Abstract

Abstrak  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat keefektifan metode proyek berbasis sains dalam meningkatkan perkembangan kecerdasan naturalis anak di TK Titipan Ilahi Renco Kelayu Jorong. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Quasi Eksperimental Desain (eksperimen semu).  Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan observasi. Instrument pengumpulan data menggunakan pedoman wawancara dan lembar observasi. Analisis data yang digunakan untuk melihat efektifitas metode yang digunakan menggunakan Uji Prasyarat dan Uji-t. Ada dua uji prasyarat yang harus dilakukan yaitu uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas data dengan taraf signifikansi 0,05. Pre perlakuan dan post perlakuan diberikan untuk mengetahui kemampuan sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan pembelajaran. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini yaitu terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil pre perlakuan dan post perlakuan pada kecerdasan naturalis anak kelompok B TK Titipan Ilahi Renco Kelayu Jorong, sehingga penggunaan metode pembelajaran proyek berbasis sains dikatakan efektif dalam mengembangkan kecerdasan naturalis anak.  Abstract  This study aims to determine the level of effectiveness of science-based project methods in improving the development of children's naturalist intelligence in PAUD entrusted by Divine Renco Kelayu Jorong. The method used in this research is quasi-experimental design (quasi-experiment). Data collection techniques are using interviews and observations. Data collection instruments use interview guidelines and observation sheets. Data analysis used to see the effectiveness of the method used uses pre requisite and ttest. There are two prerequisite tests that must be carried out before the research is carried out namely data normality test and data homogeneity test with a significance level of 0.05 pre-treatment and post-treatment is given to know the knowledge before and after learning. The conclusion of this study is that there is a significant difference between the results of pre-treatment and post-treatment on intelligence of the children of the group B TK Divine Titipan Renco Kelayu Jorong, so that the use of science-based project learning methods are said to be effective in developing a child’s naturalists.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to develop smart box media and improve cognitive abilities of children aged 5-6 years. This research and development refers to the steps developed by Borg & Gall. The development design is simplified into 6 steps, namely: (1) research and information gathering, (2) planning, (3) developing the initial form of the product, (4) limited trials, (5) product revision, (6) field trials. The subjects of the field trial were 15 children. Data collection uses the validity of expert judgment and observation sheets. The data analysis technique uses a scale of five. The results showed that the smart box media from the material and appearance according to the expert (expert judgment) was in the "good" category and the media display was in the "very good" category. There is a difference in the values before and after the smart box media results, namely 41% began to develop before using the smart box media and after using the results obtained 80.4% developed very well. These results indicate that smart box media can improve children's cognitive development.Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan media smart box dan meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif anak usia 5-6 tahun. Penelitian dan pengembangan ini mengacu pada langkah yang dikembangkan oleh Borg & Gall. Desain pengembangan disederhanakan menjadi 6 langkah, yaitu: (1) penelitian dan pengumbulan informasi, (2) perencanaan, (3) mengembangkan bentuk awal produk, (4) ujicoba terbatas, (5) revisi produk, (6) ujicoba lapangan. Subjek uji coba lapangan adalah 15 orang anak. Pengumpulan data menggunakan validitas expert judgment dan lembar observasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan skala lima. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan media smart box dari materi dan tampilan menurut ahli (expert judgment) berkategori “baik” dan tampilan media berkategori “sangat baik”. Terdapat perbedaan nilai sebelum dan sesudah media smart box hasil yaitu 41% mulai berkembang sebelum menggunakan media smart box dan sesudah menggunakan diperoleh hasil 80,4% berkembang sangat baik. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa media smart box dapat meningkatkan perkembangan kognitif anak.

Abstract

The essence of mathematics is a formal deductive axiomatic system. As an axiomatic system, mathematics contains components and rules of composition or work that can establish functional relationships between components and it is systematic. The success of individual mathematical abilities is greatly influenced by their mastery of mathematics from the very beginning. Therefore, children from an early age need to be introduced to mathematics, cultivate and experience mathematics as part of their life. It is necessary to introduce mathematics through real / concrete activities, games and of course using interesting educational play tools. So that the team held community service, namely education and simulation of the use of AUD math APE for teachers and parents in PAUD Dahlia so that by holding APE mathematics education and simulations can provide an overview and knowledge to teachers and parents to be able to create and use simple and easy to obtain APE namely from used goods. Teachers and parents do not have to buy because they can use used goods to make APE in developing early childhood mathematics
