Abstract

This study investigates the intricate relationships among personal financial management, emotional intelligence, risk management attitude, and financial well-being. The study employs a random sampling technique with a sample size of 41 individuals from Bank Mandiri KCP Solo Slamet Riyadi. Path analysis, using the SmartPLS software, is utilized to explore direct and indirect effects. The results reveal a significant positive impact of personal financial management on risk management attitude and financial well-being. However, emotional intelligence is not found to be a significant predictor of risk management attitude or financial well-being. The study concludes that effective personal financial management practices play a crucial role in enhancing financial well-being, both directly and indirectly through influencing risk management attitudes. These findings provide insights for interventions and educational programs aimed at improving individuals' financial resilience and satisfaction by emphasizing responsible financial habits and decision-making.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji signifikansi secara parsial pengaruh profitabilitas, likuiditas, maturitas dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap peringkat obligasi pada perusahaan keuangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2016-2020. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 106 perusahaan keuangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 16 perusahaan keuangan. Instrumen analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi data panel dengan menggunakan common effect model dan dibantu dengan eviews-9. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap peringkat obligasi, ukuran perusahaan dan likuiditas berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap peringkat obligasi, umur obligasi berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap peringkat obligasi. Hendaknya para investor memperhatikan tingkat profitabilitas, likuiditas dan ukuran perusahaan dalam pengambilan keputusan berinvestasi. Sedangkan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap peringkat obligasi. Penelitian selanjutnya dapat menambahkan variable lain seperti leverage, EPS, dividen, inflasi dan suku bunga yang dapat mempengaruhi peringkat obligasi.

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh tim pengabdian Fakultas Ekonomika dan Bisnis Universitas Wijayakusuma Purwokerto adalah untuk membantu pelaku usahan kuliner pembuatan snack dalam mengelola modal kerjanya sehingga usaha yang dijalankan dapat berjalan keberlanjutannya dan dapat memperoleh keuntungan sehingga dapat mensejahterakan pemilik. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di lingkungan usaha kuliner snack di Kelurahan Kalibakal Kecamatan Purwokero Selatan Kabupaten Banyumas. Motode pengabdian masyarakat yang digunakan adalah pendampingan dan diskusi terkait pentingnya pengelolaan modal kerja dan strategi dalam mengoptimalkan penggunaan modal kerja dalam menjalankan usaha. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah adanya kesempatan bagi pelaku usaha untuk dapat mengembangkan usahanya, karena peluang pasar yang masih terbuka luas. Selain itu, diperlukan adanya pencatatan ataupun pengadministrasian kegiatan secara disiplin dalam membuat rencana penggunan modal kerja sehingga modal kerja yang digunakan secara efektif dan dapat mendorong usahanya dalam memperoleh keuntungan. Abstract

The purpose of community service is to provide an understanding of knowledge about efforts to increase sales through marketing strategies and provide knowledge about business development A marketing strategy is a set of goals and objectives, policies and rules that guide a company's marketing efforts from time to time, at all levels and references and allocations, especially the company's response to the environment and competitive conditions that are always changing (Assauri, 2017). An example of a marketing strategy, business actors carry out partnership marketing (collaborating with other parties), collaborating with influencers, involving employees in introducing products and retaining customers. The target of this community service is the owner of the Three Brothers Mushroom UMKM Business in Kalikesur Village, Kedungbanteng District, Banyumas Regency The method used is the lecture method from the community service team or face-to-face and the provision of assistance with spinner tools and digital scales. With the help of these tools, the production results can be crispier, crunchier and savory and the appearance of the product is whiter in color. Digital scales are intended to weigh processed mushrooms with the appropriate weight, so that the scales are not approximate. Keywords: Sales Results, Marketing Strategy, Business Development

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of family income, number of family members, water use costs, length of time as a customer, yard area, other water sources, and installation costs on PDAM water demand in Purwokerto City. The research locations were four sub-districts in Purwokerto, including East Purwokerto, West Purwokerto, North Purwokerto, and South Purwokerto Districts. The research method used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that family income, number of family members, cost of water use, and yard area significantly positively affected PDAM water demand in Purwokerto City. Meanwhile, other water sources significantly negatively affect PDAM water demand. The length of time as a customer and installation costs do not affect PDAM water demand in Purwokerto City.

Abstract

This research is based on the gap phenomenon in the form of employees being late and leaving early which is still experiencing fluctuations. This condition can be shown through data on the number of employees who are late and leave early at the Purbalingga Regency Health Service and research gaps in the form of differences in research results. The aim of this research is to analyze the partial influence of career development, work discipline, work environment and work motivation on job satisfaction of Purbalingga District Health Service employees. The population in this study were ASN employees of the Purbalingga District Health Service, totaling 98 people with a sample of 88 respondents. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing using t test calculations. The results of this research show career development, work discipline, work environment, and work motivation influence employee job satisfaction. The implication of this research is that the Purbalingga District Health Service needs to provide career clarity for employees, make more efforts to improve good relations between co-workers, improve employee safety, pay more attention to the rewards given to employees according to the work they do.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of job satisfaction, work discipline, work motivation, and work environment on employee performance at PT. Buana Spring Foam Purwokerto. This research is included in the quantitative research category. The population of this study consisted of 90 employees and 78 respondents were selected using probability sampling techniques with the proportionate stratified random sampling method.Research findings show that the performance of employees of PT. Buana Spring Foam Purwokerto is significantly and partially influenced by the following factors: job satisfaction, work discipline, work motivation, and work environment. The implications of this research suggest that companies must continue to pay attention to the promotion system, discipline, provide motivation, rewards or appreciation, and create a comfortable work environment and good relations between employees to improve their performance.

Abstract

Tujuan riset ini adalah mengetahui faktor internal perushaan yang dapat berpengaruh pada cash holding perusahaan yang terdaftar di bursa efek indonesia. Faktor internal perusahaan yang dapat mempengaruhi cash holding perusahaan tersebut antara lain net working capital, leverage, firm size, dan cash flow. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap perusahaan consumer goods non cyclicals pada Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2018-2020 dengan metode analisis data regreasi data panel dengan model terbaik random effect model. Sampel diperoleh dengan purposive sampling sebanyak 37 perusahaan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa variabel net working capital dan cash flow memiliki pengaruh secara signifikan pada cash holding. Untuk variabel leverage dan firm size tidak memiliki pengaruh pada cash holding. Diharapkan perusahaan mampu melakukan pengelolaan terhadap net working capital dan cash flow perusahaan agar cash holding selalu optimal. Bagi peneliti selanjutnya perlu memasukan variabel ekstenal perusahaan yang mungkin dapat mempengaruhi cash holding perusahaan.  Kata Kunci: Cash holding, Net working capital, Leverage, Firm Size, Cash flow.

Abstract

Financial literacy and financial inclusion are indispensable for business actors, especially women entrepreneurs. Financial literacy is financial knowledge related to the ability to manage finances, such as making budgets, interest rate knowledge, investments, savings, and so on. Meanwhile, financial inclusion is the availability of access to financial institutions, financial products and services. Until now, there is still a gap in knowledge and financial inclusion among business actors, especially women entrepreneurs, towards financial technology. If business actors have good financial literacy and financial inclusion, they can take advantage of financial technology services for the sustainability of their business. The target group for this community service is a women's business group that is a member of the Banyumas micro small and small entrepreneurs association (ASPIKMAS) in Cilongok District. There were 30 counseling participants. Counseling is carried out face-to-face. The result of this activity is that women entrepreneurs are more familiar with financial technology services and can choose the right services needed to ensure the sustainability of their business.

Abstract

This study aims to: a) provide a comprehensive understanding of the relationship between employee interactions and innovative behaviour, and b) build an integrative conceptual framework based on validated factors empirically and that relationship with relevant theories. An integrative literature review from empirical studies shows that employees perceive the combination of high demand and high resources to be ideal interaction. Innovative behaviour is a consequence of these complex interaction. Engaged employees tend to more innovative by coping strategy activities to face the challenge.
