Abstract

Structural Planning of a building construction is needed to get the most effective and efficient dimensions and configuration of the structure. Planning of a building structure located in a prone area must be planned according to standards, strong, and earthquake safe. Structural Planning of a 4 - Story Building for the Central Java Attorney General's Office, referring to the Structural Concrete Requirements to refer to Buildings and Non-Buildings (Indonesian National Standard 03-1726-2019) and Minimum Loads for Designing Buildings and Other Structures (Indonesian National Standard 03-1727-2013). The planning of the 4-story building structure of the Central Java Prosecutor's Office includes the planning of the upper and lower structures. Planning the upper structure using SAP 2000 V14.2.2, while the lower structure is planned manually. The upper structure includes the planning of the roof, beams, columns, and floor plates of the building, while the lower structure includes the planning of the foundation. Loads that are reviewed for the design of structural elements are dead load, live load, and earthquake load. Earthquake load entered is dynamic earthquake load. Abstract

Construction digitization activities are very influential in supporting project work planning. So in planning, innovations are needed in order to achieve maximum results. The Ministry of PUPR issued PUPR Ministerial Decree No. 2018 concerning the Construction of State Buildings which requires the use of the Building Information Modeling method. Structural planning is very necessary to obtain a building that complies with the rules of the Indonesian National Standard. The structural planning of the Soekarno Hatta Semarang Flats refers to the regulations of the Indonesian National Standard (SNI), SNI 1726:2019 (Procedures for Planning Earthquake Resistance for Building and Non-Building Structures), SNI-03-1729-2019 (Structure Planning Procedures) Steel for Buildings), Loading Planning Regulations for Houses and Buildings 1987, I. Wahyudi (Charts and Tables for Reinforced Concrete Calculations). The structural planning of the Soekarno Hatta Semarang Flats includes the planning of the upper and lower structures. In planning the structure is modeled through SAP 2000 V.22 and Autodesk Revit 2022. The input loads are dead load, live load, wind load and earthquake load. The results of the planning use a combination of 32 earthquake loads. There are 7 types of beams, namely B64A, B67, B56A, B45A, B34A, B32A, and B22A. There are 3 types of columns, namely K88, K97, and K33A. There are 6 types of floor plates, namely S12A, S12A1, S12B, S12B1, S12C, and S12C1. As well as using a pile foundation with a diameter of 60 cm.

Abstract

To build a new lecture building with adequate and optimal facilities, it is necessary to plan well. It is expected to withstand the impact of earthquake shocks through the formation of ductile inelastic responses in certain selected structural components. The structural planning of this 7-storey lecture and hall building refers to several guidelines, including: Planning Procedures for Structural Concrete Requirements for Building Structures SNI 2847: 2019. And Earthquake Resistance Planning Standards for Building and Non-Building Structures SNI 1726-2019. And Minimum Design Loads and Related Criteria for Buildings and Other Structures SNI 1727: 2020. As well as the Guidelines for Loading Planning for Houses and Buildings (PPPURG 1987). And Specifications for Structural Steel Buildings SNI 1729: 2020. As well as the Indonesian Steel Building Planning Guidelines (PPBBI) SNI 1729: 2020. The structural planning of the 7-storey lecture building and hall in Semarang includes the planning of the upper structure and the lower structure. The upper structure includes planning the roof, beams, columns, and floor plates of the building. While the lower structure includes pile foundation planning. The loadings reviewed for structural element planning are dead loads, live loads, and earthquake loads.
