Abstract

Pendidikan lingkungan hidup sejak usia sekolah dasar memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk kebiasaan positif, khususnya dalam pengelolaan dan pemilahan sampah. Namun, proses pembelajaran yang masih didominasi metode konvensional sering kali kurang menarik dan sulit dipahami oleh siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun aplikasi edukasi pemilahan sampah berbasis Android bernama Pilahin sebagai media pembelajaran interaktif bagi siswa sekolah dasar. Aplikasi ini mengintegrasikan teknologi on-device machine learning menggunakan arsitektur MobileNetV2 untuk melakukan klasifikasi sampah secara real-time ke dalam kategori organik, anorganik, dan berbahaya. Metode pengembangan sistem dilakukan secara sistematis melalui tahapan studi literatur, analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Kotlin, serta pengujian fungsional menggunakan metode black-box testing. Selain fitur pemindaian sampah, aplikasi juga dilengkapi modul materi edukasi, kuis pre-test dan post-test, serta elemen gamification berupa poin dan lencana untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fitur aplikasi berfungsi sesuai dengan spesifikasi yang ditetapkan dan dapat digunakan secara optimal dalam kondisi offline. Dengan demikian, aplikasi Pilahin dinilai efektif sebagai media pendukung pembelajaran edukasi pemilahan sampah berbasis teknologi.

Abstract

Disruption brought by Artificial Intelligence (AI) and No-Code/Low-Code (NCLC) platforms has significantly transformed traditional business models in the Information Technology (IT) industry. These technologies are not only reshaping software development methods but also redefining value creation frameworks and entrepreneurial trajectories. This study aims to identify key adaptation challenges and entrepreneurial opportunities resulting from these shifts. Through a systematic literature review of 22 Scopus-indexed publications, the study reveals that IT firms face critical issues including workforce reskilling, shifts in revenue models, and organizational resistance to change. Simultaneously, new opportunities arise in areas such as AI consultancy services, tailored NCLC platform development, and disruptive product innovation. By synthesizing the implications of AI and NCLC disruptions, this paper provides strategic insights for academics and practitioners seeking to navigate and leverage digital transformation in emerging digital markets, with a particular focus on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) across Southeast Asia.

Abstract

Purpose: Various organizations and industries have migrated their systems from previously adopting monolithic architecture to microservices architecture. One of the advantages of microservices architecture that is desired to be achieved from the migration process is the performance side. Therefore, this research aims to conducted performance testing on the system that was migrated from monolithic to microservices in the previous study. Methods: This research was conducted in several stages, such as designing and implementing software and applications, creating performance testing scenarios, executing scenario testing with load testing, stability testing (soak testing), and stress testing such as load testing, soak testing, and stress testing, and finally analyzing and reporting testing results using performance indicator in terms of response time, throughput, and error rate. Result: The test results showed a significant increase in performance before and after the migration of the monolithic system to microservices. Application response time became faster, more requests could be handled, and the failure rate experienced by the system was smaller. This shows that system performance is better with the implementation of microservices architecture. Novelty: This research presents a novelty in the form of a comparative evaluation of real deployment-based system performance between Laravel monolithic architecture and Golang gRPC-based microservices on the same application, with a seven-stage performance testing approach and the use of in-depth quantitative metrics using Apache JMeter.

Abstract

The advancement of digital technology has prompted organizations to adopt innovative approaches to customer relationship management, notably through the integration of gamification into Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. This study analyzes the role of gamification mechanisms within CRM systems and their contribution to enhancing customer loyalty using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, adhering to PRISMA guidelines. The review focuses on publications retrieved from reputable scientific databases between 2020 and 2025. The literature selection process identified five primary articles demonstrating that gamification mechanisms such as points, rewards, badges, leaderboards, and challenges effectively enhance customer engagement, experience, and satisfaction within CRM systems, thereby reinforcing customer loyalty. However, the effectiveness of gamification is contingent upon the design of the mechanisms, their alignment with user characteristics, and the digital readiness of the organization. This study concludes that gamification is an effective strategy for augmenting CRM functionality to cultivate customer loyalty, provided it is implemented in an integrated and customer-experience-oriented manner.

Abstract

Digitalisasi merupakan keharusan strategis bagi UMKM untuk mempertahankan resiliensi di pasar digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi dampak integrasi platform mobile e-commerce terhadap profitabilitas UMKM digital. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan protokol PRISMA terhadap 18 studi dari basis data Scopus periode 2019-2025. Temuan menunjukkan adanya ambivalensi dampak; meskipun jangkauan pasar dan volume penjualan meningkat signifikan, hal tersebut tidak berkorelasi linier dengan pertumbuhan laba bersih. Divergensi ini dipicu oleh tingginya biaya komisi platform, inefisiensi logistik, serta keterbatasan manajemen data internal. Selain itu, transparansi harga yang tinggi memicu perang harga ekstrem yang menekan margin keuntungan. Kesimpulannya, efektivitas e-commerce sangat bergantung pada transformasi kapabilitas internal dan strategi diferensiasi produk untuk memitigasi risiko algoritme pasar. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pelatihan penetapan harga yang efektif guna menjamin keberlanjutan bisnis jangka panjang.
