Abstract

Itsbat Nikah (Legalization of Marriage) is a determination of the marriage of husband and wife which has been carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Islamic religion with the fulfillment of the conditions and pillars of marriage, but the marriage has not been or has not been registered with the authorized official, namely the Religious Affairs Office official, in this case the Marriage Registrar Officer. The marriage regulations determined by the Religious Courts have a very big role and contribution in efforts to provide a sense of justice and legal certainty for married couples who do not yet have a marriage book as authentic proof or married couples who carry out unregistered marriages. By stipulating the marriage law, husband and wife will receive their rights as full citizens, including recognition of their children. Community service activities in Sekernan Subdistrict, Muaro Jambi Regency with the theme of increasing understanding of the importance of the Itsbat Nikah in unregistered marriages to increase public insight into the procedures for applying for the Itsbat Nikah related to unregistered marriages which are still found in society for various reasons so that husband and wife are not have a marriage certificate or marriage book. This Community Service Activity was carried out on August 15 2023 at the Office of the Head of Bukit Baling Village, Sekernan District, Muaro Jambi Regency and was attended by the community and local village officials. This service is carried out using lecture, discussion and question and answer sessions.

Abstract

Halal Certification is a form of protection provided by the Halal Product Guarantee Organizing Agency (BPJPH) and the Indonesian Ulama Council (MUI) to provide security and comfort in consuming food for Muslim consumers regarding labels on food products. Halal certification for food products is very necessary, especially for Muslim consumers, in order to create consumer comfort in choosing the products they want to consume. The community service program in Bukit Baling Village, Sekernan District, Muaro Jambi Regency with the theme Socialization of Halal Certification Registration for food products for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) is to motivate the MSME community to register for halal certification for their food products, in order to provide comfort for Muslim consumers who consume these products. This Community Service Activity was carried out on August 15 2023, attended by The community and officials of Bukit Baling Village, Sekernan District Muaro Jambi Regency. This service is carried out using lecture, discussion and question and answer sessions.

Abstract

The purpose of the study in this writing is to find out and analyze whatfactors cause the people of Maro Sebo District, Muaro Jambi Regency, to carry out underage marriages and what efforts are made in preventing the occurrence of underage marriages in the community in Maro Sebo District, Muaro Jambi Regency. The formulation of the research problem is what factors cause the occurrence of underage marriages in Maro Sebo District, Muaro Jambi Regency, then what efforts are made in preventing the occurrence of underage marriages in Maro Sebo District, Muaro Jambi Regency. The results of this study that what causes underage marriages in Maro Sebo Kabuparen Muaro Jambi District are factors of facilities or facilities, community factors and cultural factors that cause underage marriages. The efforts made by law enforcement as a preventive measure are that the KUA itself has enforced a law that does not immediately grant marriage permits if both parties are minors except for those who have received a dispensation letter from the court providing socialization to the community in Maro Sebo District, Muaro Jambi Regency so that underage marriages can be controlled. In addition, the acting party provides socialization to parents, the community and the side of the prospective couple it self. Abstrak Tujuan penelitian pada penulisan ini yaitu untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis faktor-faktor apa saja yang menyebabkan masyarakat Kecamatan Maro Sebo Kabupaten Muaro Jambi melakukan perkawinan di bawah umur serta upaya apa saja dalam pencegahan terjadinya perkawinan di bawah umur pada masyarakat di Kecamatan Maro Sebo Kabupaten Muaro Jambi. Rumusan masalah penelitian adalah faktor apa saja yang menyebabkan terjadinya perkawinan di bawah umur di Kecamatan Maro Sebo Kabupaten Muaro Jambi, kemudian upaya apa saja dalam pencegahan terjadinya perkawinan di bawah umur di Kecamatan Maro Sebo Kabupaten Muaro Jambi. Untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut penulis menggunakan metode yuridis empiris. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa yang menyebabkan terjadinya perkawinan di bawah umur di Kecamatan Maro Sebo Kabuparen Muaro Jambi adalah faktor rendahnya pendidikan, faktor ekonomi, dan faktor hamil di luar nikah yang menjadi penyebab terjadinya perkawinan di bawah umur. Upaya yang dilakukan oleh penegak hukum sebagai upaya dalam mengatur  pencegahan perkawinan di bawah umur yaitu pihak KUA sendiri telah menegakkan hukum dalam hal secara tidak langsung memberikan izin menikah kepada kedua belah pihak yang masih berada di bawah umur kecuali bagi mereka yang sudah mendapatkan surat dispensasi dari pengadilan memberikan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat di Kecamatan Maro Sebo Kabupaten Muaro Jambi agar perkawinan di bawah umur bisa terkendali. Selain itu, darin pihak penjabat memberikan sosialisasi kepada orang tua, masyarakat dan sisi calon pasangan itu sendiri.

Abstract

Kematian seseorang memberikan akibat hukum kepada diri, keluarga, masyarakat, dan lingkungan sekitarnya. Kematian menimbulkan kewajiban orang lain bagi dirinya (si mayit) yang berkaitan dalam hal mengurus jenazahnya (fardhu kifayah). Akibat lain adalah hubungan hukum yang menyangkut hak para keluarganya (ahli waris) terhadap harta peninggalannya. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk memperoleh pemahaman yang utuh dan mendalam mengenai Pelaksanaan pembagian waris menurut Hukum Waris Adat Melayu Jambi. Penelitian ini menggunakan tipe penelitian yuridis empiris, untuk melihat kenyataan dan fakta sosial sebagai budaya hidup Hasil Penelitian menunjukan pembagian waris belum bisa dilakukan pada saat pewaris meninggal, ttapi menunggu waktu yang tepat. Pelaksanaan pembagian waris menurutHukum Waris Adat Melayu Jambi dilakukan dengan tiga cara, cara rukun dan damai, dibagi oleh penguasa adat dan melalui peradilan adat dalam dusun.
