Abstract

The conclusion of this dissertation views negatively the pantheistic syncretism belief system with its doctrine of immanence to the stage of belief in incarnation or incarnation, namely believing that God can incarnate in everything. So that this pantheistic syncretism belief system has a very negative impact leading to shirk, because it can formulate and sanctify God's symbols in material form that is contrary to the teachings of monotheism in the Qur'an.

Abstract

Perang badar merupakan salah satu peperangan yang sa- ngat istimewa bagi kaum muslimin. Selain merupakan perang perta- ma yang berpengaruh positif pada perkembangan kaum muslimin di Madinah, perang badar semakin meyakinkan kaum muslimin bahwa agama yang mereka anut merupakan agama yang paling benar di muka bumi. Artikel ini membicarakan mengenai beberapa karakter yang penulis dapat analisakan dari perang badar, diantaranya: taat sepenuhnya kepada Allah dan Rasul-Nya, membiasakan zikir tanpa henti, teguh pendirian dalam memperjuangkan agama Islam apapun akibatnya, menghindari perselisihan sesame muslim, Sabar dalam segala keadaan pada setiap waktu dan keadaan, serta tawakkal kepada Allah setelah menuntaskan berbagai kegiatan yang menjadi sebab se- gala sesuatu. Enam karakter tersebut diimplementasikan dalam dunia Pendidikan melalui metode keteladanan, metode pembiasaan, meto- de cerita dan kegiatan ekstrakulikuler yang ternyata memiliki dampat dan pengaruh yang sangat signifikan dalam menumbuhkan kedisiplin- an, semangat, ketangguhan, kesabaran dan kekuatan jiwa pada priba- di siswa yang diajarkan.

Abstract

The basic need of society is water and how water is managed has a great impact on social activities. The government of Indonesia has the right and power to administer and make use of water resources in accordance with Law No. 17 of 2019 and Article 33 Paragraph 3 of the 1945 Constitution. In terms of regulation, the government is crucial the best way to use water to suit societal demands. Although SOEs and BUMDs are responsible for water resources to be managed for the benefit of society, they still face obstacles and require assistance from BUMS or the private sector. Political and regulatory changes in Indonesia also affect the process of managing water resources, including the repeal of relevant laws that may impact projects already underway. Companies can only manage water resources if all community demands are met and they comply with standards set by the Constitutional Court. The interests of the community must come first in managing water resources that used effectively for the community.

Abstract

In the Qur’an, there are verses containing the mission of peace (āyāt as-silm) and verses of war (āyāt al-qitāl) or verse of the sword (as-saif verse). Some commentators, some have the view that, the verses of peace have been annulled (nasakh) by the verses of war. If indeed the peace verse is annulled by the war verse, it is considered contrary to the main mission of Islam as the religion of rahmatan li al-‘alamīn or Islam as a religion of peace. The annulment seems to justify the issue of violence in the name of the verses of the Qur’an, so that the Qur’an is accused of being the root for the emergence of violence in people’s lives. Through the mauḍū‘ī approach, it is concluded that the verses of war do not annul the verses of peace and also not vice versa. Each has its own context. Verses of war were revealed in response to the escalating conflict between muslims and the musyrik, ahli kitab, kafir, and hypocrites. War in Islam is permissible when the muslims are oppressed and because they were fought fīrst by musyrik or kafir. If not in war, social relations between muslims and non-muslims are based on the verses of peace, namely, being tolerant, patient, forgiving, yielding, not holding grudges, avoiding disputes, dialogue, guaranteeing freedom and protection, granting amnesty and reconciliation, and live peacefully side by side.

Abstract

Ali Mustafa Yakub and the Majelis Ulama Indonesia (Indonesian Ulama Council) differed in their interpretation of the Indonesian qibla directon. According to the Indonesian Ulama Council, the qibla of Indonesia faces northwest, whereas Yakub believes it faces west. The Hisab Rukyat Board of the Indonesian Ministry of Religion, the Indonesian Ulama Council, Islamic organizations, and Islamic scholars (ulama) can use this research as a reference when determining the qibla. This study employs Abdul Wahhab Khallaf's takhsis theory in ‘Ilm Uṣūl al-Fiqh. In this investigation, both qualitative and quantitative methodologies were utilized. The Al-Qur'an is interpreted using the thematic interpretation procedure. This study concludes that the majority of the hadiths narrated by Tirmizī (the direction between east and west is the qibla) can be interpreted in light of verse 144 of surah al-Baqarah (turn your face toward the Masjid al-Haram). This takhsis theory classifies the direction of the Indonesian qibla into three categories: general (west), semi-specific (northwest), and special ('ainul Kaaba).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji makna adz-dzabîẖ dalam perspektif tafsir Ibnu Jarir Ath-Thabari dan Tafsir Ibnu Katsir. Dengan kata lain ini dimaksudkan untuk tujuan yaitu untuk menjelaskan siapa adz-dzabîẖ yang dimaksud dalam Al-Qur’an. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang menekankan pada penelitian kepustakaan (library research) dengan pendekatan tafsir perbandingan antara tafsir Ibnu Jarir ath-Thabari dan tafsir Ibnu Katsir. Acuan pada penelitian ini menggunakan data primer berupa kitab-kitab tafsir khususnya kitab tafsir Ibnu Jarir Ath-Thabari, Jâmi’ al-Bayân ‘an Ta’wîl Âyi al-Qur’ân dan tafsir Ibnu Katsir, Tafsîr al-Qur’ân al-‘Azhîm serta sekunder yang berupa kitab-kitab sejarah seperti al-Bidâyah wa al-Nihâyah, kitab hadis Shaẖîẖ al-Bukhârî dan Shaẖîẖ Muslim, ‘ulum Al-Qur’an Mabâẖits fî ‘Ulûm al-Qur’ân, dan karya-karya ilmiah berupa jurnal ataupun yang lainnya. Setelah melakukan pengolahan data dari data-data yang telah dikumpulkan, tahapan berikutnya adalah menganalisis data yang kemudian disusun dalam bentuk narasi. Adapun hasil analisis data yang telah dilakukan, penulis rangkum menjadi beberapa poin penting. Setelah melakukan analisis data, maka penulis akan menyebutkan kesimpulan. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah bahwa pendapat yang kuat dari hasil penelitian tentang adz-dzabîẖ adalah Nabi Ismail a.s. berdasarkan pada dalil-dalil yang menunjukan kepada hal tersebut baik dari Al-Qur’an hadis maupun pendapat para ulama. Sedangkan pendapat yang menyebutkan bahwa adz-dzabîẖ adalah Nabi Ishak a.s., maka pendapat tersebut tidak sesuai dengan konteks ayat yang menjelaskan tentang pemberian kabar gembira kepada Nabi Ibrahim a.s. dan istrinya Sarah dengan kelahiran Nabi Ishak a.s. dan keturunannya Ya’kub a.s. Selain itu, pendapat ini juga diambil dari ahli kitab yang hasad dan tidak ridha dengan kemuliaan yang didapatkan oleh orang-orang Arab keturunan Nabi Ismail a.s. dan mereka telah melakukan perubahan pada kitab mereka tentang putra Nabi Ibrahim a.s. yang disembelih bahwa Nabi Ishak a.s. adalah anak satu-satunya atau anak sulung Nabi Ibrahim a.s., lalu mereka menyebarkannya di kalangan mereka sendiri dan di kalangan kaum muslimin.

Abstract

This study demonstrates Quran-based Interfaith Conflict Resolution as a conflict management model that introduces and promotes the theory of nonviolence and peace-building and the principle of coexistence among religious believers. Although some verses in Quran may mention and justifies the use of limited force as in Quranic verses QS. al-Baqarah/2:190 and QS. al-Hajj/9:39, some others also present a lot of principles and the implementation of nonviolence including patience, forgiveness, tolerance, dispute prevention and management, the prohibition of seeking revenge, clarification (tabayun), dialogue, negotiation, mediation, mutual curse (mubahalah), acceptance of agreement, persuasive preaching, reconciliation, and amnesty. This study introduces the Ethical-Technical Conflict Resolution or Management model as it contains ethical and technical foundation formulas. The ethical foundation formula as the basic principles, for example, includes justice, maslahah (public interest), tolerance, and nonviolence. In the meantime, the technical foundation which is operational in nature includes dialogue, social interaction and cooperation, negotiation, mediation, peace agreement, law enforcement, reconciliation and amnesty

Abstract

This paper aims to determine parenting styles developed in theperspective of the Qur’an. The research method developed is a qualitative research method with a literature study approach and an approach to the interpretation of the verses of the Al-Qur’an by using the maudu’i interpretation. In the Al-Qur’an parenting is divided into twa, namely parenting which is carried out by following the rules of the Al-Qur’an and Sunnah and Parenting that is not in accordance with the rules of the Al-Qur’an. Both of the these parenting styles will have an effect on children’s lives. Children who are raised with parenting in accordance with the provisions of the al-Qur’an and Sunnah will create children as soothing hearts and become jewelry. Meanwhile, shildren who are educated in parenting styles who are not touched by the Al-Qur’an will make the child an enemy for their parents

Abstract

This article describes the psychological well-being based on the Al-Qur'an as psychic-spiritual immunity, especially in the face of the Covid-19 pandemic. Psychological well-being is one of the factors of a person's happiness and health in life. Psychological welfare based on or based on the Al-Qur'an is expected to be able to increase immunity, especially for Muslims in the face of the Covid-19 pandemic. This paper supports Laura A. King's opinion regarding the factors of psychological well-being and relates it to the verses of the Al- Qur'an. This paper also produces several responses from the Al-Qur'an on psychological well-being

Abstract

The conclusion of this study explains the nature of human dignity inherent in it from birth and its chronological process. The Al-Qur'an explains in detail and sequentially that the glorification of human dignity occurs in several phases. The first is before his existence on earth (unseen world): when Allah wants to make a human caliph (ruler) on earth, he orders the angels to prostrate to Adam as a respect, excellence, exaltation and knowledge are taught as a whole. Second, when in the womb where the fetus is well cared for and is well cared for by getting nutritious food through the placenta. Third, when he is in the world, he is given a perfect body shape, makes it easy for him to control the land and sea, is given the right to manage the world and everything in it, is given good sustenance, and is honored by other creations of Allah SWT. Fourth, be glorified at the time of death, at funerals, and after death. To maintain and protect the dignity of human beings, Allah has prepared three important components for humans as a basis for protecting human rights (HAM), namely faith, law, and morals. The method used in interpretation related to this research is the thematic method or maudui 'which is combined with qualitative methods as a basis for library research, Al-Qur'an verses, hadith syarif, journals, articles, seminars, and conference proceedings.
