Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa komitmen kerja pegawai sebagai pekerja unggul di perguruan tinggi. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Universitas Tadulako pada beberapa fakultas yang berlatar belakang ilmu-ilmu sosial, seperti Fakultas Ekonomi, Fakultas Hukum, dan Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Politik. Sampel sebanyak 118 orang yang di pilih dengan teknik random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data adalah kuesioner tertutup. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik sebagai pekerja unggul memperkuat komitmen pegawai di Universitas Tadulako yang secara positif dapat meningkatkan kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi pejabat di lingkungan Sekretariat DPRD Kota Palu; (2) untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja pejabat di lingkungan Sekretariat DPRD Kota Palu; (3) untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja Pejabat pada Sekretariat DPRD Kota Palu; (4) untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh tidak langsung kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pejabat di lingkungan Sekretariat DPRD Kota Palu melalui komitmen organisasi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kausal yang melibatkan 57 responden yang dipilih dengan teknik sensus. Hasil analisis jalur menunjukkan bahwa: (1) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional kinerja pejabat di Sekretariat DPRD Kota Palu; (2) komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pejabat di lingkungan Sekretariat DPRD Kota Palu; (3) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pejabat di lingkungan Sekretariat DPRD Kota Palu; (4) Kepuasan kerja secara tidak langsung mempengaruhi kinerja pejabat melalui komitmen organisasi di lingkungan Sekretariat DPRD Kota Palu.

Abstract

ABSTRAK   Digital marketing memegang peranan penting bagi UMKM dalam meningkatkan daya saing usaha di era digital. Namun, adopsi digital marketing di kalangan UMKM masih menghadapi beragam tantangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi secara mendalam faktor-faktor penghambat adopsi digital marketing pada UMKM di Kota Palu. Pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus instrumental digunakan. Sampel dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan melibatkan 30 responden pemilik/pengelola UMKM. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis tematik. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan lima tema utama faktor penghambat, yaitu: keterbatasan sumber daya manusia terampil, kurangnya infrastruktur teknologi informasi, minimnya anggaran pemasaran, budaya organisasi yang kurang adaptif, serta kurangnya dukungan regulasi dan kebijakan pemerintah. Upaya peningkatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia, perbaikan infrastruktur teknologi, akses pendanaan, perubahan budaya organisasi, dan dukungan kebijakan pemerintah diperlukan untuk mengatasi hambatan tersebut. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam memahami secara mendalam tantangan adopsi digital marketing pada UMKM di Kota Palu dan menawarkan rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan pemanfaatan potensi digital marketing dalam meningkatkan daya saing UMKM. Kata Kunci: digital marketing, UMKM, faktor penghambat, adopsi teknologi, Kota Palu.   ABSTRACT   Digital marketing plays a crucial role for SMEs in enhancing business competitiveness in the digital era. However, the adoption of digital marketing among SMEs still faces various challenges. This research aims to explore in-depth the factors hindering the adoption of digital marketing in SMEs in the city of Palu. A qualitative approach with an instrumental case study design is used. The sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique involving 30 respondents who are SME owners/managers. Data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews and observations. Data analysis employed thematic analysis techniques. The research findings reveal five main themes of hindering factors, namely: limited skilled human resources, lack of information technology infrastructure, minimal marketing budget, less adaptive organizational culture, and lack of government regulation and policy support. Efforts to enhance human resource capacity, improve technology infrastructure, access funding, change organizational culture, and provide government policy support are needed to overcome these obstacles. This research contributes to a deeper understanding of the challenges of digital marketing adoption among SMEs in the city of Palu and offers recommendations for enhancing the utilization of digital marketing potential in improving SME competitiveness. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the competitive advantage strategies implemented by PT. Silvia Amerta Jaya in marketing durian fruit and to identify the factors supporting the company's competitive advantage. The durian market offers profitable prospects, particularly for farmers, to enhance competitive advantage strategies and encourage investments in production growth. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed in this research, with data collected through interviews and analyzed using a SWOT framework. The analysis of internal and external strategic factors revealed the following scores: SO (Strength-Opportunity) at 11.46, ST (Strength-Threat) at 11.02, WO (Weakness-Opportunity) at 11.22, and WT (Weakness-Threat) at 7.78. Based on the SWOT analysis diagram, PT. Silvia Amerta Jaya is positioned in Quadrant I, indicating the presence of significant strengths and opportunities that enable the company to achieve a competitive advantage. These findings suggest that PT. Silvia Amerta Jaya has a robust foundation to capitalize on its market opportunities and maintain its strategic positioning.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction and workload on the productivity of implementing nurses at Samaritan Hospital, Palu City. The research method used in this research uses quantitative descriptive method analysis, with the number of samples used in the research being 30 respondents. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 25 software. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling, where samples are taken from the population randomly without paying attention to the strata of the population. The results of hypothesis testing show that job satisfaction and workload simultaneously significantly affect nurse productivity, job satisfaction partially affects nurse productivity, and workload partially affects nurse productivity at Samaritan Hospital in Palu.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi faktor yang dipertimbangkan pelanggan menggunakan jasa percetakan CV. Oke printing di Kota Palu. Metode yang di gunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Sampel dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan melibatkan 30 responden pelanggan percetakan CV. Oke printing. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dan observasi. Analisis data menggunakan model text mining di orange dangan teknik model interaktif. Hasil penelitian ditemukan tiga tema utama yang dipertimbangkan pelanggan menggunakan jasa, yakni harga, kualitas layanan, dan kualitas produk. Kata Kunci: Jasa, Harga, Kualitas Produk, Kualitas Layanan. ABSTRACT This study aims to explore the factors considered by customers in using the printing services of CV. Oke Printing in Palu City. Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to analyze and examine the effect of improving competitiveness on the career development of Generation Z students in the Management Department at Universitas Tadulako. Methodology: This research applied a quantitative approach using a simple random sampling method with 70 respondents from a population of 229 students in the 2021 cohort. Primary data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed using simple linear regression with SPSS 25.0. Results: The findings demonstrate that competitiveness, measured through both soft and hard skills, has a positive and significant influence on career development. Students who actively improve their technical expertise, adaptability, and interpersonal abilities are more likely to advance their careers. Conclusions: Enhancing competitiveness significantly contributes to the career development of Generation Z students. Educational institutions play a crucial role in providing relevant curricula, training, and practical experiences that strengthen both technical and interpersonal competencies to meet labor market demands. Limitations: The study is limited by its relatively small sample size (70 respondents) and the use of a single predictor variable. This constrains the generalization of the findings and excludes other relevant factors, such as curriculum quality, internships, mentoring, and labor market conditions. Contribution: This study enriches the literature on career development by emphasizing the importance of integrating soft and hard skills to enhance competitiveness among Generation Z. It provides practical insights for universities and policymakers to design strategies that align education with labor market requirements.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of push and pull factors on the switching intention in purchasing for digital products from physical stores to digital marketplaces, as well as to identify the moderating role of mooring factors in the relationship between push and pull factors and switching intention. A quantitative approach was employed, using purposive sampling and involving 179 respondents in Indonesia, analyzed through the PLS-SEM method. The results show that push factors, specifically consumer dissatisfaction, have a significant effect on switching intention. Additionally, pull factors, which include online service quality, perceived ease of use, and perceived of price, significantly influence the switching in purchasing intention. Mooring factors negatively moderate the relationship between pull factors and switching intention, thereby weakening consumers’ intention to switch despite attractive alternatives. However, mooring factors do not significantly moderate the relationship between push factors and switching intention. This study provides insights into consumer behavior dynamics in the channel transition from physical stores to digital marketplaces and offers strategies that businesses can implement to enhance the adoption of online digital product purchasing.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of Fear of Missing Out (FOMO)-based digital marketing strategies in increasing the attractiveness of Enola Coffee Shop to Generation Z. With the increasing use of social media, FOMO-based marketing strategies are becoming increasingly relevant in building customer awareness and increasing visits to coffee shops. This research uses a qualitative approach with an in-depth interview method to several respondents who are customers of Coffee Shop Enola. The results showed that most customers were aware of the promotions carried out by Coffee Shop Enola through digital platforms such as Instagram and TikTok. The types of promotions that attract the most attention are limited-time discounts, exclusive events, and collaborations with other brands. In addition, customers' emotional responses to the FOMO strategy varied; some felt enthusiastic and compelled to visit the coffee shop immediately, while others preferred the convenience of the place compared to the urgency of the promotion. The study also found that FOMO strategies contribute to increasing word-of-mouth marketing, where customers actively share promotions with their friends. Although the FOMO strategy has proven to be effective in increasing the attractiveness of Coffee Shop Enola, there are still some aspects that need to be improved, such as exploration of promotions on TikTok, transparency of information regarding menu availability, and development of customer loyalty programs. Therefore, Coffee Shop Enola needs to develop a more adaptive and sustainable digital marketing strategy to increase customer loyalty in the long run. Thus, the FOMO strategy is not only an effective marketing tool, but also contributes to building emotional attachment between customers and brands.
