Abstract

The study with the title "Corporate Performance Assessment Through the Application of the Balanced Scorecard Concept" aims to assess company performance through the concept of balanced scorecard, which includes all four perspectives which are viewed from a financial perspective, consumer / customer perspective, internal business process perspective and learning and growth perspective. The results of this study are expected to make a positive contribution to both the company and other parties. The samples used are employees and teaching staff in the American English Course environment and the sampling technique uses simple random sampling method. Assessment from a financial perspective uses 3 (three) ratios, i.e. liquidity ratios consisting of current ratio and quick ratio. The solvency ratio consists of debt ratio and debt to equity ratio and profitability ratio consists of return on assets and return on equity. For the consumer / customer perspective using the customer profitability ratio. Internal business perspective uses the ratio of administrative expense to total revenue. While the growth and learning perspective uses benchmarks for employee productivity, employee training and employee satisfaction. For employee satisfaction variables using data validity and reliability testing, where the results indicate the instrument items are valid and reliable statements

Abstract

This study examines the determinants of promotions carried out at the Perum Perhutani Forest Stakeholder Unit (KPH) Pekalongan Barat. Factors studied include competence, seniority and loyalty. The sampling method used the Slovin formula with the number of respondents as many as 187 people. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 23. The results showed that competence had a positive and significant effect on it. seniority has a positive and significant effect rejected. loyalty has a positive and significant effect accepted. The implication of this research is that the leader of the West Pekalongan KPH should pay attention to competence and loyalty when doing promotions. The way to improve competence is to give employees the opportunity to take part in training that can improve work abilities so that employees can complete their duties properly. To increase loyalty, the leadership of KPH Pekalongan Barat must establish communication between employees so that they have good relations and conduct socialization of policies or regulations so that employees can obey them properly. Further researchers should use other variables other than seniority, because based on the results of the research, the seniority variable does not have a significant effect on promotion.

Abstract

Tujuan riset ini untuk menganalisis adanya pengaruh Arus Kas, Modal Kerja Bersih, Leverage, Profitabilitas, dan Likuiditas pada Cash Holding. Penelitian dilakukan pada perusahaan terindeks IDX30 yang tecatat di BEI periode 2017-2020 dengan populasi 45 perusahaan, dan jumlah sampel ada 11 perusahaan yang diperoleh dengan metode purposive sampling. Metode analisis data digunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Adapun tingkat signifikansi pada pengujian model penelitian digunakan uji F sedangkan uji hipotesis dengan uji t. Hasil penelitian dengan analisis linear berganda menemukan bahwa arus kas memiliki pengaruh positif tidak signifikan, modal kerja bersih menunjukkan pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan pada kepemilikan kas, leverage berpengaruh yang negatif tidak signifikan, profitabilitas memiliki pengaruh negatif tidak signifikan, sedangkan likuiditas berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan pada cash holding. Pengujian dilakukan dengan menggunakan Random Effect Model yang merupakan model terbaik pada penelitian ini. Dengan R square yang menjelaskan kemampuan variabel bebas (X) dalam menjelaskan variabel tergantung (Y) sebesar 39,41%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 60,59% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain di luar model penelitian seperti; total asset turnover, tingkat pajak, suku bunga, nilai tukar, inflasi, sales growth, firm size.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership, work environment, workload and work stress on employee job satisfaction at PT. Royal Korinda Purbalingga. The population is production employees of PT. Royal Korinda Purbalingga with a total of 97 respondents using simple random sampling technique. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The conclusion for this study is that Leadership, Work Environment, have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT Royal Korindah Purbalingga. While the variable workload and work stress have a negative and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT. Royal Korinda Purbalingga. Referring to these conclusions, it can be implied that as an effort to continuously improve employee job satisfaction, the management at PT. Royal Korinda Purbalingga needs to apply the right policies related to leadership, work environment, workload and work stress. Ways that can be done include providing adequate support to co-workers, leaders increasing the ability to listen to ideas or ideas from subordinates, increasing a comfortable and harmonious work environment, paying attention to employee workload so that it is not too heavy according to employee abilities, and not giving work that exceeds the capacity of employees so that they have no difficulty meeting work standards.

Abstract

This research is based on the existence of a gap phenomenon in the form of differences in research results for each variable, then there is a gap phenomenon in the form of observations of 50 skincare user respondents in Purwokerto showing that Skintific will be ranked 2nd after MS GLOW in 2023. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of style. life, brand image, brand trust and celebrity endorsement on purchasing decisions for skincare products in Purwokerto. The population in this research is scientific consumers who buy and use in Purwokerto with a sample of 100. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing using t test calculations. The results of this research show that Lifestyle, Brand Image, Brand Trust and Celebrity Endorsement influence purchasing decisions. From the results of this research it can be implied that skincare skintific needs to innovate its products, increase branding in the community by endorsing influencers, and provide real evidence of quality. skincare skintific.

Abstract

This research is based on the gap phenomenon in the form of the level of work achievement of employees which is considered not optimal. Condition can demonstrated through reports on the work achievements of Purbalingga Regency Education and Culture Service employees and research gaps in the form of differences in research results for each variable. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of work motivation, training, competence and job satisfaction on the work performance of employees of the Purbalingga Regency Education and Culture Service. The population in this study ASN employees of the Purbalingga Regency Education and Culture Service, totaling 86 people with a sample of 75 respondents. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing using t test calculations. The results of this research show work motivation, training, competence and job satisfaction influence work performance. From the results the research, can be implied that the leadership of the Purbalingga Regency Education and Culture Office needs to provide recognition to employees, needs to pay more attention to the qualifications of trainers for employees, increases responsiveness in carrying out work, needs to pay attention to the amount of payment an employee receives as needed.

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Influencer Marketing, Online Customer Review, Price Discount, dan Brand Image terhadap Purchase Intention Produk Skintific Di Purwokerto”. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui pengaruh influencer marketing, online customer review, price discount, dan brand image terhadap purchase intention produk Skintific di Purwokerto. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa di Purwokerto, dengan sampel 100 responden. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Alat analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t. Berdasarkan uji t dan koefisien regresi menunjukkan, bahwa influencer marketing berpengaruh terhadap purchase intention, online customer review berpengaruh terhadap purchase intention, price discount berpengaruh terhadap purchase intention, brand image berpengaruh terhadap purchase intention produk Skintific di Purwokerto.
