Abstract

This research reveals the influence of consumer behavior in particular consumers at Conato Bakery regarding purchasing decisions namely by analyzing Influence Attribute Product Regarding Purchasing Decisions​ Conato Bakery Jember Bread Products. This research reveals the influence of taste factors, packaging, brand and quality product both simultaneously or partially, as well as regarding the factors that have a dominant influence on purchasing decisions Conato Bakery Jember bakery products. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. Overall, the results of this research can be concluded that variable taste, packaging, brand and quality product simultaneously have a significant influence on purchasing decisions product bread​ Conato Bakery Jember. Partially,​ taste and quality of the product influential significant impact on purchasing decisions for bread products Conato Bakery Jember, will but in research this time packaging and brand variables have no significant effect on decision purchase bakery products Conato Bakery Jember.

Abstract

This research aims to determine 1) the influence of age, incentives, length of service, job satisfaction, stress, work discipline, and family responsibilities simultaneously on labor productivity 2) the influence of age, incentives, length of service, job satisfaction, stress, work discipline, and partial family responsibilities on labor productivity 3) which has the most dominant influence on labor productivity. The method used in this research is a survey method using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The research sample consisted of 30 workers in the cocoa processing department at the Banjarsari plantation as respondents. The analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis with simultaneous analysis techniques or F tests and partial tests or t tests. Based on the results of the F test, the variables age, incentives, length of service, job satisfaction, stress, work discipline and family responsibilities together do not have a significant effect on labor productivity. For the t test results, only the work discipline variable has a significant effect on labor productivity, while age, incentives, length of service, job satisfaction, stress and family responsibilities have no effect on labor productivity.

Abstract

The company should always strive to maintain and improve the labor productivity to maintain and achieve the goal that has been achieved so that the company can continue to operate effectively and efficiently with existing resources and produce products as expected. Increasing productivity is necessary because without a high labor productivity it is difficult for companies to achieve the set target. The aim of this study was to (1) Determine and analyze the influence of work environment, job stress, skills, motivation to work productivity of employees Cigarette Production section simultaneously at PR Gagak Black Pakuniran Maesan . (2) To know and analyze the influence of work environment, job stress, skills, motivation to employees productivity partially Cigarette Production section at PR Gagak Black Pakuniran Maesan. (3) To determine and analyze the variables which had dominant influence to the employees productivity on cigarette production section at PR Gagak Black Pakuniran Maesan. The research took 3 (three) months, which was located at PR Gagak Black Pakuniran Maesan . The method that used in the final assignment was survey research by using questionnaires (questionnaire) as a tool for collecting data. The results of this study showed that Work Environment (X1) Work Stress (X2) Skills (X3) Motivation (X4) simultaneously had a significant effect on labor productivity, and Work Stress (X2) Skills (X3) does not have a significant effect on labor productivity. Work Environment (X1) Motivation (X4) partially has a significant effect on labor productivity.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini ditujukan kepada mitra usaha PT Tewil Indonesia Sejahtera, sebuah PT di level UMKM yang memproduksi olahan berbahan dasar jamur tiram. Salah satu produk yang dikembangkan mitra adalah mie jamur tiram yang dipadukan dengan daun kelor. Mie jamur kelor mempunyai banyak manfaat bagi kesehatan dan juga dapat menjadi alternatif pengganti mie bagi masyarakat berkebutuhan khusus sehingga mempunyai prospek yang sangat baik untuk dikembangkan. Permasalahan mitra adalah dalam memproduksi mie jamur tiram kelor, masih belum menerapkan manajemen kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja dan sanitasi pengolahan produk secara optimal sehingga mitra memerlukan adanya pelatihan K3 dan sanitasi pengolahan produk, agar mie jamur kelor yang diproduksinya memiliki kualitas yang baik dan menyehatkan bagi yang mengkonsumsinya. Metode pelaksanaan dengan memberikan pelatihan K3 pada mitra, menerapkan hasil pelatihan dan melakukan evaluasi kegiatan. Kegiatan pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja karyawan dan kualitas produk yang dihasilkan.

Abstract

UMKM Tape Brand Cipta Rasa was established in 2010. In financial management, it has not been done properly and does not have a label on its cassava tape product. Seeing this, it is necessary to provide Financial Management and Digital Marketing training so that it can increase the sales volume of this Cipta Rasa brand tape. This method is carried out in 4 stages; survey, provision of materials, practice and tutorials and post-training monitoring. The results of financial training for this partner are that UMKM Tape Brand Cipta Rasa has been able to make financial reports in January and February 2025 and this business has a label on this UMKM Tape Cipta Rasa product business. It is hoped that this UMKM will continue to report financial records in its business so that it can be used in activities, especially for submitting business capital.

Abstract

Permasalahan utama yang dikemukakan pengusaha kerupuk udang di Desa Pugerkulon selaku mitra kegiatan adalah kapasitas produksi yang rendah dengan penggunaan alat pengolah kerupuk udang sederhana yang telah dilakukan secara turun temurun. Hal ini pernah coba dipecahkan dengan penggunaan mesin pengolah kerupuk udang berbahan bakar solar tetapi dirasakan kurang efektif karena adanya asap dari mesin yang mengakibatkan produk terlihat kurang menarik dan tempat pengolahan menjadi kelihatan kotor (hitam). Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan mengatasi permasalahan yang dihadapi calon pengusaha dengan menawarkan suatu inovasi berupa modifikasi alat pengolah kerupuk udang ramah lingkungan, kapasitas produksi tinggi dan higienis, pengemasan produk kerupuk udang yang estetik, aman, dan ergonomis serta memberikan pelatihan manajemen bisnis terkait pangsa pasar dan analisis kompetitor untuk produk yang sama baik dari Kabupaten Jember maupun dari luar Kabupaten Jember untuk meningkatkan usaha yang telah dilakukan. Target khusus yang ingin dicapai dari kegiatan ini adalah terbentuknya perusahaan kerupuk udang yang mampu berdaya saing dalam pasar regional maupun nasional dengan kontinuitas produk yang terjamin. Metode yang dilakukan antara lain melalui demonstrasi alat, pelatihan pada calon pengusaha serta layanan jasa konsultasi. Hasil kegiatan PkM adalah peningkatan kapasitas produksi dan pendapatan mitra dengan adanya bantuan peralatan modern dalam kegiatan pembuatan kerupuk melalui pelatihan penggunaan alat, pelatihan pembuatan kerupuk melalui metode pembuatan kerupuk yang aman tanpa bahan pengawet, metode pengemasan produk kerupuk udang yang lebih menarik dan higienis.

Abstract

The Community Service Program at the Meuseuraya Women's Farmers Group (KWT), Lebo Village, Sidoarjo, focuses on utilizing plastic bag waste (HDPE) into handicraft products with economic value. This activity includes field surveys, lectures, tutorials, discussions, practices and monitoring. The survey results show that there is a large amount of plastic waste that is not processed properly, causing environmental problems. Counseling and training were carried out to improve the skills of KWT women in processing plastic waste into products such as plastic flowers, bags and home decorations. Plastic waste selection and sorting processes are also introduced to ensure the quality of raw materials. This activity succeeded in increasing participants' knowledge and skills, as well as providing plastic waste-based entrepreneurship opportunities that can increase family income and reduce negative environmental impacts. KWT mothers showed high enthusiasm in utilizing plastic waste, creating creative products with high selling value.

Abstract

Perkembangan bisnis yang pesat di Indonesia menyebabkan persaingan antar perusahaan semakin ketat. Untuk memenangkan persaingan, perusahaan perlu menjaga kualitas produk dan menetapkan harga yang terjangkau. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian produk pada PT Mubarok Dua Kencana Kabupaten Jember. Tujuan khusus penelitian yaitu: (1) menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk, harga secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian, (2) menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk, harga secara parsial, dan (3) mengetahui variabel yang paling dominan memengaruhi keputusan pembelian. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survei dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 40 orang konsumen PT Mubarok Dua Kencana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan kualitas produk, harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Secara parsial, kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan, sedangkan harga berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Dengan demikian, kualitas produk merupakan faktor dominan yang memengaruhi keputusan konsumen dalam membeli produk PT Mubarok Dua Kencana. Temuan ini menunjukkan pentingnya perusahaan dalam mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kualitas produk untuk menarik dan mempertahankan pelanggan.

Abstract

This study designs and implements an input recommendation system for smallholder coffee agribusiness to close productivity and efficiency gaps. The objective is to assess how decision analysis guides farmers toward input combinations aligned with goals, budget constraints, and field risks. The methodology applies decision analysis: candidate input allocations are formulated; evaluation criteria (yield, total cost, risk exposure, ease of implementation) are specified; criterion weights are elicited through structured judgments; scores are normalized and aggregated; and sensitivity analysis tests robustness to weight and price changes. Results show that the recommendation-based alternative consistently outperforms conventional practice on most criteria, raising productivity while lowering cost per unit of output and reducing risk under volatile weather. Stability of rankings across sensitivity tests indicates durable performance across diverse farmer preferences. The findings highlight the need for targeted technical assistance and financing aligned with recommended inputs to support sustained adoption and scalable replication across regions.

Abstract

Background: Food-based Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Suci Village, Panti District, hold significant potential for strengthening the rural economy but face constraints in production efficiency, business management, and occupational health and safety (OHS) practices. This community engagement program aimed to enhance technical and managerial capacity through appropriate production technology, financial literacy training, OHS implementation, and digital marketing adoption. Method: The program was conducted over three months with two partner enterprises using a participatory approach and a pre–post evaluation design. Results: Results show a 35% reduction in production time (from 4 hours to 2.6 hours per cycle), a 40% increase in daily output (30 kg to 42 kg), a 60% improvement in financial literacy scores (45 to 72), and an increase in personal protective equipment compliance from 20% to 80%. The number of regular customers also increased from 18 to 26 following the digital promotion. Conclusion: The intervention effectively fostered structured, safer, and data-informed business practices and demonstrates scalability potential for sustainable rural MSME empowerment.
