Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pemasaran yang diterapkan oleh UMKM Roti Wancina Rasa di Desa Gunung Tanjung. UMKM ini dikenal dengan produk roti tradisionalnya yang memiliki cita rasa yang khas. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, Pengabdian ini mengeksplorasi berbagai elemen dalam strategi pemasaran yang meliputi segmentasi pasar, penetapan harga, distribusi, dan promosi. Hasil Pengabdian menunjuk kan bahwa UMKM Roti Wancina Rasa telah menerapkan strategi pemasaran yang cukup efektif namun masih memerlukan beberapa perbaikan.

Abstract

In submitting a BPJS Health claim, not all submitted documents can be claimed. Claim status is declared ineligible or pending. A pending claim occurs if the claim file submitted by the hospital is incomplete or does not comply with the requirements set by BPJS Health. Delayed claims can disrupt hospital cash flow and cause losses for the hospital and BPJS Health participants. This research aims to describe the causes of pending claims at UNS Hospital. This research is a quantitative descriptive study with a population of 182 inpatients pending claim documents at UNS Hospital for the period August-October 2023. The sample for this research is 78 pending claim documents based on diagnosis code verification. The sampling technique is total sampling. Based on the data obtained, the number of documents with coding confirmation is 78 pending claim documents s or 11.3% of the total pending claims in the period August – October 2023. This data shows that the majority of pending claim documents are due to inaccurate diagnosis. The factor causing pending claims from BPJS Health inpatients at UNS Hospital occurs due to differences in perception between hospital staff and BPJS Health and is not purely due to coder error, but due to a lack of supporting data as a diagnosis enforcer which affects the accuracy of the code.

Abstract

Demand for hydroponic vegetables are increasing, especially urban areas, including Kendari. This is because vegetables grown hydroponically have advantages: they are environmentally friendly, the production produced is hygienic, plant growth is faster, the quality of crop yields can be maintained and the quantity can be increased. This study aims to analyse the hydroponic vegetable marketing channel in Kendari City. The selection of respondents purposely selected on five hydroponic businesses and three traders and retailers. The results show that, there are two marketing channels, namely: Channel I from farmers - consumers; and Channel II from Farmers – collectors – market traders – consumers. Of the two channels, it is known that farmers receive the greatest profit when selling directly to consumers (Channel I), while in Channel II the highest margin is obtained by retailers of IDR 37,000/kg.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the variable Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Cost Efficiency Ratio (CER), and Net Interest Margin (NIM) on the profitability of sub-sector banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017-2019. This type of research uses quantitative methods. This study uses a sample of companies in the sub-sector banking listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Based on the purposive sampling technique, it was obtained a sample of 27 companies by 43 companies of total population. The data used in this study are secondary data in the form of corporate financial reports obtained from the website www.idx.co.id. The results showed that partially and simultaneously the CAR, CER, and NIM variables had a significant effect on profitability. Keywords: Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Cost Efficiency Ratio (CER), Net Interest Margin (NIM), Profitability.
