Abstract

Pandemi covid-19 tidak berdampak pada krisis kesehatan tapi sektor ekonomi juga mengalami krisis. Di sektor ekonomi, dampak Covid 19 terjadi pada kenaikan harga bahan pokok di pasaran. Oleh karena itu perlu intervensi dari Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Situbondo dengan model kebijakan pengendalian harga bahan pokok pandemi COVID-19 ini, sehingga bahan pokok tetap terkendali dan kebutuhan masyarakat atas bahan pokok tetap bisa terpenuhi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang model pengendalian bahan pokok pada masa Pandemi Covid-19 di Kabupaten Situbondo. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik Interpretative Structural Modeling (ISM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwaHal ini diperlukan sinergitas yang kuat antara pemerintah Daerah (eksekutif) dengan DPRD (legislatif) dalam melahirkan kebijakan berupa Peraturan Daerah tentang pengendalian harga bahan pokok. Keempat elemen kunci tersebut akan menjadi motor terwujudnya gangguan harga bahan pokok pada masa pandemi covid-19 di Kabupaten Situbondo

Abstract

The leading business of fisheries sector in the Situbondo District is faced with problems even though it also benefits from government support. Based on these problems and advantages, this research aims to develop leading businesses of fisheries sector in the Situbondo District through the formulation of appropriate business development strategies. The analysis method used to formulate this strategy is SWOT and QSPM analysis. The results of the SWOT analysis recommend that leading businesses of fisheries sector implement survival strategies. The priority strategies based on the QSPM matrix are 1) developing the capacity of fisheries business actors, 2) increasing supply chain performance to increase the competitiveness of fisheries businesses, 3) supporting Government policies in creating a fair fisheries business climate, 4) making production plans based on demand/market, 5) optimizing upstream production activities (catching and cultivation) through environmentally friendly production control and adequate infrastructure support, 6) controlling the quality of fish catches through providing supporting facilities and infrastructure, and 7) increasing production results by optimizing assistance provided by the Government.

Abstract

An increase in the number of BMT Kampoeng Syariah Paiton customers indicates that an increase in the number of these customers is related to customer loyalty. But the high demand for customers is not matched by an increase in service managers. So that the process of making money is experiencing a delay. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality on customer loyalty with satisfaction as an intervening variable. The population used is customers who use BMT Kampoeng Syariah Paitonlandline services. Based on the results of this study indicate (1) the first hypothesis of the service quality variable (X) to the satisfaction variable (Z) shows that service quality has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction; (2) the similarity hypothesis of the three service quality variables (X) and customer satisfaction with customer loyalty variables (Y) shows that service quality and customer satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. In testing the direct and indirect effects, the service quality variable (X) on customer loyalty (Y) through satisfaction (Z) shows that satisfaction can mediate the relationship between service quality on customer loyalty with positive results

Abstract

In Situbondo Regency, there are several problems related to the development of micro, small and medium business. Therefore, the Cooperatives, Industry and Trade Department needs to formulate strategic efforts in developing micro, small and medium business in Situbondo Regency. Strategic efforts that can be made by the Cooperatives, Industry and Trade Department in developing micro, small and medium business are through a strategic management approach. The purpose of this study is to determine the application of strategic management of the Cooperatives, Industry and Trade Department in the development of micro, small and medium business in Situbondo Regency. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method, as a method that aims to understand phenomena such as behavior, perception, motivation, actions, and the like experienced by society. The results of the study show that the implementation of strategic management by the Cooperatives, Industry and Trade Department of Situbondo Regency to support the development of micro, small and medium business consists of 1) formulation which includes strategic budget planning and main pillars, 2) implementation which includes training and mentoring, facilities and capital, promotion and marketing, and 3) evaluation which includes performance measurement, impact of obstacles and challenges.

Abstract

Aktivitas pasca panen pada penanganan kerang hijau di Keluran Kalibaru adalah pengupasan cangkang kerang. Pengupasan kerang tersebut banyak menghasilkan limbah cangkang kerang yang dalam penanganannya tidak memperhatikan kesehatan lingkungan. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi saat ini yaitu menumpuknya limbah cangkang kerang tersebut yang berasal dari hasil pengupasan cangkang kerang. Oleh karena itu di perlukan penanganan dan pengolahan terhadap limbah terebut agar tidak mencemari lingkungan dan sekaligus memberikan dampak benefit ekonomi bagi masyarakat. Tujuan Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah pendampingan kepada masyarakat yang di fokuskan pada kegiatan social entrepreneur, yaitu mengolah limbah cankang kerang hijau menjadi produk yang memiliki nilai tambah dan nilai jual yang tinggi berupa pasir cangkang kerang. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah Analysis Design - Development - Implementation - Evaluation (ADDIE). Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini menghasilkan sebuah wawasan dan keterampilan bagi kelompok pembiudidaya kerang hijau di Kelurahan Kalibaru. Wawasan tentang pentingnya mengelola dan mengolah limbah cangkang kerang hijau agar kesehatan lingkungan tetap terjaga dan keterampilan berupa kemampuan mengolah limbah cangkang kerang hijau menjadi pasir cangkang kerang. Abstract

Program Pendampingan Meeting Class di Universitas Nurul Jadid bertujuan meningkatkan profesionalisme dan integritas mahasiswa S1 Ekonomi melalui pengembangan keterampilan kepemimpinan, pengambilan keputusan etis, dan komunikasi efektif. Program ini dilaksanakan melalui tahap perencanaan, persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi yang terstruktur. Kegiatan ini meliputi simulasi rapat, diskusi kasus, serta sesi mentoring yang melibatkan praktisi dan profesional di bidang manajemen. Hasil program menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman dan penerapan keterampilan yang dipelajari. Evaluasi juga menunjukkan adanya peningkatan dalam keterampilan komunikasi, manajemen waktu, dan sikap profesional mahasiswa. Program ini memiliki implikasi yang signifikan terhadap masyarakat, seperti meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan, meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap pentingnya profesionalisme dan integritas, serta meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap pentingnya pengembangan kemampuan manajerial dan kepemimpinan. Program ini juga berpotensi menjadi model bagi institusi lain dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas lulusan di lembaganya.

Abstract

Community service aims to improve the marketing and sales skills of pottery products by craftsmen in Alas Kandang Village, Besuk District, Probolinggo Regency. The method used in this research is Participatory Action Research (PAR), which involves the active participation of craftsmen in every stage of planning, implementation, and evaluation of activities. The mentoring was conducted through a series of training activities designed to improve the artisans' understanding of effective marketing strategies. The artisans were also involved in the process of problem identification, solution planning, and change implementation as an effort to improve the competitiveness of their pottery products in the market. The results of the activity showed that through the PAR method, the artisans managed to improve their marketing capabilities, from improving product quality to utilizing social media to expand market reach. By actively participating in the research process, the artisans also developed a sense of ownership of the changes that occurred, thus strengthening the sustainability of their marketing efforts. Through this activity, it makes a positive contribution to local economic development, particularly in increasing the income and welfare of pottery artisans. The practical implication of this PkM activity is that the PAR approach can be an effective model in empowering local communities by involving them directly in the efforts to improve their livelihoods.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence consumer purchasing decisions on TikTok shop and differences in TikTok shop compared to other e-commerce platforms. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were obtained through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation of consumer actors in Sentul Village, Gading District, who use TikTok Shop as a shopping medium. The results show that creative content strategies, utilization of influencers, and the use of live streaming features significantly increase consumer buying interest, digital marketing has a significant effect, while influencers and online customer reviews have a positive effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the digital marketing strategy in increasing sales of Afiza crackers, a micro business located in Kendit Village, Situbondo. Kerupuk Afiza is a home-based product developed by Mrs. Miswa since 2019, relying on hereditary recipes and local raw materials. Previously, the business only relied on traditional marketing methods such as sales at local markets and neighborhood stalls, which led to stagnant sales growth. Through a qualitative approach, data was collected from interviews with the business owner, two employees, and four resellers. The results showed that product uniqueness and flavor consistency are the main advantages. Marketing strategies are carried out through simple social media such as WhatsApp and Facebook, although business actors still experience constraints in digital management. Product distribution was expanded through a network of resellers, overcoming the constraints of less strategic business locations. In addition, flavor diversification, affordable pricing, and internal training for employees helped maintain product quality and competitiveness. In terms of production, limited tools and dependence on the weather are challenges that need to be overcome. This study concludes that although Afiza crackers have not fully implemented digital marketing strategies optimally, the combination of personal promotion, social media utilization, and empowerment of local human resources has had a significant impact in increasing sales. Further training in digital marketing and production technology development is recommended to strengthen the competitiveness of the business in the future.

Abstract

Pertanian merupakan kegiatan pemanfaatan sumber daya hayati untuk menghasilkan bahan pangan, bahan baku industri, serta menjaga kelestarian lingkungan hidup. Usaha tani, sebagai inti dari kegiatan pertanian, melibatkan serangkaian proses budidaya yang dilakukan oleh petani. Namun, sektor ini menghadapi tantangan serius akibat perubahan iklim yang ditandai oleh pemanasan global, fluktuasi suhu, serta pola hujan yang tidak menentu. Kondisi tersebut berdampak langsung terhadap keberlanjutan produksi pangan dan menuntut petani untuk mampu beradaptasi dengan cepat terhadap cuaca ekstrem. Di Kecamatan Tegalampel, Kabupaten Bondowoso, usaha tani komoditas lombok (cabai) menjadi salah satu sumber utama penghidupan masyarakat. Meskipun kemajuan teknologi telah berkembang, penerapannya belum mampu memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap peningkatan produktivitas. Perubahan iklim yang menyebabkan musim kemarau lebih panjang dan curah hujan tidak menentu turut memperburuk kondisi ini. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan strategi pembangunan pertanian yang terencana dan berbasis inovasi agar produktivitas pertanian, khususnya usaha tani lombok, dapat ditingkatkan. Pembangunan pertanian bukan hanya mencakup aspek teknis, namun juga mencakup pembangunan sumber daya manusia dan perilaku petani yang kreatif, produktif, serta adaptif terhadap perubahan. Dengan pendekatan yang holistik, sektor pertanian dapat menjadi motor penggerak pertumbuhan ekonomi dan peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat di daerah pedesaan seperti Tegalampel.
