Abstract

Prestasi belajar yang ideal harus didukung pemahaman pendidikan dalam menjalankan kurikulum sekolah supaya sesuai dengan tingkat kebutuhan usianya untuk setiap tingkatan pendidikan. Determinan kurikulum menjadi asas yang mendasar dalam penentuan kurikulum. Terdapat empat determinan yang perlu dipahami pendidik untuk keterlaksanaan pembelajaran efektif, diantaranya determinan filosofis, determinan psikologis, determinan sosiologis,   dan determinan hakekat pengetahuan. Masing-masing determinan kurikulum ini memiliki lingkup sasarsan dalam mematangkan kurikulum yang terbentuk pada setiap satuan pendidikan sebagai asas yang melandasi kurikulum. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah peningkatan pemahaman pendidik terhadap determinan kurikulum untuk pelaksanaan pembelajaran efektif yang dapat memberikan wawasan yang lebih luas dan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam  kepada pendidik terhadap bagaimana semestinya proses pembelajaran. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat adalah teknik sosialisasi yang terdiri observasi dan perencanaan, tahap tindakan, dan tahap evaluasi. Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan pada guru tingkat satuan pendidikan anak usia dini dengan jumlah pendidik sebanyak 6 guru. Hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat menunjukan peningkatan pemahaman pendidik  untuk keterlaksanaan pembelajaran efektif sehingga menjadi media bagi pendidik untuk bertukar pikiran secara aktif interaktif    berkaitan dengan keterlaksanaan pembelajaran yang telah berjalan selama ini.

Abstract

Parking organizers often do not want to replace lost vehicles as written on the ticket. Even though Article 102 of PP 79/2013 stipulates that the parking organizer must replace, but is not equipped with clear sanctions. The problem formulations of this research are the parking control system and the parking manager's responsibility for the parked vehicles loss. The research purpose are to analyze the parking control system and the parking manager's responsibility for the parked vehicles loss. This research is legal research with primary sources, secondary sources, and tertiary sources collected by the literature study method and analyzed by prescriptive methods. The parking control system aims to support the parking work system to make it more effective, efficient and safe. The existence of parking lots, provision of facilities, and security guarantees are a unified system. If there is a parked vehicle missing, the parking organizer must replace it as stipulated in Article 102 PP 79/2013, but the sanctions are not clearly regulated. The inclusion of writing in the parking location that contains a statement that is not responsible for loss is known as a standard clause that contradicts Article 18 of Law 8/1999, and can be sued civilly for illegal acts and defaults based on Article 1694, Article 1234, Article 1239, Article 1365 , 1366, and 1367 BW. So parking organizers must maintain security and replace losses.

Abstract

It is not enough for learners to be knowledgeable, but they must also have critical thinking skills. The problem in the research comes from the lack of critical thinking skills of class VIII-A students in Civics subjects at UPTD SMP Negeri 1 Kamal. Students tend to be passive, lack of understanding of the material, lack of courage in expressing opinions or questions about the subject matter taught. This problem requires a flipped classroom learning model that aims to test the effectiveness of the learning model on students' critical thinking. This type of research uses exploratory with a quantitative approach. The data analysis shows that the application of the flipped classroom model has a positive effect on students' critical thinking skills. The results of hypothesis testing in this study also resulted in H1 being accepted and obtained a value of 6.265> 2.042, so the t-count > t-table hypothesis formulated in this study is accepted, which means that the flipped classroom learning model is effective on students' critical thinking skills. The results in this study show the effectiveness of this learning model is supported by the flipped classroom learning model in Civics subjects can create learning in the classroom more actively and can encourage students to think critically optimally. In addition, it helps teachers in learning in the classroom more effectively so that it facilitates the process of evaluating learning on students' critical thinking skills and learning outcomes.

Abstract

Program penngabdian ini dilaksanakan di UPDT SDN Socah III Bangkalan, dengan tujuan: (1) dapat meningkatkan kreatifitas guru dalam membuat/merancang media pembelajaran (2) menumbuhkan motivasi siswa melalui media yang diterapkan oleh guru dalam proses pembelajaran. Pengunaan media pembelajaran sangat penting karena dapat menyingkat waktu. Artinya, pembelajaran dengan menggunakan media dapat menyederhanakan masalah terutama dalam menyampaikan hal-hal yang baru dan asing bagi siswa. langkah-langkah yang digunakan pada program ini diantaranya: Metode Ceramah, diskusi, latihan dan pendampingan pembuatan media, latihan dan presentasi penggunaan media untuk mengetahui respon guru sebagai peserta kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan ini, dan evaluasi media. Pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam bentuk Pelatihan dan pendampingan pembuatan media pembelajaran miniature rumah Ilmu yang dilaksanakan dengan memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan pembuatan kepada para guru SD di UPTD SDN Socah III Bangkalan. Pada akhir kegiatan pengabdian diadakan refleksi kegiatan, hal tersebut dilaksanakan untuk mengetahui ketercapaian target indikator yang telah direncanakan. kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 24, 29, dan 30 Maret 2023.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi telah mengubah kehidupan manusia secara signifikan, termasuk dalam cara masyarakat mengakses dan memproses informasi melalui platform media sosial. TikTok sebagai platform media sosial yang banyak digunakan oleh Generasi Z berperan penting dalam membentuk pola pikir dan gaya hidup mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis representasi nilai-nilai Pancasila di TikTok dan dampaknya terhadap perspektif Generasi Z terhadap identitas kebangsaan. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, penelitian ini melakukan analisis konten dan wawancara mendalam dengan pengguna TikTok dari kalangan Generasi Z. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai Pancasila direpresentasikan dalam berbagai bentuk, baik secara eksplisit maupun implisit dalam konten TikTok. Namun, dominasi konten yang berorientasi pada hiburan sering kali mengesampingkan konten edukatif terkait nilai-nilai kebangsaan. Penelitian ini menyarankan perlunya strategi untuk mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai Pancasila ke dalam konten digital yang sesuai dengan minat Generasi Z.

Abstract

Teachers play an important role in improving the quality of student education through the design Because with the learning model used in the learning process, students tend to be active and learn well. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of the problem-based learning (PBL) model on students' understanding and independence in Citizenship Education subjects at Sdn Banyuajuh 2 Kamal. The research design used in this research is a one-group post-test design. In this design, the sample is given a pre-test (initial test) before giving treatment and a post-test (final test) at the end of the study. Test questions and quizzes function as tools to determine understanding and independence. Data collection techniques are the most important research stage because the main aim of research is to collect data. The Sig value obtained. 0.05 < 0.05, then H1 is accepted, which means that the PBL model variables influence the understanding variables of class 5 students at SDN Banyuajuh 2 Kamal and a Sig value is obtained. 0.01 < 0.05 then H1 is accepted which means the variables in the PBL model have an influence on the independent variables of grade 5 students at SDN Banyuajuh 2 Kamal.

Abstract

This article explores the relevance and reformulation of the concept of taʿzir in contemporary Islamic education, particularly in the context of the intersection between Islamic disciplinary traditions and modern human rights frameworks. Amid concerns about the harmfulness of punitive practices for children, this article highlights the importance of understanding taʿzir not merely as a means of physical or verbal punishment, but also as part of an ethical, contextual, and transformative pedagogical approach. Drawing on classical literature, educational theory, international law, and case studies from various Islamic educational institutions, this article argues that taʿzir has the flexibility to be reinterpreted within the framework of tarbiyah, the holistic development of students’ morals, spirituality, and intellectuality. This approach is in line with the principles of maqasid al-shariʿah and global child protection norms. This article proposes a model of taʿzir pedagogy based on compassion, justice, and empathy, and encourages synergy between stakeholders to create a non-violent and culturally relevant school discipline system. Thus, renewing taʿzir does not mean abandoning the legacy of tradition, but rather affirming it through a more humane and sustainable interpretation for the best interests of children in contemporary education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh media sosial terhadap pengambilan keputusan politik masyarakat di Kecamatan Bangkalan dalam konteks Pemilu 2024. Studi ini menyoroti semakin besarnya pengaruh platform digital dalam membentuk opini publik dan perilaku politik di komunitas lokal. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dan desain studi kasus, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dan analisis konten terhadap diskusi politik di platform media sosial seperti Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, dan WhatsApp. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media sosial memiliki pengaruh kuat dalam membentuk preferensi dan partisipasi politik, terutama di kalangan pemilih muda. Namun, studi ini juga mengungkap tantangan berupa penyebaran informasi palsu dan rendahnya tingkat literasi digital masyarakat. Kesimpulannya, meskipun media sosial meningkatkan keterlibatan politik, diperlukan peningkatan kesadaran dan kemampuan berpikir kritis melalui pendidikan literasi digital untuk mendukung proses demokrasi yang sehat.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the 3v3 game situation training method on increasing VO2Max in futsal players on the Arety FC team. This study uses an experimental method with a pretest and posttest design. The study population was 17-year-old futsal players from the Arety FC team, and the sample was taken using the purposive sampling method, resulting in 30 samples. The training method used in this study was the 3v3 Game Situation. The VO2Max measurement instrument used the Multistage Fitness Test or Bleep Test. The research instrument is a tool used to collect data systematically. In this study, the instruments used were tests and measurements. Data were collected through pretests and posttests by testing the endurance of players using the bleep test to measure the increase in VO2Max. The data analysis technique used SPSS 21. The results of the Wilcoxon test showed that the Sig value <0.05, so there was a significant effect of the 3v3 game situation training method on increasing VO2Max in futsal players on the Arety FC team.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent to which the circuit training method can increase the leg muscle endurance of futsal players at SMP Roudlotul Ulum. This study uses an experimental method on one group without a comparison using a pretest-posttest design where the pretest is the initial measurement and the posttest is the final measurement with the treatment given, namely the Circuit training method. The population of this study were students of SMP Roudlotul Ulum. The sampling technique used was Purposive Sampling with the criteria of students who took part in futsal extracurricular activities so that a sample of 7 was obtained. Circuit training in this study with a frequency of 3 times a week for 24 face-to-face meetings (4 weeks) consisting of 12 posts per training session. The instrument for measuring leg muscle endurance in this study used the Wall Squat Test. Data analysis in this study used SPSS which included descriptive tests, normality tests, and Wilcoxon tests. The results of the Wilcoxon test showed Sig 0.018 <0.05. The conclusion of this study is that there is a significant influence of the circuit training method on leg muscle endurance in extracurricular futsal players at SMP Roudlotul Ulum. In addition, the mean results also show that there is a significant influence of the circuit training method on leg muscle endurance in extracurricular futsal players at SMP Roudlotul Ulum, which has increased significantly.
