Abstract

This research discusses the formation of students' character and abilities through the integration of education and management. The main focus of this research is to explore how effective education management can integrate relevant curricula with students' character values and competencies. Through the integration-interconnection approach in curriculum policy, this study shows that education not only includes the mastery of knowledge, but also the development of balanced attitudes and skills. By implementing school-based management, schools can create synergies between curriculum development and learning practices that support the formation of students' character. This study uses a qualitative method with data analysis based on interviews, observations, and documentation to gain an in-depth understanding of the application of integration management in the context of education. The results show that collaboration between teachers, students, and parents is essential to achieve holistic educational goals, as well as produce students who are not only academically intelligent but also have strong character.

Abstract

Research to test the influence of motivation, compensation, workload on the work performance of CV ABCD employees in Jakarta. This research uses a quantitative method with multiple linear regression analysis. Data were collected using a questionnaire given to all CV ABCD employees in Jakarta. The sampling technique used a census sampling technique with a population of 56 employees. The results of the research show partially and simultaneously the variables of motivation, compensation, workload on the work performance of CV ABCD employees in Jakarta. These findings can be a reference for CV ABCD in Jakarta to improve employee performance which has a good impact on the success of the company.

Abstract

This community service aims to develop the digitization of local wisdom as literacy media at SD Negeri 173280 Lobu Siregar with a focus on management reviews and legal aspects. The development of digital technology opens up new opportunities in the preservation and dissemination of local wisdom as literacy media. This activity aims to analyze the digitization of local wisdom at SDN 173280 Lobu Siregar from a management and legal perspective. The method of this activity uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews. The results of this activity show that the digitization of local wisdom, such as folklore, customs, and traditional arts, can improve student literacy while preserving regional culture. From the management aspect, schools need strategic planning, teacher training and collaboration with local communities to ensure program sustainability. Meanwhile, from the legal side, it is necessary to pay attention to intellectual property rights, data protection, and digital ethics in the use of cultural content. The main challenges include limited technological infrastructure and teachers' understanding of the legal aspects of digitization. This service activity recommends strengthening school policies and government support in the integration of digital-based local wisdom for sustainable education. ABSTRAK Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan digitalisasi kearifan lokal sebagai media literasi di SD Negeri 173280 Lobu Siregar dengan fokus pada tinjauan manajemen dan aspek hukum. Perkembangan teknologi digital membuka peluang baru dalam pelestarian dan penyebarluasan kearifan lokal sebagai media literasi. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis digitalisasi kearifan lokal di SDN 173280 Lobu Siregar dari perspektif manajemen dan hukum. Metode kegiatan ini  menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa digitalisasi kearifan lokal, seperti cerita rakyat, adat istiadat, dan kesenian tradisional, dapat meningkatkan literasi siswa sekaligus melestarikan budaya daerah. Dari aspek manajemen, sekolah memerlukan perencanaan strategis, pelatihan guru, serta kolaborasi dengan komunitas lokal untuk memastikan keberlanjutan program. Sementara itu, dari sisi hukum, perlu diperhatikan hak kekayaan intelektual, perlindungan data, serta etika digital dalam penggunaan konten budaya. Tantangan utama meliputi keterbatasan infrastruktur teknologi dan pemahaman guru terhadap aspek legal digitalisasi. Kegiatan Pengabdian ini merekomendasikan penguatan kebijakan sekolah dan dukungan pemerintah dalam integrasi kearifan lokal berbasis digital untuk pendidikan yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Students' engagement and passion for studying are shaped by their areas of interest. But the fact is that pupils still show very little enthusiasm for studying. Our goal in creating this medium is to provide fourth graders with a high-quality instructional film that will supplement their social studies curriculum. Using the six steps of the ASSURE model—which include student analysis, establishing learning objectives, selecting methods, media, and materials, implementing the model, encouraging student participation, and finally, evaluation and improvement—this learning video media was developed. Students in fourth grade at SDN Pakis V were the topic of this educational film. The creation of this video medium was deemed suitable for use in the fourth grade social studies curriculum. This is derived from the validation findings of specialists in the field of media and materials, as well as students working alone, in small groups, or in big format. The efficacy of this learning video medium was assessed using a posttest after expert and student testing. Students were able to get outcomes higher than the designated KKM when tested using this learning video medium. As a result, creating educational video content is a fruitful endeavour.
