Abstract

In the third trimester of pregnancy, mothers experience changes that can cause discomfort. Back pain occurs and increases with gestational age. Back pain is more pronounced at 36 weeks of gestation. Prenatal yoga is a series of exercises specially designed for pregnant women which aims to train the body for muscle elasticity and train breathing. The purpose of this study is to determine how the knowledge of third trimester pregnant women who do prenatal yoga with back pain. Sample collection is done by accidental sampling using the description method with 12 people. Third trimester pregnant women age 26-35 years are 9 people (75%), based on parity, there are 11 respondents (91.7%), and 1 person (8.3%) is with primipara. Mothers do not work, namely 10 people (83.7%) and 2 people (16.3%) worked as self-employed. Based on sufficient income, 11 people (91.7%) are obtained, and based on education, the majority of pregnant women graduated from high school, namely 11 people (91.7%). Pregnant women who experience back pain are 12 people (100%) and pregnant women who do not do prenatal yoga are 9 people (75%). The knowledge of pregnant women who do prenatal yoga with back pain is mostly good as many as 8 people (66.7%). The conclusion of this study is that prenatal yoga can reduce complaints of back pain in mothers of trimeser III.

Abstract

In early pregnancy, nausea occurs because the hormones estrogen and progesterone increase so that there is also an increase in HCG in the blood. Research Objective: To find out how the knowledge, attitude, gravity and education of pregnant women by drinking Ginger. Research Method: This research is descriptive. The sampling technique is accidental sampling with a total of 30 respondents. Research Results: The results show that 10 pregnant women (33.3%) have good knowledge, 15 pregnant women (50%) are in the good category of knowledge, and 5 pregnant women (16.7%) were in the poor category. In the attitude, the attitude of pregnant women who are positive is 20 people (66.7%) and negative attitudes are 10 people (33.3%). In the Gravida, pregnant women in the primiGravida category are 19 people (63.3%) and the multiGravida category are 11 people (36.7%). In the education of pregnant women, 21 people (70%) are in the high school category and 9 people (30%) in the higher education category. Conclusion: Based on the results of the study, it shows that pregnant women have sufficient knowledge in overcoming Emesis Gravidarum by consuming Ginger, the majority of pregnant women's attitudes are positive, the majority of pregnant women's Gravida is primiGravida and the majority of pregnant women's education is high school. It is expected that health workers will continue to increase education about Ginger so that Emesis Gravidarum can be reduced.

Abstract

In early pregnancy, nausea occurs because the hormones estrogen and HCG increase in the blood. Research Objective: To determine knowledge about the effect of boiled ginger water in reducing the frequency of nausea and vomiting in pregnant women in the 1st and 2nd trimester at the Sartika clinic in 2024. Research Method: This research is descriptive. The sampling technique was purposive sampling with a total of 15 respondents. Research Results: The research results show that knowledge in the good category is 8 people (53.3%), in the sufficient category is 5 people (33.3%), and in the low category is 2 people (13.3%). Conclusion: Based on the research results, it shows that TM 1 and 2 pregnant women have good knowledge about boiling ginger water to reduce the frequency of nausea and vomiting. It is hoped that health workers will continue to increase education about drinking ginger water so that the frequency of nausea and vomiting in pregnant women can be reduced.
