Abstract

Manual data recording still practiced at Posyandu Anggrek IV RW 09 Bintara Jaya Bekasi often causes several issues, including input errors, delays in accessing information, and frequent data loss. These problems directly impact the accuracy of child growth monitoring and reduce the overall efficiency of posyandu services. In response to these challenges, this research developed a web-based data management system designed to help posyandu kader manage child data, weight and height records, immunization schedules, and activity reports digitally. The system aims to streamline workflow, improve data accuracy, and provide real-time access to information. Development followed the Waterfall model and applied the linear search algorithm as a simple yet effective solution for data retrieval. The technologies used include HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL, and the CodeIgniter framework. Implementation results show that the system successfully simplifies the tasks of posyandu kader, reduces input errors, and contributes positively to the effectiveness of health services. As a result, Posyandu Anggrek IV is now able to deliver services in a more modern, accurate, and efficient manner.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the Usability level of the gender identification system based on the National Identification Number (NIK) in the KAI Access application used for online train ticket purchases. The system was developed by PT Kereta Api Indonesia (KAI) to enhance passenger comfort and safety through seat arrangement based on gender. This study employed a quantitative approach with the System Usability Scale (SUS) method. Data were collected from 100 KAI Access users through an online questionnaire. The results showed that the average SUS score was 76.18, classified as Category C (Okay), indicating that the system has good Usability and is acceptable to users. However, some respondents suggested improvements in system notifications and user guidance.

Abstract

Pengabdian Masyarakat merupakan wujud kontribusi nyata dosen dan mahasiswa Universitas Bina Sarana Informatika (UBSI) dalam meningkatkan literasi digital masyarakat. Mitra sasaran dalam kegiatan ini adalah anggota PSHT Rayon Telagamurni Bekasi. Saat ini, mitra menghadapi permasalahan utama berupa rendahnya keterampilan literasi digital dalam pemanfaatan teknologi web untuk strategi branding organisasi. Informasi dan dokumentasi kegiatan organisasi sejauh ini masih tersebar secara sporadis di media sosial pribadi dan belum terkelola secara profesional dalam satu media publikasi resmi yang interaktif. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, solusi yang ditawarkan adalah memberikan pelatihan pemanfaatan Content Management System (CMS) WordPress. Platform ini dipilih karena mudah dipelajari oleh pemula namun memiliki fitur yang kuat untuk menciptakan situs web branding organisasi yang profesional, terarsip, dan interaktif. Rencana kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini akan dilaksanakan secara tatap muka pada Sabtu, 27 Juni 2026 di Sekretariat PSHT Rayon Telagamurni Bekasi. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pemaparan materi, praktik langsung (hands-on) pengelolaan dasbor WordPress, serta pendampingan intensif oleh tim dosen dan mahasiswa. Target luaran yang diharapkan dari kegiatan ini adalah peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan teknis anggota PSHT Rayon Telagamurni Bekasi dalam mengelola media digital secara mandiri, sehingga mampu membangun citra (branding) positif organisasi di era digital, yang dibuktikan dengan terbentuknya draf situs web resmi organisasi yang interaktif

Abstract

The focus of this research is the design and development of an information system to manage outpatient data at the UPTD Cikampek Health Center which operates via the internet. The purpose of this system is to overcome the problem of inefficient manual recording at the cashier and to improve efficiency and accuracy in managing patient data. A prototype model is used in software development. This model includes steps such as needs analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The results of this study are in the form of a web-based information system that includes login features, patient data management, payments, reports, and transaction history. It is expected that this system can help exchange information online throughout the scope of the Health Center, accelerate the distribution of reports, and facilitate the management of patient data. Therefore, this study offers an innovative and practical solution to managing health data at first-level health care facilities.
