<![CDATA[This study aims to examine the effect of Good Corporate Governance on firm value. The research method used in this research is quantitative research with sampling using purposive sampling technique. Based on the predetermined characteristics, a sample of 13 health sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with a research period of 2017-2021 was obtained. The type of data used is secondary data and the analysis method used is panel data regression, using Eviews. The results of this study indicate that the variables of Institutional Ownership and Public Ownership have a positive and significant effect on firm value, while the variables of the Board of Independent Commissioners and the Audit Committee have a negative and insignificant effect on firm value. Advice for investors, investors should pay attention to the performance of a company before investing by looking at its governance. For the company, it is hoped that the management will be able to carry out their duties and roles optimally in order to create good management quality in order to obtain a good assessment from investors.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of capital ratio, efficiency ratio, liquidity ratio and profitability ratio on profit growth in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2017 - 2019. This type of research is quantitative. The sampling technique used a purposive sampling approach. The results show that capital ratio and profitability ratio had a significant positive effect on profit growth on profit growth in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2017 to 2019. The efficiency ratio has a significant negative effect on profit growth in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2017 to 2019. Meanwhile, the liquidity ratio has not significant effect on profit growth in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2017 to 2019. The research implication is that the company needs to prioritize financial policies related to capital ratio, efficiency ratio and profitability ratio.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh profitabilitas, likuiditas, pertumbuhan penjualan, pajak dan tingkat suku bunga terhadap struktur modal pada perusahaan asuransi go public yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2014-2020. Pengambilan sampel penelitian menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan ditetapkan 8 perusahaan sebagai sampel penelitian. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi data panel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) profitabilitas berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap struktur modal pada perusahaan asuransi go public yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. 2) Likuiditas dan suku bunga berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap struktur modal pada perusahaan asuransi go public yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. 3) Pertumbuhan penjualan dan pajak tidak berpengaruh terhadap struktur modal pada perusahaan asuransi go public yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to see the effect of KAP size, leverage, and audit tenure on the integrity of financial reports in property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2020. The sampling method uses a purposive sampling method which result 21 companies as samples. Panel regression data used for analysis of the research with the help of Eviews. The results showed that KAP size had a significant negative effect on the integrity of financial statements. <![CDATA[Agriculture is a sector that has the potential to be developed because it is a buffer for food sovereignty. Therefore it is necessary to change a new paradigm in agricultural development. Agricultural management is not through a farming approach but is business-oriented. The younger generation who are familiar with digital technology is the hope in the regeneration of old farmers. To support the realization of food security, young farmers known as millennial farmers need to be educated about entrepreneurial patterns in agriculture or agripreneurship. The method of community service carried out is counseling which begins with the presentation of the material, continued with discusi, and mentoring is carried out. The target group for community service is millennial farmers in Kroya village who are members of Karang Taruna. The number of participants was 35 people. Counseling is carried out face-to-face. The result of this activity is that young farmers understand that they can develop their business even better, so that this farmer profession can become a decent livelihood for them]]>

<![CDATA[An asset management role is required to analyze and optimize revenue sources and efficient systems to reduce costs. Construction service companies that tend to have fewer fixed assets than their current assets have constraints in suppressing production prices and must be able to manage them efficiently to maintain their existence in the market. The data shows the growth in the number of construction service companies which continues to increase and the construction price index which continues to decline, requiring efficient asset management to reduce production costs. For this reason, this study aims to determine the effect of Account Receivable Turnover (ARTO) asset management instruments, Fixed Asset Turnover (FATO), Inventory Turnover (IT), and Total Asset Turnover (TATO) on Operating Profit Margin (OPM) in construction service companies in Indonesia. The research sample is 5 large-scale construction companies in Indonesia with vulnerable observation periods from 2017 to 2021. The method used in this research is panel data regression to examine the relationship between research variables. The results of this study indicate that Fixed Asset Turnover (FATO) and Total Assets Turnover (TATO) have an effect on the Operational Profit Margin (OPM) of construction service companies in Indonesia. Meanwhile, Account Receivable Turnover (ARTO) and Inventory Turnover (IT) have no effect on OPM in Indonesian construction service companies. The results of this study have implications for construction service companies that asset management is very important for the company's progress, especially in increasing profits. This research contributes to the ability of construction service companies to manage their assets effectively, because the construction service business actor is the party responsible for implementing infrastructure development in Indonesia.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to test seven internal factors determining capital structure using trade-off theory in the consumer cyclical sector in Indonesia. The research sample used a purposive sampling of 15 companies with 225 observations. Generalized Method of Moment analysis method for panel data. The research found that significant firm growth and size were proven. Tangible assets, non-debt tax shield, growth opportunity, and significant earning volume were not proven, and profitability was not significant. Investors can make the right decisions regarding ownership of company shares to sell or buy. In addition, potential investors can invest their funds by considering the company's high debt costs, which results in financial distress costs. The findings provide an overview for company managers in making decisions to achieve an optimal capital structure.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the stock prices of banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. These factors consist of Loan To Deposit Ratio (LDR), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Return On Equity (ROE) and Operating Cost of Operating Income (BOPO). This study uses a sample of 24 banks that have been adjusted to the research criteria. Based on panel data regression analysis, it can be explained that LDR has a negative effect on stock prices, CAR has a negative effect on stock prices, ROE has a positive effect on stock prices and BOPO has a negative effect on stock prices.]]>

<![CDATA[Pelaksanaan Kolaborasi Sosial Membangun Masyarakat (Kosabangsa) pada kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan dan menerapkan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi mengenai pengomposan limbah ternak kambing dan limbah baglog jamur tiram untuk meningkatkan produksi pangan sekaligus dapat meningkatkan ketahanan pangan masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan pada pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah metode Participatory Action Research (PAR) dengan sasaran kegiatan adalah gabungan kelompok tani (Gapoktan) Tani Makmur Desa Tlaga, Kecamatan Gumelar, Kabupaten Banyumas. Kegiatan berupa transfer teknologi melalui kegiatan penyuluhan, pelatihan, demplot dan pendampingan serta pemberian peralatan teknolgi dan inovasi kepada gapoktan Tani Makmur. <![CDATA[The purpose of Community Service activities is to increase knowledge and improve skills in marketing products and managing finances for Small and Medium Enterprises to survive the pandemic in Srikandi Village, Purworejo Klampok District, Banjarnegara Regency. The method used in this service is counseling and question and answer for the community, especially Small and Medium Enterprises. The results of this community service activity, the community, especially Small and Medium Enterprises, can increase their knowledge and understanding of product marketing strategies and strategies for managing business finances. With this activity, the community is able to market products effectively and the community is able to manage finances in a disciplined manner so that the business performance can be monitored and developed properly.
