Abstract

Women entrepreneurs in Yogyakarta and Solo in the ecoprint sector demonstrate a commitment to sustainability and play a significant role in the creative industry. They have great potential as agents of change for sustainable MSEs. The use of Green Knowledge (WGK) and Green Skills (WGS) is expected to accelerate Green Business Digitalization (GBD) through New Product Creation (NPC). This study aims to analyze the role of WGK and WGS on GBD through NPC. With a quantitative approach, this study involved women owners of ecoprint MSEs in Yogyakarta and Surakarta Residency, using a purposive sampling technique. The analysis used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The results showed that WGK and WGS were significant to NPC but did not affect GBD through NPC; they directly affected GBD

Abstract

The fish canning industry increasingly emphasizes sustainable business practices due to its significant environmental impact, especially through waste. Green business practices are key to maintaining the sustainability of marine resources. Employee involvement in green knowledge sharing (GKS) and green career development (GCD) is essential, as their contributions positively impact the company's green performance. Investment in employee development benefits both individuals and the company's sustainability. In addition, green work-life balance (GWB) also plays an important role in improving employee green performance (GEP). This study examines the effect of GKS and GCD on GEP with GWB as a mediator. A quantitative approach was used, with the study population covering employees in the fish canning industry. The purposive sampling method was applied to Karawang Regency, Demak Regency, and Sidoarjo Regency locations. Each regency had 100 respondents, and data analysis was conducted using smartPLS. The study's results confirmed that GKS and GCD positively and significantly affect GWB and GEP directly and through GWB. The findings highlight the importance of Green Knowledge Sharing (GKS) and Green Career Development (GCD) practices in enhancing employee green performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini didasarkan atas adanya kesenjangan di mana karyawan memiliki budaya kerja dan kedisiplinan yang kurang baik berbanding terbalik dengan kinerja yang meningkat, ditambah fenomena motivasi kerja yang rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji seberapa besar pengaruh budaya kerja, kedisiplinan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Departemen Warehouse 3 PT. SGL Indonesia baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel responden 48 orang karyawan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, studi pustaka, dan kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji kualitas data berupa uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji koefisien determinasi uji hipotesis berupa uji f dan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Budaya kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, Kedisiplinan dan Motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan secara simultan, budaya kerja, kedisiplinan dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan sebesar 82,3% terhadap kinerja karyawan Departemen Warehouse 3 PT. SGL Indonesia

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent to which Career Development Strategy, Employee Engagement, and Organizational Culture influence Employee Retention at PT. Cipta Mandiri Wirasakti, while also highlighting the study’s theoretical relevance in explaining how human resource practices reinforce employee commitment within the framework of social exchange dynamics. Using a descriptive quantitative method and a sample of 80 employees, the data were analyzed with SPSS 26. This methodological approach not only provides statistical evidence but also strengthens the practical applicability of the findings for HR decision-making in manufacturing settings. The results revealed that all three variables have a positive and significant effect on employee retention: Career Development Strategy, Employee Engagement, and Organizational Culture. Beyond statistical confirmation, these results contribute to existing literature by demonstrating that the integration of development opportunities, psychological engagement, and cultural alignment forms a synergistic retention mechanism in industrial workplaces. These findings indicate that a strong combination of clear career growth opportunities, active employee involvement, and a positive organizational culture contributes significantly to retaining employees. When employees feel valued, engaged, and supported in a growth-oriented work environment, their commitment to the company increases, leading to longer tenure and reduced turnover, thereby offering practical insights for organizations seeking evidence-based strategies to minimize attrition and strengthen workforce stability.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas pelaku UMKM di Desa Bojongsari, Kabupaten Bekasi, melalui pelatihan manajemen kinerja. Latar belakang kegiatan ini adalah masih rendahnya pemahaman pelaku usaha terkait perencanaan, pelaksanaan, monitoring, dan evaluasi usaha yang berdampak pada keterbatasan daya saing di tengah persaingan bisnis yang semakin ketat. Metode kegiatan dilakukan melalui pre-test, pemberian materi, praktik langsung, diskusi interaktif, serta post-test untuk mengukur peningkatan kompetensi peserta. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada seluruh aspek manajemen kinerja; peserta yang sebelumnya kurang memahami konsep dasar manajemen usaha, setelah pelatihan mampu menyusun rencana kerja, mengatur proses produksi, melakukan evaluasi kinerja, dan memanfaatkan teknologi digital sederhana untuk menunjang operasional. Kesimpulannya, pelatihan ini tidak hanya memberikan pemahaman teoritis, tetapi juga mendorong perubahan perilaku manajerial yang aplikatif pada UMKM. Rekomendasi utama adalah perlunya pendampingan berkelanjutan dan kolaborasi lintas sektor agar transformasi ini dapat berkontribusi nyata terhadap keberlanjutan dan daya saing UMKM di daerah tersebut.

Abstract

Community Service Program (Kuliah Kerja Nyata/KKN) is a form of community engagement carried out by university students through an interdisciplinary, institutional, and partnership-based approach as a realization of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. This program is mandatory and is based on the principles of academic competence, entrepreneurship, and professionalism in order to produce high-quality, relevant, and synergistic community service activities that enhance community empowerment. Based on this background, the KKN program was implemented in Sukadami Village with the objective of providing basic knowledge and skills, particularly in the fields of education, religion, and governance. The main issues identified in the village were related to the quality of human resources, especially the low level of digital literacy in supporting UMKM activities and tourism development. Therefore, the KKN activities aimed to address these challenges and foster a digitally literate community. The results of the program indicate an increase in sales turnover of local UMKM products and improved community satisfaction following the renovation of the local fishing facility.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh digital collaboration tools dan organizational support terhadap adaptive work behavior pada perusahaan manufaktur. Di era transformasi digital, perusahaan manufaktur menghadapi tantangan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan adaptasi karyawan terhadap perubahan lingkungan kerja yang dinamis. Digital collaboration tools menjadi sarana penting dalam memfasilitasi komunikasi dan kolaborasi tim, sementara organizational support berperan dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung perubahan perilaku kerja adaptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada karyawan perusahaan manufaktur. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan software SmartPLS untuk menguji hubungan kausal antar variabel dan mengevaluasi model pengukuran serta model struktural. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa digital collaboration tools dan organizational support memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap adaptive work behavior. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa pemanfaatan teknologi kolaborasi digital yang efektif dan dukungan organisasi yang kuat dapat meningkatkan kemampuan karyawan dalam beradaptasi dengan perubahan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi praktis bagi manajemen perusahaan manufaktur dalam mengembangkan strategi digital dan kebijakan organisasi yang mendukung perilaku kerja adaptif karyawan.
