Abstract

Job performance will improve if the company can meet the needs and job satisfaction of its employees and is supported by companies that enhance the career development of their employees. employees assume the performance done in the company as he expected and the company has a good future for these employees, this can increase the organizational commitment of employees in the company, so that company goal will be achieved. The problem in this study is whether the lack of job satisfaction affects the high level of turnover intention, whether the lack of career development affects the high level of turnover intention and whether the organizational commitment of employees influences the level of turnover intention in PT Cakrawala Mitra Bersama. This research was conducted by simple random sampling and carried out on the employees of PT. Cakrawala Mitra Bersama. Based on hypothesis testing using the t-test (partial) that the Satisfaction variable influences Turnover Intention, while the Career Development variable has no effect on Turnover Intention and the Organizational Commitment variable does not affect the decline of Turnover Intention.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa dengan menggunakan Newman error analysis pada materi bangun datar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas IV di SDN Cijambe 1. Teknik pengumpul data dan instrumen yang digunakan yaitu tes pemecahan masalah yang berkaitan dengan bangun datar dengan jenis tes uraian. Teknis analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hampir seluruhnya siswa yang sudah dapat membaca masalah (99,22%), hanya hampir setengahnya siswa yang sudah dapat memahami masalah (34,38%), sebagian besar siswa siswa yang sudah mampu dalam mentransformasikan masalah (60,94%), sebagian besar siswa yang sudah mampu dalam keterampilan proses diperoleh presentase 57,04% serta hampir seluruhnya siswa sudah mampu dalam penulisan akhir dengan presentase 82,82%.

Abstract

Human resource management plays a very important role for the company in order to provide maximum results besides that it will also have the best professionalism that can be relied upon to achieve the company's goals and objectives, namely getting maximum profit. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of work supervision, work culture, and work environment on employee productivity at PT ABC. The company has goals to be achieved, and it is desirable that workers want to work according to the standards set by the company, and the company wants its employees to work very productively. The sample in this study were 70 respondents. This research uses quantitative methods using validity tests, reliability tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests multiple regression tests, t tests and F tests with the help of SPSS statistics.Keywords: Work Supervision, Work Culture, Work Environment and Work Productivity

Abstract

Organizational commitment is an important role in the progress of a company, this is due to an effort to encourage employees to be more responsible for their obligations. But in reality, there are not a few organizations or companies that pay less attention to commitment. One of the efforts that can be made to increase organizational commitment includes work involvement, job satisfaction and work culture. This study aims to determine how much work involvement, job satisfaction and organizational culture affect organizational commitment in the company. This study uses a quantitative approach with a sample of 85 employees of PT.PAS Cikarang. The method of analysis uses multiple linear analysis using SPSS V.23 software. This study shows that work involvement does not have a significant effect on Organizational Commitment with t count 1.645 < 1.990 while Job Satisfaction does not significantly affect Organizational Commitment with t count 0.367 < 0.1990 and Organizational Culture has a significant effect on Organizational Commitment with t count 8.296 > 1.990 .

Abstract

The Elementary School Level (SD) Competency Assessment Workshop is one of the programs of the Bekasi Regency Education Office in 2021. The Bekasi Regency Elementary Level AK Workshop in 2021 is a Continuous Professional Development activity in improving teacher competence, especially for fifth grade elementary school teachers. both in private schools and public schools related to national assessment policies, literacy and numeracy learning in elementary schools, the role of teachers and facilitation of effective learning environments for literacy and numeracy learning in elementary schools, diagnostic assessments, literacy and numeracy questions, and the introduction of digital national assessment platforms. The condition of the Covid-19 pandemic did not dampen the enthusiasm of teachers in participating in workshop activities, this activity was attended by elementary school teachers in the Bekasi Regency area, which was held using the zoom platform. The results of the activity showed that participants understood the material better than before, this was evidenced by the results of the pretest and posttest

Abstract

Cikarang Pusat sub-district is one of the areas with economic growth driven by the presence of small and medium enterprises, including Angkringan and Warkop businesses. However, business actors' understanding of tax obligations is still shallow. This activity aims to provide tax education to partners to increase their tax awareness and compliance. The method used includes an initial survey to identify the level of understanding and educational needs, and implementation is carried out through direct assistance in the field. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in business owners' awareness and understanding of taxation knowledge after participating in the education programme. Before the programme, partners had an average knowledge of 45% regarding taxation, while after the programme, this figure increased to 85%. Continued education and support from the government and related organisations are needed to ensure the sustainability and positive impact of this programme.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam dua siklus dan dalam setiap siklus terdiri dari dua  kali pertemuan. Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan menggunakan lembar observasi, wawancara terstruktur, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah anak didik kelompok B usia 5-6 tahun TK Al-Anshor yang terdiri dari 6 laki-laki dan 9 perempuan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, dapat diketahui dari pengamatan perkembangan pada setiap siklus yang ditandai dengan persentase indikator pencapaian yang meningkat, yaitu kondisi Pra Siklus kategori BSH (Berkembang Sesuai Harapan) persentase sebesar 14%. Hasil tindakan penelitian siklus I kategori BSH (Berkembang Sesuai Harapan) sebesar 20% dengan peningkatan persentase sebesar 16%. Hasil penelitian siklus II kategori pencapaian BSH (Berkembang Sesuai Harapan) sebesar 50% dengan peningkatan persentase sebesar 30%, dengan kegiatan bermain balok disetiap pertemuan menjadikan anak lebih berkembang dalam kerja sama, berbagi dan tolong menolongnya.
