropriate to do. The method used in this activity is the lecture and discussion method. The preparatory phase begins with observation, interviews and coordination with RT 01 apparatus. Making an agreement on extension activities with RT 01 apparatus, preparing learning media in the form of materials and videos. Equality education extension activities were carried out in December with 15 participants from RT 01 Tanjung Batu Village. In the implementation of counseling, it is carried out by delivering material with lectures. Then the discussion with the participants. The result is that the people of RT 01 have new knowledge about equality education and its benefits.
